Working with Chris Johanski at M&M Mortgage was a delight. Our refinance was not an easy one as we are self-employed and also employed by another company. That can get a little tricky. I believe Chris mentioned it was probably the hardest refinance he had conducted. Chris was prompt, professional and always encouraging. We worked with Daniel Kovack. He kept us informed and encouraged us when the process was a little stressful. He would send short video messages when significant updates to our file occurred, which we found particularly helpful. He knew all of the programs really well and was able to describe all of the pros and cons of each program which helped us make the best decision for our specific situation. He even had ideas on other ways to make the process a little easier, which was nice information to have. I will definitely refer others to him and contact him if I have any other mortgage needs.

Have now done 2 refinances on our home. Got a great rate both times. The second time I worked with Ben Omundson and flew through the process because they already had our information on file. Couple of clicks, then they sent someone to our house to collect signatures, and the whole process was over. It was great! Saved a bunch of money. Totally recommend.
