I have always appreciated the Crescent Women's Medical Group for the clean, comfortable, welcoming office and their friendly, efficient staff. Dr. Chandra Gravely literally saved my life by noticing that something did not seem quite right, so I was able to get effective treatment for ovarian cancer before it had progressed too far. This group is superb!
I have been going to Crescent Women's Medical Group since I started my "womanhood" around 20 years ago. I have always had very personal service with doctors I trust. It is very obvious they care about their patients and are very informative. I was lucky enough to have them during my first pregnancy, and was one of the last deliveries they had. I definitely missed them during my second pregnancy, as I quickly learned how much I appreciated their services and relationships with the whole staff. They are the best!!

I have been going to this practice for about 15 years and have never had ANY negative issue at all. I have seen both Dr. Hansel and Dr. Gravely, but the latter is my regular doctor. I find it so easy to talk with her, even about the most difficult of subjects related to women's health. She is very knowledgeable, kind, gentle, listens and truly cares about her patients. She asks about issues that you might have that would affect your overall health. Also the staff is wonderful! I have never in my 58 years had a better gynecologists. The fact that this is a woman-owned business only makes it that much more amazing. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Extremely disappointed in the switch to UC Health! Apparently you become a new patient all over again and they have no clue who you are. I've been going to Crescent for almost 10 years annually, one of the doctors delivered my son. Today I attempted to schedule an appointment due to not feeling well, not my annual and it was a total disaster I literally just gave up and said don't worry about the appointment. First, the receptionist phone present was beyond dull and non-personable. Then I was drilled for an eternity on my race, religion and maiden/married named. She literally asked me if I was black! I completely understanding needing insurance and updated contact information, but is my race and religion something that's a requirement in order for me to make an appointment! It wasn't like it was an annual, I wasn't feeling well, who wants to answer a thousands questions just to make an appointment. The doctors are awesome if you can actually get in to see them.
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care I received by Dr. Gravely. I came in after months of severe pain from endometriosis. I told her what had not worked for me in the past and what my hopes were moving forward. She literally looked at me and said "and what do you want me to do for you.....?" and then told me to see a fertility specialist.
The doctor spent less than 15 minutes in the room with me (NO PHYSICAL EXAM), basically said she wouldn't help me, sent me on my way to another doctor and then sent me a bill for $184. When I asked the office manager to have somebody to call me about my experience and what fair charges for this unfortunate visit were, they sent me to collections instead.
They should really take all holistic verbiage off their site as well... nothing holistic about this place.
I did a Google search on holistic doctors in the area. This facility popped up. Called to schedule an appointment to see a doctor that practices or have some knowledge of holistic approaches. Scheduler was extremely unhelpful wouldn t direct me or recommend any doctors that could assist me. I thought health care was an industry where you actually help people lol highly disappointed.
I love Dr. Gravely's care. I appreciate and respect her insight and medical advice. I look forward to my visits. Switching to this practice was a great decision. I was missing the personal touch that I now experience
Great staff, nurses and doctors! I found this group on my insurance company website, read the reviews, and called to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and accommodating - they even offered parking advice. I didn't have to wait long, and best of all, I feel like the doctor spent time getting to know me - outside of my medical history. A great customer (patient) experience.
Dr. Hansel is a wonderful, considerate doctor. She always gives me plenty of time to express my concerns and does everything she can to make me feel comfortable.
