Park Plaza Airport Amsterdam Review

The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport and has a free shuttle service every 30 minutes. It is approximatly 20 minutes from Amsterdam by taxi. The hotel is smart and professional with polite, helpful staff. It appears to be geared more toward business travellers and offers a number of meeting rooms. The bedrooms are clean and modern with a TV and coffee making facilities. The restaurant serves good food although our party had to wait over an hour before receiving our order. They also offer a wide selection for breakfast. I would have no reservations about staying here again.

Hotel with many comforts including a minimarket breakfast rich public transport close and very well marked in a decentralized but very nice area

It was okay, the breakfast was good but the tv was very annoying to use (dont even try youtube) and one of the beds I was in was highly uncomfortable and if you're alone it's okay but there is no lock to the bathroom

Modern hotel in a strategic position, 15 minutes away by shuttle (free) from the airport. The staff is very kind.

The hotel is beautiful, its prices are reasonable, two stars were discounted due to the cleanliness, the room was not clean and the towels were not washed and had a bad smell

I've been here for a conference. Friendly staff in terms of facilities, everything was well organized from a visitor's perspective. Nice spacious room. In terms of parking also great and plenty of places. In terms of accessibility to do well by car.

Didn't sent invoice even after booking.com complaints.

Modern and beautiful rooms, nice spacious bathroom. They take care of a shuttle that will take you to Schiphol Airport and back to the hotel, you will receive a ticket for the shuttle at the counter. The breakfast is extensive and fresh! Friendly staff and a hotel I would like to come back to. Nice quiet location on a business park.

Great hotel, amazing staff and services, though location is a bit off for public transportation. Best mode is to go to airport with shuttle and then take connection to city.

Very bad experience the towels smelled very bad and the sheets very dirty and room without cleaning and the bathroom smelled very bad I do not recommend it or being free very bad experience they changed us room and the other was the same they gave us ticket to take free drinks to stay good but one comes to have fun not to be alone drinking !!!

Stayed here for a few days and at first the experience was not too great. The room we were given the toilet door would not close. I reported it to reception and they gave us another room. The 2nd room had a blocked toilet reported it again to the reception and mathieu was great he upgraded us and gave us complementary drinks and breakfast. He gets the 5 star very attentive and pleasant guy. Thanks for your service

Access to the center of Amsterdam is not bad. With a free shuttle you can take the airport to the city center by train. The rooms are modern and clean.

Kamer is prima. Badkamer niet vlekkeloos schoon. Op de G afdeling slaap je onder het restaurant. Veel contactgeluiden hoorbaar. Ook gedurende de nacht als meubilair wordt verplaatst of met karren wordt gereden.
Volgens receptie een bekend probleem.

Staff was rude. Order food that never came out after waiting for a long time and was told multiple times it was on the way. Will never go back.

Great hotel, I rested here before my flight next day to Canada. The location is super close to the airport, bedrooms are awesome, breakfast was wonderful, I loved it. Transportation to the airport is offered and included in the price.

Great rooms. Although the mattress is not great, slept well. When making a reservation that we are vegans, it was not taken into account. Staff solved this well.

Very nice hotel overall. There's a shuttle to Schiphol every half hour which takes about 20 minutes but once we were waiting at Schiphol for an hour before it showed up and of course by then there were too many people waiting so we had to wait again.

the hotel is cool .. at the reception xoroshee service, a set of normal size, clean. the view is good .. the internet is normal, not noisy .. the location is also convenient .. 10 minutes away there is a tram stop, so you can safely leave the car in the hotel parking lot and go to the city to have fun .. I really liked it and next time I know for sure which hotel to choose when traveling to Amsterdam :)

Close to the airport, rooms are clean and tidy. They could be a bit bigger though. The showerhead in my room was completely broken and more water spilled from the back than from the front of it which was really annoying. On the other hand the breakfast was great.

OK. Not more. Efficient. Cleanliness of the rooms to be improved. Sericxe is fast and efficient.

Place is newly build so cant complain, only thing i would say is staff aren't in sync with each other. E.g. i didnt book breakfast with my room but once i got there realized it maybe worth it as there aint much about this area, so middle of the night while coming back from town paid for two people to have breakfast. Next morning had the lovely spead then onto day two, had a layin thinking no rush this morning well have breakfast in town. Nope got a note threw the door asking me to settle up a bill outstanding. Went down stairs first thing they ask for was payment for the breakfast i paid reluctantly knowing i will be refunded as its a mistake. But even though i knew these were mistakes on they behave i was still forced to pay. Once it was all settled. And i got a refund. They didnt give me all my money tax was never returned. Its a minor amount but they systems need to be updated. Not a bad stay gotta say just next time live in town cheaper to travel and every things around you.

Good hotel. Ideal to park your car for free and to take a free shuttle to Schiphol

The hotel is very clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and I could fault the room at all. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. It's in a very convenient place with a very short walk to the tram station which gets you into the heart of Amsterdam in no time at all. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is mediocre for the price and location. Not a 4 star as advertised. Front desk and restaurant staff are slightly rude, not welcoming at all. Room was a bit dingy, could use a good cleaning, especially the bathroom.

Had to take an unscheduled overnight stop (flight problems) and received a very warm welcome at the reception desk and in the restaurant.

It is very close to the airport, the reason I was staying right there. Very clean everything. The room had everything necessary and the employees were very kind to me.
