Room was nice and cozy. Staff were prompt. Food was pathetic.

The ambience is not so good. The restaurant gives you a feeling of a roadside inn. They don't serve fresh beer, but the food is good and the staff has an "eager to please" attitude which seems to be the main reason of this joint's success.

The lobby was nice and the room was quite spaceious bu cant say about the bathroom.

The Great Kebab Factory - Name says it all excellent place for mouth watering Kebabs, food lovers in love with North Indian and Mughlai food should definitely visit this place. Restaurant serves Veg and Non veg buffets which includes 4 -5 appraisers, 2 main course, Dal, assorted Indian breads, Biryani and desserts.
Menu for Non veg and Veg are different for appraisers and main course. Unlimited are kebabs are served untill your belly is full. Serves alcohol and soft beverages as well. Restaurant is worth visiting for lunch & dinner.

It's a good place for short work stays. The kebab factory is a must go and the paneer tikka is a must try there.

Wouldn't say the breakfast is bad, but it isn't great either. Fruits and juices saved my day ;)

we kept marriage function there for my younger sister and got humiliated thanks to the hotel staff, breakfast was served after several follow ups and lunch was served cold to my sister in laws. Manager in both shifts were rude.

Is just on HUDA City Centre traffic lights, best connectivity and yet in the middle of new Gurgaon

Great hospitality, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet and comfortable stay. Has a fitness centre, sauna room, restaurants, pool, internet etc., amenities. Also, it's located close to famous attractions in Gurgaon.

Park plaza is located right across the Huda City Center metro station. It has a restaurant and and outlet of kabab Factory. I have been to park plaza a couple of times and have had the opportunity to try food both at the restaurant and he kebab factory. Their restaurant have a good make of all cuisine. I specifically like they're Chinese and Italian cuisine. There Buffet was not up to the mark. It also has a Bar which I have not yet tried.I recommend this place for generic family and friends hang out.

Bad food, very very bad food. Had to leave it halfway. Nothing in food is good here. Other hotels of Club Carlson are way way better.

Sky lounge here is a nice spot for group events & parties.

Cozy Business hotel for Business travellers and long stayer, well connected with Metro and public transport. Good Food outlets and easy access to Malls and other markets.

Good hotel in Gurgaon with all the necessary facilities

Was there for dinner. Food was served luke warm. Long Island tea was served in small glass. The bartender was justifying that the alcohol content was same. According to him the glass type was irrelevant. Was greatly disappointed.
