The staff that has been there for awhile are excellent. The new hires leave a lot to be desired. Also, I'm not sure if only gushers are allowed on property but, be prepared to be straight up humiliated at the entrance by not one but two attendants. Yes, I was visiting a friend for lunch and they made me feel as though I was a groupie trying to get backstage. Unacceptable and I wont recommend Parker to visiting friends anymore. Shame on you Parker.

The staff is super nice & the grounds gorgeous however there were several issues that were concerning considering the price we paid. On both friday & saturday nights they hosted outdoor weddings that lasted past 11pm. With single pane windows that didn't close properly, even my heavy duty earplugs couldn't keep the music out. They offer 5 bikes for the entire hotel, all of which had deflated tires & unadjustable seats so low they were unusable. The food was expensive yet flavorless. We were surprised as we have stayed two other times & have always been pleased.

My husband and I stay at the Parker for our anniversary every year (although we couldn t in 2020). This July we had an incredible stay, possibly the best yet. The indoor pool was closed and it forces us to explore the other pools, which were wonderful. We had a cabana by the Silicon Valley pool, and it was so lovely. The room was beautiful, Normas was delicious as always. We re looking forward to dining at Mr. Parker during our next visit!

LOUD wedding parties both nights so far. disco music blaring well past 11pm. for $1k a night you might reasonably expect to be able to sleep as thats what people ultimately do at hotels. might consider having a hard cut off of loud blaring music at 10pm or make wedding parties buy out the entire hotel if they are going to act and be treated as the most important thing. lemonade stand food and drink was great. though the food at norma s was pretty bland and ill prepared . the chicken was uncooked in the middle which might be dangerous, dunno. lovely grounds. staff was great. main thing so far was the lack of consideration of other guests with the wedding parties.

"EDIT" I feel like the hotel and service is over priced for what you get. I am disappointed that a cup of coffee is difficult to find without having to pay so much. However, regardless of how displeased I am with the 'hotel", the manger did call to address my concerns and was willing to make my experience better, I think, which I very much appreciate. To be fair, the review below mine, called the hotel, "Horrible" and gave only one star. I can only hope they received the same sort of call I did!

During the first week of March, I was only there for one night. The weather was pleasant, and I was in town for a conference. Because the lobby bar was full, I went to the rooftop bar instead. Because of the chilly temperature, it was slower and quieter. The service was excellent, and the rates were reasonable. In between clients, I had a pleasant discussion with the bartender. Very attentive and welcoming.

How can anyone put into words just how lovely the Parker really is? The staff, starting the the manager Jackie, is impeccably hospitable, well trained and responsive to every request. The grounds are stunning. They truly make you feel like you are in an oasis. Our upgraded room was newly remodeled and stocked with gorgeous products.

We judge our hotels harshly but there is very little that needs correcting at the Parker. Concierge is eager to make reservations and spa appointments, which we took full advantage of. The on site restaurants are well staffed with great selections and ambiance. Room service is a must when you want to beat the afternoon heat.

There is no Palm Springs without the Parker.

Just arrived a few hours ago but want to share the place is eclectic, fun,, swanky and the staff is soooo nice!

From the initial drive onto the property, to check-in, to the wait staff, everyone is friendly and has a welcoming word.

Norma s Restaurant is super pricey but the food is delicious. Had the Mexicali salad, which was super tasty and the chicken was tender.
