So this was my first time in a premier collection BW at first it was ok the building is not old.

Staff at the beginning were ok friendly polite the manager I did notice walking around with out a face mask I got checked in after having to call someone to the front desk paid with a BW gift card.

The room itself was ok have the usual the products that you find at BW bed comfortable very thin sheets though no extra blanket in the room at all bathroom standard.

Breakfast was disappointing they advised that it was modified breakfast oh it s frozen sausage in a croissant in the fridge individually wrapped I took one microwaved in the room wasn t good at all.

Checked out and even though I stayed on 19th January and today is 27th January I m know having to raise a complaint with the head office as they are still holding funds on my credit card for no reason.

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. The front desk employee was terribly unhelpful. My girlfriend went to the front desk to ask for a few plates for us to enjoy our meal and the employee motioned to a row of cabinet in an adjacent area and grunted to "look in there".

I returned later in the evening at approximately 830PM and was hoping to get a few wine glasses (or any type of cups besides the paper coffee cups in the room) and the front desk was unstaffed and remained unstaffed for the 15 minutes I patiently waited until I returned to my room empty handed.

The following morning when attempting to check out the front desk was empty again but my receipt / invoice with personally identifiable information was laying on the counter of the front desk, as though it was left there for me to pick up. The front desk employee (the same man from the previous evening) was in a side room playing video games or day trading or something along those lines.

Bottom line, terrible hospitality and customer service. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room (#303) was poorly functioning and the room itself had a grimy, uncleaned feeling to it.

I probably wouldn't stay again. Not terrible, but not great. If I had a time machine, I'd probably go back and choose a different facility.

First issue was that the complimentary breakfast does not start until 7 am. I've never stayed at a hotel where breakfast wasn't out at 5:30 or 6. We usually get up, eat around 6, and hit the road. Eating at 7 puts us on the road too late. This wouldn't be a big deal in and of itself, but seriously, every single hotel (many) I've stayed at before has breakfast out at least an hour earlier so that travelers can get on the road. Breakfast at 5:30 or 6:00 am is the standard in the industry to the point where it never occurred to me that it might be different here.
I suspect the late breakfast is a cost saving measure, as a decent portion of the guest population is probably checked out by 7. Free breakfast was, in this instance, a major reason we chose this property, now wasted.

Issue #2. Our key did not work. We checked in after a long day on the road. Checked in, given keys, dragged our luggage to the room only to find that we couldn't get in. So we hauled everything back to the front desk. New keys programmed. This time, they worked.

Issue #3. Within 60 seconds in the room, which by the way was fairly nice, we heard an incredible amount of shouting and banging from the room next door. The guests there were apparently there to party and raise the dead, not rest. We gave it a few minutes to see if it was a one time thing, but it carried on, and it was apparent that our neighbors were not concerned in the slightest with anything remotely approaching basic hotel courtesy. Door slamming every minute or two, thumping noises, yelling, etc. Not going to work for us. We went back to the desk and politely apologized for wanting something a little quieter. The clerk assigned us a new room with no issue. Fantastic. Until we got to the new room. Instead of being next door to the noise makers, we were now directly across from them. It was almost comical at this point. Can't hear the banging through the wall, but still hear the door slamming every few minutes and yelling from people in the hall to people in the room. I've heard quieter tailgates on Army 2.5 ton trucks driving down dirt roads. We decided to just deal with it and probably get no sleep and stay in room #2. Not worth going back out front to the desk and looking like "those guests".

Issue #4. This one isn't a big deal, but is kind of entertaining, and not something you expect when staying at a facility named Parke Regency Premier Collection, a name that conjures images of prestige and attention to detail. Our room window looks out directly on a dumpster and pile of old pallets literally right outside our room. Also a bunch of trash cans. My wife laughed out loud when I showed her the view. They'd be better off just putting some frosted vinyl over the window--the stuff you get at Lowe's. Looking out at the trash area kind of detracts from the experience.

Issue #5. Relatively minor, but worth mentioning. The hotel is not located in close proximity to anything useful. Food, gas, etc, is not super convenient. You have to drive some distance to get to anything you need.

Issue #6. The door to our room was in poor repair. It was crooked and hard to open and close. Minor, but was one small annoyance added on top of everything else.

Issue #7. The HVAC is not functioning in the pool area. The thermostat is set to 75F, the system display shows "on", but the actual temp is in the mid 80's and the fan is not blowing. As a result, the pool area was brutally stuffy and humid with eye watering chlorine vapor. The pool itself was actually very nice, and towels were thoughtfully placed on the deck chairs.

I'm sure we'll get some boilerplate apologetic response from someone online, but will still be out nearly $100, and will have to find a place to eat in the AM.

Upon arrival we were very pleased with the look and cleanliness of the lobby area. Our room was a different story. We found wrappers on a shelf in the bathroom vanity, a child's sock on the floor by the door, and crumbs that weren't ours on the desk chair. This was disappointing especially when the rooms were supposed to be extra clean because of COVID.
Happy to score a $10 off coupon to Tobin's.

its old and it shows. Not as accommodating as it could be. Two pillows provided instead of four. Hotel looked nearly vacant. We got it through booking.com for $80, I thought it was a little too much. $60 would have been better. Looking forward to sleeping onp this $20 mattress. Call the my pillow guy and try to impress me on my next visit
