Park Plaza - Gurgaon Review

Visited the outlet New Town Cafe,
The Outlet had a Average food.
I had ordered NTC Veg. Burger(Splty. of the Outlet), and Fresh Lime Soda.
but it was worst burger ever had. I should have gone to Burger King or Some other local burger shop.
At first a Cold Burger was served, which was changed by the Chef. Changed burger was Tasteless and I should not comment about the Fresh Lime Soda.

Although I would like to mention that the Staff was very Nice, Friendly Staff. Ms. Kritika was very quick in service. Service team is Good. but the Kitchen team need to improve a lot.

Terrible customer service at the time of checking out. The front reception employee Ashok was quite un co-operative during our checkout. We were not paid back 67 INR when we paid out and were then told they had no change!. The employee also refused to call us a cab when we had requested a cab consisting we don't carry local Indian phones and do not have international phones working. We also did not appreciate that we were charged 1600 for having two cans of coke and a bag of chips in the room without advising whether they are courtesy of the hotel or they'd be charging a ridiculous amount. Quite shady tactics from the place.

Good food, but the roof top had insects flying all around, which spoilt the whole ambience.

Good opportunity to have personal or officials conference and meeting in front of Huda city center, Gurgaon with delecious food and beverage facilities.

Nice Hotel within walking distance from Huda City Centre Metro Station, Gurugram (Gurgaon) and around 2 kms from more than a dozen Restaurants and Kingdom of Dreams (dance entertainment shows) in 'City Centre', Sector 29

Book at your own risk! Booked this hotel for my newly wedded brother and sister in law. We went to meet them at night around 11 PM and were kind of shocked that no one even asked us for an ID, we could walk straight upto any floor, right outside anyone's door. Security anyone?

Second, I will not exaggerate this even one bit but these guys had the audacity to enter the room when a newly married couple was sleeping inside. They now claim that they entered after knocking thrice so it is not their fault. Not sure how would someone answer if they are asleep.

Upon escalation of such a glaring blunder, the "manager" Ms. Sherry nonchalantly said "you can do whatever you can"! Seriously I doubt if this is the level expected from this so called chain. I would have called the cops right there and then!

So unless you want someone to walk in on you when you are sleeping with your partner, do not book this hotel!

Been to a lot of amazing hotels but this somehow stood aside with a lot of good things! The staff was generous enough to give me an early check-in and with brownies and chocolates as surprise from time to time, they have my heart!

Good Hotel. Parking seems to be a problem like everywhere in Gurugram.

Booked this marriage function, the banquet manager Dhananjay is a liar, don't trust his words when discussing the place for marriage or any event. Service was not good by catering staff, we had to call them every time,they just roam in the area like robots without any expression, delay in service is what they try for. Only when we shouted, things started getting better.

Roof top area to organize party is good but staff should be educated and properly trained.

Very Bad service. They don't allow visitor in room post 10 PM. After paying 7000 per night expect hotel not to act as a Hostel.

Good venue , reasonable price. Terrace area is very nice

Excellent place been there for conference meetings.
Their pool side Area is excellent. In winter evening would love to sit around there.
Great for parties and function, saw few exhibitions too.
Never stayed here so not sure about that part.
Their Bakery is one of the nice ones tasted few items n quite like it.
They have kebba factory too which is rated high.

Hotel Manager Deepak and his team were very awesome and accomodated me with their Excellent Service. Because of them I was safe and had a wonderful place to stay. Thrully one of kind experience and such a high amount of respect fir them, specially Mr. Deepak

Great Food, Great service. Starters were awesome. We had a great family get together.

Lacated at main Street and good options for food. You can also get parathas near Park plaza which remain open even late night.

Great Ambiance and good service with keeping hygiene and sanitation work on top priority.

Big terrace for corporate parties. Can easily accommodate 100 people or more. The staff is great. The food is also at par. The terrace also boasts of a swimming pool. So, for pool parties it'll be a good place. Recently went there and sadly the season for outdoor parties has ended now. Maybe if they had mist fans or can still work. We didn't have that option or maybe we didn't explore it.

This review is based on a cooperate party at the terrace and not on the rooms or restaurant in the hotel. But a great place nevertheless and keep up the good work.

+True value for money property. If you visit Gurugram for work, this is the place to stay. Centrally located, nice and clean hotel. Bakery items are too good.
- Do not expect too much care from the staff. There is no parking, park your cars outside and there is no one to guide you either. Help yourself here, please.

Nice ambience, food was OK. Staff all young, courteous and helpful. Expected a larger spread on the buffet menu.

The great kebab factory at park plaza is really good....the food is full of flavours...the galauti kebab was just awesome

Visited the restaurant for a business meeting. It was nice, quite. Air conditioning was great. Food is good too.

Great place to stay. 24 hours bar & restaurant. Friendly staff.
