Not bad ...quite cozy. But so is all the rest along the river. Service rush to explain and hardly around when needed. Just an average experience.

Don't worry about the name, the place is right by the Singapore river and is very nice for couples, singles or small groups. Food is nice, drinks are cold and service is very good. Highly recommended
Good beer, tasted food, nice seeing to relax and meet new friend
Manager Farhan was really attentive and his team members was very nice and friendly. Been there couple of times. Never disappoint. Really enjoyed their view and the drinks is quite affordable too. My favourite food is their Fried Pho!
Service could have been a lot better. We were a group of eleven and it wasn't particularly busy. The waiter didn't write our food order down and only some of it was brought out. Had to reorder the rest again.
Waitress asked if I wanted the same drink again as I'd finished the first one. I said yes but the drink never came. Left hungry and thirsty.
Okay, I may be a bit biased here. But this place is where lots of nice memories are made during my stay in Singapore so far.
Stumbled upon Little Saigon during my uni time in late 2018. I happened to be leaving from a party in Clarke Quay with my grad-school BFF. When we overheard this amazing live music playing, we decided to grab some drinks and ended up staying there all night long, singing our hearts out!
Ever since then, I always come back at least once a week. And I d bring along friends, uni mates, colleagues, and pretty much everyone in my network!
Now with COVID restrictions, no more live band playing, which is sad. But I still pop by for a quick drink to reward myself after a run along the river. Bartender Alvin is always there with a smile and thirst-quenching cocktails for me.
I hope that soon enough, live entertainment will be allowed to resume (shout out to ENT Band!) because seriously, they re the best in town.
And I know that some people have written bad reviews about their customer service. But I ve always been lucky and treated like a family by waitress Vicky and manager Farhan. They re lovely people.
Average food. We were sat next to teenagers who looked too young to be able to drink. They were really annoying.
~17$++ for a Banh Mi with chewy beef and almost no taste? No thanks, better get one at the countless hawker center for 5$! Also the location and interior has seen better days = only for tourists!
One of our favorite bars in Clarke Quay! Always visit when were back. Great drinks and food.
Rude servers. Watered down drinks during happy hour
Good live music, also have decent seating next to the bay
Best live music in town! They will take song requests and will nail your songs, if they know it most often, they ll know. ENTBAND! I m your fan...
Had great happy hour drinks here. Sat outside and had a great view of the river and the buildings. Nice waitstaff.
In general I was not overly impressed with this bar even though it has a nice name for Little Saigon drinks were overpriced for the quality there was some food options but in terms of the price they were overpriced for the quality of a few pieces of fried items or something like that in general I would not recommend going here because there are plenty of other bars in the area
Simply loved the food.....Nice ambience with fantastic live music.
Good service, reasonable prices and pretty good food. We enjoyed it
Visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon while the F1 was on. The outdoor area is very similar to all the surrounding bars, and particularly nice if you get a table by the waterside. Service was fine, although the Vietnamese style bar snacks were very average. They do have excellent happy hour specials - 50% of draught beer, house wine and cocktails daily until 9pm.
Tiny place with high tables. Live music. Good atmosphere. Beers on tap, but expensive. Didn't see many options for food.
Food Quantity is served too less. Apart from this, has nice ambience and great view around.
My second time here. The first time was quite enjoyable, drinks were half off due to happy hour, we sat inside so there was air con and a live band playing, nice ambience and all. Would give 5 stars. The second time I went, we sat outside instead. Here's my issue: 1) the waiter came back a few times to ask whether we are ready to order within the span of a few minutes, truth be told, its kind of stressful 2) they seem to be in a hurry to clear our plates 3) does not serve free water (this is probably debatable since they have a business to run). The ambience is great, because its by the Singapore River and its night time, however the experience I had this time round made me gave this a 3 star.
A place to go for "cheap date" ... During happy hour
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their service. The other waiters were kind but the waitress and the women manager were very rude. After the dinner, I made the payment and the waitress gave me the wrong change, and the women manager's attitude was WORSE. As I complained about this, she pretended to be working on something else refusing to acknowlede my presence. At first, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the manager's inappropriate behavior assured me that they were treating me like this because I was asian. (Funny thing is, the waitress and the owner were also asian.) It was my first time to visit Singapore and I was actually looking forward to having dinner at there. I would NEVER visit this place again nor recommend it for all the people who don't deserve to be treated that way.

Nice ambience and views but probably the worst Vietnamese food I have ever had.
We went on F1 racing night at singapore river view.
Saturday night is really happening. Full crowd and music.
Great food. Great location. Great lantern.
Terrible service. Waiters are rude, and the manager even worse.
Only positive point is the band, good music and nice musicians.
Nothing to do with Vietnamese food. Every dish has a different western taste, beef is not fresh. Happy hour is pretty nice to order drinks but don't eat there ...
Little Saigon Clarke Quay horrible food prepared hours in advance tasted disgusting swimming in mayonaise and rubber like spring rolls. A terrible place don't go there!
Good customer service with efficient order and serving of food. Taste authentic and amount is satisfactory.
Good band, drinks are better priced competitively than others in CQ.
Finally ordered via delivery! It s very delicious and authentic even the tang hoon (transparent noodles).
Music is great. Ivy was great too! do visit this place !
Overall experience was amazing at this place considering the food, drinks and also the staff service.
We went with the office colleagues and has an amazing evening. They have an happy hours with 50% off on wines, beers, and cocktails from 2-9 pm. Food we ordered was also amazing and tasty Vietnamese food.
Vegetarian also has an amazing options and with great taste the best I liked was stir-fried Rice noodles with vegetables (RAU VA TRUNG).
Vietnamese fried rice were also nice but Yam and carrot spring rolls were okay it was too oily to have. We had a lemon grass tofu that was also delicious. 1924 cocktail was awful as it tastes too sweet
But overall had a great experience
I expected it to be expensive, but the price is rather expensive, and above all, the female owner looks like a mermaid in Uslar, but she has a very unkind and racist feeling. The attitude towards Asians and Westerners is different ... The taste of the food is not bad, but it is not a place to eat again.
Good for a late casual meal. Views of the canal were the highlight. Food was decent.
Great food, fantastic service and brilliant live music - the regular band will play any request and do it so well. The staff look after everyone beautifully and make all feel welcome. We look forward to coming back very much. Thank you x
Very week cocktails. Got 3, pretty much just juice!
A cute, small bar with great live performers. I like their unique drinks. One thing is that I wish the place was larger because it gets too packed sometimes.
The food was ok but this place failed because of bad service. One of the waitresses was very rude and had no service mind.
Perfect way to unwind the evening. Choose the seating by the river so you can enjoy the view. Had happy hour cocktails - strong in alcohol . Staff was all friendly, helpful & attentive. Live band at 9pm+. Recommended!
Nice location and ambience. Great food, great service and super drinks!! We really enoyed ourselves and the staff were very friendly. Thanks Little Saigon.
Service was great and most of all, food was priced reasonably for the quality!
Beer was good, margarita was diluted
Snack was good
They tried to scam us with the bill, either that or incompetence, neither of which is acceptable.
The food is okay, but nothing special, prices are way to high for this food.. Clarke Quay is a tourist trap!
Good food. Staff was very helpful. Nice location on the river.
Dined there last weekend. All was well until we made the mistake of paying the bill without thoroughly checking. The 9 of us realised that there was a soft shell crab that didn't arrive. So we notified the manager. Dear ol' manager Zach/Zack insisted that the dish was delivered and finished by us and refused to take it off the bill and give us a refund.
We insisted that nobody on the table had the soft shell crab and thereby the dish wasn't served, but no. he still insists that the 9 of us were wrong and had eaten and refused to pay for it.
After a few rounds of back and forth he decided to raise his voice and started shouting at us. Mind you the friggin soft shell crab was the cheapest item on the menu, why the heck would we lie about this.
First and last time I'll ever come back. If this is how the manager here acts, God forbid the staff might throw you into the river if you claim he brought you the wrong drink.
Good food, good ambiance, decent drinks. Good option on the river.
The band ways of asking the crowds for song request is so lame. Some people are shy. Why not let us write it down and pass to them instead.
I'd like to take a break from drinking a glass of beer.
Something expensive for the quantities. Not bad duck salad.
Currently one of the best places in Singapore for dinner and beer. Friendly staff, excellent food, and very good band entertainment. Happy hour during the early evening time.
One of the best bar/restaurants I've been to. Food was amazing. Drinks were great. The price wasn't that great but with the food and drink quality they're providing, it's very worth it.
Food quantities are small, but tasted great.
Great happy hour prices, I would not pay full price for drinks.
Everyone we spoke to was super nice.
Great food, lovely staff, and I was there during happy hour
