Their internet salesman Craig Cayetano is the ultimate example of high pressure, low knowledge individual. In promoting the BMW i3 he spewed so much nonsense that he couldn't back up with technical, factual data. Reaching out to his sales manager resulting in being ignored... Is this where you want to buy a BMW? I don't think so.

BEWARE! Horrible business practice! Found out they charged me an additional almost $3000 on packages they told me would be "included in the price".

Had an issue with my oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket just after my warranty ran out. Claudio and Jennifer were absolutely outstanding in making sure that i was taken care of. BMW backs their product! Been going for 3 years and will continue going for a long long time.

I was in the market for a BMW and therefore visited a number of dealerships. The difference between Park ave BMW and others was night and day. No pushy sales tactics and they where completely transparent during the entire process. The attention to detail and level of service was simply amazing. Working with Mike Smeraglia to select the right car and putting together a deal that worked for me could not have been easier. Sabit Hadzhiev called to introduce himself and offer any assistance I might require, ensured the car would be ready, and confirmed the appointment with me. I picked up the 2018 X1 on Saturday morning and the delivery team was terrific. The car was prepped and ready to go. Heather O Brien was extremely friendly and efficient and made the transaction totally frictionless. Gabriel was thorough in going over the vehicle s features with me and as the car was a surprise for my wife, he offered an encore delivery for her. I was pleased to be on my way in 45 minutes. As an experienced BMW customer I'd recommend Park Ave without hesitation.

Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. Highly recommend working with him - ask for Brad if you're going with this dealership.

The only issue we had was with Heather, the Finance Delivery Specialist. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. It's our money. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all.

Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process.

Horrible experience. I leased a fully loaded X3 (which was delivered in horrible condition - without even a proper wash, can you beat that?) I went there recently to test-drive some options since my lease is expiring but was not allowed - apparently too busy. Met with Mike. Took an appointment and went there again (remember I am a returning customer) and was made to wait for 30 minutes with no response. Spoke to the salesperson Mike and receptionist and they were like "We'll call you. I think we have your number" Good thing I did not hold my breath to that. Also, the car is ok - not worth the BMW hype. For a car worth $50K+ I expect better ride and customer service. Putting 1 star because I have to. They don't even deserve that.
Do yourself a favor and try Lexus. Great car and customer service.
Or even Mercedes. There's one down the road and they offer better service.

I have been to two BMW dealership before I went to Park Ave and by far this dealership dominates over the two. The building is much nicer with larger pre-own selection and the customer service is great. A local excellent mechanic recommended me to see Mike Messinger and I am glad I met him. Mike has the knowledge and customer service that I wish all dealership had. I am a business owner and I know the importance of customer satisfaction is number one priority and you will not get any less with Mike. He took his time to show me and explain the options as well as test drive them. I never felt I was being pushed towards any particular car and it all came down to my own decision and I couldn t be happier. Mike went above and beyond any sales consultant that I have ever worked with in the past. Eventhough I met Mike for the first time, he made me feel comfortable the entire time there and I even felt like I got to know him on a personal level, which only made things easier. He will work to get you the best deal on your trade in and the new vehicle without me even asking for it. His years of experience is shown through his customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to any serious buyer in the market for a BMW. I absolutely love my LIKE NEW X5 and will cherish it for years to come.

Really unprofessional very rude service never ever coming back to park ave

I was ripped off by a Horrible Salesman and his Manager... Eventually getting stuck with a vehicle I did not want nor like. When the lease was over they made me pay cash for some of the minor scratches and tires; however, now there is an outstanding $2K plus bill from BMW financial services which I'm getting threat of collection efforts.
Buyer Be Aware.

Great dealership. I have been leasing all sort of cars for about 20 years now. This dealership is the best by far. If you can, ask for Daniel Kenney. He is super nice, knowledgeable and most importantly, got a great deal for me. No awkward back-and-forth haggling. He even actively looked for ways to cut my costs through these "secret" BMW rewards voodoo. He told me he has been doing this with BMW for over 20 years and this guy knows his stuff. Even after our deal was done, at my request, without hesitation, he also took extra time out to price me another car. Honest, knowledgeable, patient, friendly; what more can you ask of your salesperson? I told him I had to be out by a certain time and we concluded our handshake with plenty of time to spare. Another great thing about Park Ave is that they now have their cars at a second location so you don't have to wait forever to have you new car detailed but rather YOU set up a time and just go pick up the car at another location - super easy and convenient. Most importantly, such a time saver. If you can, also try get Heather O'Brien as your finance specialist. Also super, super nice and friendly. Laid out your options, no pressure to add anything else. Told is as it is and allowed you to choose.

I used to dread getting my lease renewed because of all the useless painful haggling and "hidden costs" added on. Also the endless hours spent at the dealership before driving away. It was so exhausting and time wasted was frustrating. Not this time and hopefully not anymore. Bite my tongue but am actually looking forward to my next lease.

The Finance Manager lied and said we were approved for a high interest rate. Once we got there, he lied again and said the bank approved us for a lower rate but we HAVE to buy the $3000+ extended warranty . Called the bank and they denied that clause.

This tactic was very deceitful and shady. I feel bad for others who can t stand up for their rights.

I would highly recommend Brett Drummer and Park Avenue BMW to anyone looking for a new BMW or who is unhappy with their current dealership.

I was shopping around for a new BMW not only based on price but looking for a dealership with a great reputation. I placed my inquiry online and Brett Drummer contacted me shortly after. After our first conversation I could tell he was a knowledge and honest salesperson who I wanted to do business with. I told him exactly what I wanted, he quickly identified a match and negotiations went very smoothly.

Take it from a person who has leased 6 different cars this was the smoothest experience ever, including dealing with other BMW dealerships. I placed my inquiry with several other dealerships and Brett was the only person who showed any level of interest in my business. He was ultra responsive without being pushy.

When I went to pick up my car Roger handled the financing paperwork, explained everything in detail and had me out of there in less than 15 minutes. The whole transaction took 3 hours. Much better then any other experience.

This dealership sold me a used X5 under the pretense that it was a brand new vehicle. I paid full price for a new vehicle. Before signing they told me the 75 miles on the car were from test drives. When I discovered it was registered to another customer three months earlier they didn t deny it and offered no concessions. They won t return my calls to discuss an amicable settlement. The trial satellite radio won t work because I m not the original owner. The app won t pair. I have no idea why it was returned.
I have owned several new BMW s (purchased from other dealers), I have never been treated so badly.
Stay away from this dealership. They re liars.

I am the owner of an indepenent family owned auto parts store who called the parts department for help on parts only offered by BMW. My mother was the one who issued the call. The salesman from Park Avenue was incredibly disrespectful in responding to her order request with a snarky remark criticizing how we do not order enough from their dealership to warrant this specific order. This is not the first time that we've encountered this arrogance and disrespect from their parts department. I've also tried calling to speak with management about the issue and the only response I get is from their answering machine. No client should be treated like this regardless of how often they order from your business. I'll no longer be ordering or referring any business to this dealer.

Bought 2009 BMW Z4 off lease through Manheim sale with sticker laminated under hood Park Ave BMW CPO 6-year / 100k mile Warranty. Called dealer due to recall and warranty clarification. Got the runaround that the car was never even produced and in their system. Left numerous messages to get back with me, finally got to speaker with Wayne the General Manager. His response is "it is not in our system, we made a mistake leaving label under hood and forgot to take off. Don't make assumptions on data under hood regardless where it comes from." Told him title was signed off by his dealership to me, but was never entered into system. All I asked for was a $140 fix on a front end issue. Said if I were a better customer, he might think about it harder and consider, but since I was not a good customer, mine to deal with." You would think that a BMW dealer of this size and stature would keep internal communication and structure tight when representing apparent "high-line" cars. Make sure you ask a lot of questions about internal BMW system and to have dual copies of everything you have from them, as they only care about their pocketbook, not repeat or referral business.

The experience has been far from good. I started leasing a BMW M2 Competition 2020 back in April 2020. My monthly lease was supposed to be $699 but actually I am paying $775 so it seems like BMW there, Ryan in particular lied to my face. Since then, it has been absolutely impossible to get an answer from them, Rachel or Ryan. It is absolutely unacceptable given the financial commitment that this car represents.
Avoid them at all cost!

I am on my 3rd BMW and while many people have tried to lure me to other locations I have never once strayed because of one man Larry Weiner. In all the years I've gone there he has never once let me down, I mean "never". I've called him on weekends, his days off, holidays and every time he has always answered my call. His old school work ethics is without question. BMW Park Avenue will always have me as a customer. Thank you Larry for always taking care of me, my family and making my BMW experience nothing short of excellent. You are indeed "THE MAN"

I went to Park Ave as I lived close by, and I will never buy a car from another dealer. Rob Ermatinger is absolutely fantastic. I joked with him saying I don't view him as a car salesman, I view him as a friend. To be honest, I couldn't describe my transaction any better. He treated me like a friend, and I couldn't appreciate him more, or recommend him any more highly. Shopping for a car is usually nothing but stressful, yet I felt the exact opposite, and I owe it to Rob. I can't thank him enough for making it as comfortable as possible. Larry Weiner at Park Avenue BMW makes servicing your car an easy process. I replaced my tires along with checking for an oil leak. Larry helped select which tires would be the best for my car. The tires were ordered and I was able to get an appointment quickly. I was sent an email confirming my appointment. When I arrived, I was able to get a loaner. Throughout the day, Larry kept in touch to let me know the status of my car along with a follow up email that the work was completed. Once again Park Ave goes above and beyond. My car was cleaned and look like new when I picked it up. Park Ave is the only place I would service my car! 5 stars to Larry for being so professional and making it so easy.....

My 328i buying experience with John Park could not have been better. He was straightforward on all points. He went out of his way to take care of any issues I had. And he made it clear that he will make sure that service will go out of their way for me as well. Chris Palma was wonderful in explaining this (very complicated) car to me, and is great about taking time to answer questions I have by phone.

Dealing with Edward was such a great experience! He makes sure you know exactly what options are in your car and which are not. I had picked out a stock number online and assumed it had a specific feature, if not for his diligence in reviewing all the specific options and features in the vehicle i would have been upset to say the least. I had been looking for a specific BMW model and package for a few months, and found the car I was looking for at Park Ave BMW. Danny was very helpful, professional, kind and courteous without any of the "car salesman attitude" I have purchased several cars at various dealers, we had a wonderful experience of a hassle free pleasant purchase of our BMW. As a first time car owner, I spent a good amount of time researching different prices for a 2017 BMW X1. I spoke with numerous sales personnel from different BMW certified dealerships in NJ and NY. In the end, I chose Park Ave BMW because their prices were competitive and I had confidence in the people there. Victor De La Rosa, the sales rep who I had been in contact with from the start, was a delight to work with. He was responsive to my inquiries and answered all my questions during my research phase. When I met with him, I felt extremely comfortable. He patiently answered all my questions and with a smile on his face.

car needed service to the brakes and the rear washer pump, Larry Weiner was the consultant helping me out. Larry was very friendly and went above and beyond to help with the issues mentioned previously. Was a great start to buying a $150K 2020 M8. I was told the rear right rim had a scratch and was in the shop to get repaired, I m under the impression its a tiny scratch how bad can it be...so i bought the car. Two weeks later while washing the car i noticed the one rim was significantly different from the others. After talking with the salesperson back n forth for almost two weeks Park Ave BMW does not want to change the rim, they want to repair it yet again. In other words grind the other three rims to match. I told them ill see them in small claims. Be careful.

Searched for a certified 320, and Park Ave had the largest inventory. Was teamed up with Brad Russak in the new car showroom and I'm not even sure if he was in certified sales, but he spent the time, kept in contact with me, kept me posted on inventory and went through the trouble of testing four models in the rain before I found an insane deal on a gently used 328i; and unexpected upgrade! Totally happy working with Brad Russak and look forward to finding my next BMW at Park Ave with him.

My wife and made our first stop here to check out the BWM x3. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sabit, even though we may not go with the x3 we wanted to write a review as to how fantastic this guy was. Honestly, he was the best among the other four places we looked at. Never pressured, understood we were making a big financial choice and that we had the right and should find the best deal for us. We're not sure if we are getting the x3, but honestly him alone being the sales guy made us like the SUV more. WOW WOW, find this guy when you go there! Stephan-Sabit Hadzhiev.

I am not sure all BMW dealerships are like this but this one is really bad. All the sales people are so arrogant and the one who sold me the car is definitely one of them. I've purchased or leased more than 15 cars throughout my life and the experience with this dealership was the worst. If you are looking for purchase or lease BMW, please try other dealership. Hey, you never you know, you may get better experience than what I had here...

I have visited Part Ave BMW and met John Park who was very nice to speak about the pricing.
Unintentionally, I had to made a contract at this dealer due to this professionalism and good pricing.
I would highly recommend this dealer who is looking for new car or leasing.

I have purchased two new cars from Park Ave BMW and would never think of leaving the Park Ave nor my awesome sales man Juan.
Buying a car is extremely overwhelming but not when you have a good & honest sales man. Juan Polo did an indescribable job in finding me the exact vehicle I wanted, with all the options I was looking for in the right price mark. Not only did Juan provided me a plenty of information, he also went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my decision.
I RECOMMEND PARK AVE BMW with my eyes closed.

We had a very good experience with our salesperson, Craig Cayetano. He was informative and was able to answer our questions. The price negotiations were stress-free and we came to a mutually agreed price. After a couple of months, the car arrived and we were impressed with the delivery process. This included a relaxed discussion with Roger Pic, the Finance Manager. We were able to get a negotiated down protection package that we didn't feel was unnecessary. And the over 1 hour "Genius" review with Mark Saunders was very informative. He took his time despite it being well beyond closing time. Overall, an excellent experience.

I just purchased a Certified BMW, and the experience was great. Victor De La Rosa was my sales associate, and Matt Struble assisted him for the delivery of my vehicle (Victor was off that day). Both were gentlemen and very professional and respectful to me. The negotiation for the purchase was no-nonsense. There were no time delays for "visits to the manager's office (for coffee or whatever other salespeople do to create more drama during the negotiation). Everything was straight-forward, and an agreement on a purchase price, including a trade-in price for my car was reached in a short time. Jack Gomes handled the financial end, and here too the experience was positive. He explained several additional insurances and coverages, and easily accepted my declining of those opportunities...no hard sell at all!

I am an older man, who has purchased many cars over my lifetime. THIS WAS THE BEST CAR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

One of the better dealers out there. Second only to Benzel-Busch in my opinion. Robert Ermatinger was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He was reasonable, straightforward, attentive, and showed much patience with my excessive attention to detail. There were no surprises at the end. Park Ave is the only dealer in the area that I would recommend for shopping for BMW.

On a related note: Avoid the Prestige Group like the plague. I've heard so many horror stories from friends and family who dealt with them. I've also visited Prestige BMW & Land Rover dealers and they left a bad taste in my mouth just from their initial impressions.

I made the right decision to travel from NY to NJ because your actions testified to the great reviews on your website. You was perfect from start to end. I never been so happy about a service rendered and the customer service was just as excellent as it can get. The service was prompt and you made me feel like your best customer. You instill confidence in me that your company is working to reach the customer's

Arrogance is the right description for this dealer. I went there and I have been treated in a very arrogant way from the sales person. I came back the next day to test drive a BMW that they told me they bring to the showroom from their warehouse. When I got there, they told me sorry we sold the car the day before. Instead of calling and telling me the car was sold, they brushed me off and said the next one will come in about 8-12 weeks and I should come back than. Stay away from Park Ave BMW!!!!

For those who find the purchasing or leasing of a car to be a euphoric experience - your DNA warrants inspection. Mere mortals such as myself, find car acquisition to be as stressful as waiting for one's accountant to determine overdue tax payments. Well, at Park Avenue BMW, my leasing of a BMW was pleasantly stress-free. I attribute the foregoing to having been handled with great patience and without stereotypic "sales pushiness" by Mike Smeraglia, Sales Manager &
John Delgado, Sales Consultant. Upon delivery of the car, Heather O'Brien, Finance Delivery Specialist and Steve De Los Angeles, BMW Product Genius, handled me with "Kit Gloves." I believe it is important to note, that I leased one of the most inexpensive BMW vehicles. Notwithstanding, I was treated with dignity and respect from the moment I was greeted at the front door. Perhaps, of added interest, visiting with their competitors for lower pricing will invariably be an effort in futility - they truly are unmatched.

Not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but the lady I dealt with at this dealership, attempting to work out a new lease is just awful. I won t mention her name, as I hope that she s better with other people and don t want to single her out. Her offers were confusing, with all types of dealer BS mumbo jumbo, playing around with the numbers. Wasted a lot of time speaking with her on numerous occasions. All it took was 20 minutes at another dealership and I was able to get a way better deal, on the same vehicle!! Apparently the lady at Park Ave was a too greedy, trying to feed me the bs this is the best offer I can offer , to get a big commission. I hope she changes her ways for the sake of the customers and herself.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing an X3 M40i at Park Ave BMW. My wife and I were blown away by experience. The showroom is beautiful and modern. Eric Schuster, our Sales Associate, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He took his time showing us all the features and taking us on several test drives. There was never any pressure. We ordered the car and it was delivered ahead of schedule. Process was so fast and I never felt my time was wasted. Best car buying experience ever. Purchased/Leased our tenth BMW and this is our first time at Park Ave BMW though we have worked with Jack at another BMW store. We knew going in the vehicle we wanted, what we wanted to pay and the kind of experience we've come to expect from a BMW store. All I can say is Jack and Park Ave hit it out of the ballpark. From the initial contact on a Monday to the vehicle being delivered to our door personally by Jack 90 miles away on Wednesday morning, we couldn't have asked for anything more. 10 thumbs up also to Sales Manager Mohamed Fahmi for helping facilitate the deal. I was referred to Park Ave BMW by a friend who has had nothing but good words to say about them, and WOW! The experience was absolutely wonderful! Upon arriving, I pulled my car into their service drive and was immediately greeting at my door by a valet who introduced me to my service adviser, Stefanie. She was extremely professional, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. We went over a few issues that I was having with my car, and she made me aware that all the issues I was experiencing was still covered on factory warranty, for which I was very grateful! Stefanie really went the extra mile to ensure that I had a great experience, and she and the loaner coordinator made arrangements for me to take a beautiful BMW X1 loaner car as a courtesy while my 328xi was being worked on. Stefanie kept me up to date with everything that was being done to my car, and even had the shop foreman who was working on my vehicle get on the line with me to further clarify a few issues I was experiencing. When I picked my vehicle up, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the "complimentary wash" they gave was better than my local car wash.

I'd like to thank their service director Dave for also being extremely helpful. He thanks me for servicing my vehicle with Park Ave, which I found very polite. The entire team was magnificent, and I will highly recommend Park Ave to any BMW owners that I know!

I took my car here for absolutely no reason. they had my car for an entire week and never fixed the main issue with my car. i had 2 faulty fuel injectors and Claudio the service rep authorized filter changes and a oil change but did not want to touch the fuel injectors instead of fixing the main problem with my car. i had to pay $723.21. BMW i love your cars but this kind of stuff is completely unacceptable. if you have a BMW i recommended you never work with this dealership.

If i could give them negative stars, i would. These dumbasses are just simply money hungry. This idiot service advisor at this thief place argued with me about how they will charge me a diagnostic fee even if i have warranty on the car. I left after 10 mins arguing with the idiot. There is a reason why this idiot works as a service advisor making max 50k yearly and i drive a car thats worth more than his salary.

Love it for free fast charging my Chevy Spark! The only DC combo fast charger in the area. A real life-saver.

Gio was polite, honest, and did all he could to get me the best price on the car I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience without any pressure. He even followed up with me after the sale just to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely go to Park Ave BMW again for my next car...Make sure you ask for Gio!

It saddens me to say this dealership has declined significantly. What was once a class act establishment has turned to used car salesmen approaches and lots of finger pointing. After purchasing multiple vehicles from Park Ave I m confident I will never return.

Most pathetic service ever experienced. Communicated on email - finalized everything on the vehicle - lease and everything. Even charged credit card. And on the day of delivery 3 hours before claim that they quote for wrong vehicle and want to charge more. If communicating with John Dalgado - make sure to ask everything and get in written and confirm twice as if you are discussing with a toddler. Not sure how he works there.... not an service level you expect to be at bmw...

I've emailed them several times about a car could never get a response. So I decided to stop by at the dealership and see if they could help me. They told me to wait they'll and they'll get me a salesman. Which I didn't mind the wait, but the person I was with was looking at cars and three salesman offer to help her. When she directed them towards me and said he'll be the one purchasing the car they walk away. I guess maybe because I look young, idk what it was but it was extremely off putting as I was looking to purchase a six figure vechile. Funny thing is I purchase the same vechile for my mother a month before and wanted another one for myself. Terrible sales department!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Take you busniess else where. This was local to me so decided to give it a shot huge mistake. Guess I'll drive a little further and get better service.

Horrendous!! I called to confirm that I could return my X3 to this location. Was told by their representative that I could. I drove close to an hour to get to the dealership only to be told that their secretary provided erroneous information and that the vehicle would not be accepted. This dealership really should get their act together and stop wasting people s time.

I had a great experience in getting a new Bmw 5 series. Andre the salesman was a pleasure to deal with. He is highly knowledgeable and is truly a class act. After going to 3 dealerships I finally found the right one. All I have to say is first class dealership. If your looking for a new or certified BMW I highly recommend Park Ave BMW.

Service team is friendly and helpful and they have a nice selection of loaners. Dave B the service manager is the most unresponsive individual I've encountered at any BMW dealership over a 5 year span. I've reached out to him at least 5 times via email, voicemail, dealership-issued survey, and by way of request from several of his colleagues. I've still never heard his voice. The 3 stars is only because he gets an F.

I use to hate this place but they really changed their style of business and really work with the customers to find the cars they want at the prices that are fair! I will most likely get my next BMW from them.

The senior sales team only gives their time of day to clients that make them the most money. If you are a returning customer and they do not have a demand for your leased vehicle good luck getting a call back. We leased an X3 with Rachel and she was very eager to get us into a CPO vehicle. It seems they have ditched this car on us because they have not reached out at lease end and will not return any voicemails or texts. I am not sure how they treat their high end clients but as for me this is my 3rd and final BMW from Park Ave.

Victor is very personable and easy going. He was very flexible with my timing was not pushy at all (as we all know many car dealerships can be!) This being my first car purchase since moving to NYC some time ago, I was a little apprehensive about the whole car buying process. Happy to say that working with Hans was an enjoyable experience, and that I really appreciated his knowledge of the vehicles and packages, together with his honesty and sincerity in helping me make the correct decisions.
