i avoid going to this specific spencers to be honest. i'd rather travel to allentown even though this location is 7 minutes away from me. the store itself is ok but the employees are gross. instead of helping you find something they flock around the counter and are rude until you leave. everytime i go (with or without somone with me) i try as hard as i can to be in and out to avoid the workers
Staff is always fun & friendly, and the store is always having some kind of special deal. Worth the stop, and probably one of the best kept stores in the mall.
Nice store, friendly staff. However they upsell, or push certain specials A LOT. I get it, it s a business and sales drives it. However it can come off as too much to consumers. I d be more comfortable if I could look at certain things I was interested in, instead of being sold on something I didn t come in for. It s a company wide thing, sorry this store had to take the brunt of the 2 stars. Just a criticism I wanted to address.
Love this store!! My most recent visit was to obtain adult sweary coloring books & they did NOT disappoint! They had a pretty decent selection. Employees are always super nice & never try to push extra sales on me in an uncomfortable way.
Was buying a single sticker for my brother for his birthday to go with his gift. The girl at the counter goes in a nasty attitude you re only buying one sticker? I looked at her and said yes. Did not appreciate how rude she was but she was soooo nice to my boyfriend. She s a short girl, petite, with short brown hair. My only advice is if you don t like you job then don t do it! Is it your business what I m buying? No.
Horrible manager. They were having buy 2 get 2 free jewelry and I only wanted to buy one specific thing, but the manager of the store pretty much forced me to buy 2. He was hovering over me and told me he wasn t going to check me out if I didn t buy 2. He also was yelling at one of his workers the entire time right in front of me. I was so uncomfortable I tried sneaking out of there! Never going back to this location!
