This hotel is very trendy and nice looking. Having an attractive look on outside and also the interior theme and design of this hotel black and white almost pulls every one's interest out of it. A well maintained services and hospitality. I would suggest we can stay in that hotel if we want to have a wonderful experience.

The location is very strategic, close to the MRT station. The hotel is very unique and iconic in the Little India area, the rooms are quite spacious and clean
Cheap hotel close to subway station, very convenient. If you like to explore the neighborhood of the Indian community, it's a great choice. Even the Muslim district is just a 15 mins walk. Of course, can't expect much at this price, but at least it's clean and bet you can have a nice sleep at night.
Really enjoyed my last stay in this hotel. Good service, cozy room, vibrant neighborhood and most importantly located near MRT station. The downside was the building only 3 stories high so the sounds from traffic outside pretty loud.
Disappointing experience. The room and toilet is too small. Unable to upgrade our room even though we pay extra $120 for 2 more person staying the night. Had to squeeze 4 person in one small room with only 1 queen size bed. Asked for 2 more sets of hotel supplies but only get one set only.
Located in Little India, it is a small special hotel. The big night shift counter should be the boss. We arrived at the early morning and came out to help us with our luggage. However, people with large suitcases should pay attention to it. There is no elevator luggage here. I moved to the room. The room is small but there are some. The park 22 is located near the MRT station. Going left is a very good place to take pictures. There are also convenience stores nearby. It is quite convenient overall.
Great hotel, the location is super convenient, but the staff are very kind. If you think the room is small, I recommend a quadruple room with 2 rooms that can communicate. It is suitable for family and friends. The small disadvantage is that the bathroom is small and the soundproofing is slightly poor And if the socket is from another country, you need to use a socket converter
The room on the 3rd floor was very small but on the ground floor is fine .And of course assistance and service by the different management team is excellent.
One of the most "value for money" hotel in Singapore. The room is super clean and cozy. Only 1 minute away from Little India MRT station, 10 minutes away from Mustaga center) . A lot of local store nearby (if you need to buy daily needs)
Quiet hotels but feels a bit like a prison cell. No windows. Very small and some ppl may not be used to the shower toilet system. It is however pretty clean. The fridge is not a fridge. Don't be misguided it's a cooler!
Nice local hotel in little India Singapore cheap and clean not flash good for a hold over 20 dollar's Singapore to the airport and great service nice staff
We are giving Park ,22 Hotel 4 Star's ! For Various reasons, The Manager Judy is the most courteous person with personality and tenacity. Our room was small VERY comfortable with TV, Shower, Tea/coffee and our bed was most comfortable. Hotel is very clean, all the staff are extremely helpful and we wonderful stay. Thank you Park 22 Shamilah Jamie
A really nice, warm, and cozy budget hotel situated in little india. The staff were superbly welcoming and friendly and the room was clean and tidy. On the down side, the room was really crammed and even i had troubles manoeuvring about.
very very small rooms most of the rooms don't have a window as well. The surrounding is not that good enough. it does have the MTR just opp the hotel but think twice before booking as it only is a few SGD then any good properties around
Good location and quality of hotel is average. Not worth for money. They dont even have a glass for drink water.they ask us to buy and use a use and through cup.
Against the rainbow colors of Little India sits this rather sever hotel. Out of place like a black and white photo in a full color brochure. On the positive side, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The biggest benefit is that the hotel is literally a 3 minute walk from the MRT/subway.
On the down side, the hotel is decorated in black white and suicide gray. Utterly depressing. I had urinal flies, mosquitos, and some tiny gnat like things buzzing around my room periodically. When I got up late at night to use the restroom and accidentally stepped on a cockroach, I brought it down to the front desk. They upgraded my room free of charge for one night, but offered no other compensation for my discomfort and intolerable lodging conditions.
The room I was upgraded to had a padlocked window that could not be opened overlooking the street. (fire code violation?) I was woken up at 5:30 am by the diesel rumble of the first of many delivery delivery trucks to arrive and stock the market stores. Followed by the slam of the roll door, the steady clap, clap, clap of boxes being loaded on to a rickety cart and then the creak of the carts wheels as it was pushed to its destination. The noise of the market continued well past 11:00 pm where I got to experience some domestic dispute out in the street beneath my window as if it were in my room. I can't in good conscience recommend this hotel.
Room that I stayed in did not match what was shown in the photos at all. It was on the smaller side but more than sufficient for budget travellers. Location is very good; just next to the MRT station.
Great location, super close to the MRT. Rooms are small but that's expected, however it's clean and comfortable. Lots of great nearby restaurants to try out, and walking tours.
