The room is nicely decorated but it is not clean enough for my taste. The food is especially delicious and the price is very high and you wait for 45 minutes for your food. For 4 shots we paid 43 euros. And the staff is average nice so i was sxhon in better hotels for a lower price. I would not recommend this hotel nicjt.
Very nice hotel and ideal for an overnight stay for a holiday from Schiphol.
Beautiful and close to the airport will be the last stop for you before traveling far from the city center there are no restaurants or facilities close to it
We arrived at the hotel after a tiring day. As soon as we entered we saw that it was a beautiful hotel, very clean and with nice people. At first it was difficult to get used to the elevators, since you needed to use the hotel room card. After that, everything was perfect. Very comfortable and clean.

Queen room is two smaller bed pushed together. Room otherwise acceptable. Breakfast is average for a hotel.
Front desk staff had serious issues sorting out our billing (45min) to the point where I missed the airport shuttle (which runs every 30 minutes). Essentially, if you come as a group for business...expect problems. Rooms were under the wrong name (which they had no power to change) and they couldnt get the computer to charge me for the full allotted amount, and so attempted to charge me the remainder with a hand reader. Enter the ONE CC reader in all of amsterdam that requires a pin (our business travel cards do not have a pin). Random vlaase frites stand doesn t need a pin, but the radisson chain apparently does. No pin? Well, then I guess you arent paying/leaving. So I gave them my ATM card and hope it gets reimbursed. Bill is now under a different wrong name, but correct card and address.
As I said earlier, this process took an absurd amount of time and the bus was about to leave, so I took the partially correct bill and went outside...only to watch the shuttle leave.
So this hotel is probably fine solo, but I m going to speak to my organization to take it off our recommended list for group travel. Sure, I could work with my org to get everyone PIN cards... or we could just go literally anywhere else.
The bathrooms look dirty, both the shower and the toilet. Everything else quite good, spacious rooms, with safe and mini refrigerator
Ordered wake up call, breakfast and taxi 4.40 in the morning. I didn't get any of these.
Room super well equipped, clean, and spacious. Hotel very beautiful. Shuttle to the airport fast and on time. Nice staff at the reception.

High price, but without quality
The rooms are not very clean and certainly bare. The fridge bar is outside the cabinet and in sight in the middle of the room. Very dusty armchair. No soap in the bathroom. Breakfast is ok.

We stayed here for the cancellation of a flight. Shabby dinner, worse breakfast and removing one employee, the rest of the staff unpleasant. Only positive, transportation to the airport

I had a business trip and stayed in this hotel for three nights. The last night (It was yesterday - 21.02.2019) when I returned to my room I saw the only thing which I had left in the room disappears. It is very funny because this was an old t-shirt which I used for sleeping only. A black t-shirt with written Starcraft on it. Fortunately I didn't have large luggage and I kept everything with me. If I had left something more valuable I would feel really sorry now. It is strange because this t-shirt is pointless for every person instead me. What can be done with it? A mop? So. If you are staying in this hotel be careful what do you left in the room. Because of my job I visited many hotels in many countries but I have never have such case. Apart from that - very good service. The food in restaurant was very good and room also. They made delicious beef burgers. I forgot the exact name in the menu. It was "victorious" or some similar. There was excellent view from the room. You can feel like in medieval fortress surrounded by water. Staff on the reception was friendly. In general everything was good except this spooky case. I would vote with maximum stars if this didn't happens. For the next business trip I will stay in another hotel definitely.

Good hotel near Amsterdam airport. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The services offered are excellent. The rooms are large, the only flaw is the cleanliness of the rooms, not adequate for a 4-star hotel. Convenient free shuttle to and from the airport.

Chic hotel nice staff.
The rooms are a bit old but ok. We had booked a room with a sofa bed but got one with a fold-away bed the next day and we were met. That was very nice and great. Breakfast served by corona at the table and is nothing special. Buffet would probably be better. The spa and wellness area are closed. There is a mini shop, and pool tables and other games.
4 stars? No!!! They charged 50 deposit and didn't return back. Nothing was broken or dameged...

Central location immaculate rooms great service and varied breakfast menu
The Park Plaza is a very nice hotel, with a quiet and nice area. The center can be reached by car in 20 minutes. The hotel offers clean rooms with Smart TV (and especially German TV). The breakfast was extensive and also delicious. Even as a late riser will ensure that everything is filled and the guest is satisfied. Highly recommended for me!
It offers free transport to the airport where you can take the subway. The rooms have enough space for 3 people and are very clean.

The most awful hotel airport that I have ever tried to sleep in. KLM sticks you here when they screw up. So weary travelers end up on their rock hard beds with springs digging into their backs. After KLM messing up my transatlantic flight I literally tossed and turned all night getting zero sleep before hopping the first flight across the pond.
Avoid this place is trying to get a good night s sleep is a priority.

Great shuttle service to airport, comfort best but 8.50 for a beer?
Very comfortable facilities, very friendly and accommodating staff. Detail: the screen of the shower is fixed and a little narrow, so the floor of the bathroom gets wet. The remote control of the TV did not work so you had to operate the television from the keypad of the same.

Rooms are ok. Could be something cleaner. Location is ok. 10 minutes to the nearest train station. But it also takes half an hour to get to the center. If that does not bother you, that's right here. Nice staff and good breakfast
Conviniently located near Amsterdam airport, the hotel looks quite new. The lobby is spacious and the rooms are decent. Staff is friendly but become unresponsive when they have to deal with a problem.
Shuttle to the airport available. Access to downtown Amsterdam by tram, about 30 minute ride. nearest station 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel is located about 15 km outside Amsterdam, near the airport.

I had a offer, for 294.50 euros for 3 rooms including everything, received by e-mail.
But 308 euros was deducted from my credit card.
Windows cannot be opened and the climate in the room was not very good. Heard multiple people complaining that they had a hard time falling a sleep.

Child bed was order, only delivered after asking twice. It was inadequate; horrible mattress, no bed spread. Blood on bed spread without cover when ordering an extra adult spread. Bad customer service when ordering a taxi. Breakfast was loud. Manager at breakfast was very friendly.

The room is wide and modern. Spotlessly clean and with a good AC system. The toilet was nice as well. The sauna with both Turkish sauna and steam room was definitely a plus, along with the very nice restaurant and service. The only thing down has been the shuttle service to the airport: it is only a minibus with 12 sits, and it gets way overcrowded specially from the airport to the hotel at night or in the morning. There is only 1 bus every 30 minutes at that time and there is no way to reserve a sit, so every time the shuttle arrives it is a fight to get a sit on it or else you will have to wait for the next one.

Outstanding 5* one of the best hotels you can stay at. They provide a free shuttle from the airport and you can get to the centre of Amsterdam from the nearest tram station which is a 15-20 minute walk.
Breakfast was nice and included cooked food and a selection of other items. Was greeted with a smile and was asked about my experience when we left.
Would happily stay again, this is simply due to the value and the staff!

Executive room had lots of space outside of bathroom, but bathroom felt a little small.
