Very nice temporary exhibition by artist Constance Guisset. His modern and original creations are highlighted in a quirky setting amidst classic works. The decorative and movable objects created by the artist are elegant, light, alternating rainbows of colors and monochrome gradations. Despite the aesthetic research, the objects remain functional and comfortable. A real success.

A nightmare .... Although the exhibition is magnificent, the crowd present in the museum spoils the whole visit. Unable to access the windows, read the comments, stifling heat, ... Very disappointing!

A very nice museum, I saw the Dior exhibition inside.
All well organized, the guard checking in the bags, there is also a free single and group wardrobe. The lines are very long and I have also waited 4 and a half hours since they are not flowing.

I have attended several big fashion exhibitions here. Always a large selection of exhibits to see. Generally it is fine to turn up and buy a ticket when you attend. However, I ended up queuing for over 2 hours for the Dior exhibition. If you are limited for time to attend, I would recommend booking in advance.

Too hot in the first room of the dior exhibition (air conditioning broken?). Unkind vigilantes who leave the public of the rooms as badly clean because the closing time approaches. Very bad experience associated with this Dior exhibition.

Leaving the Louvre one must not even cross Rue de Rivoli to visit an interesting museum already from its medieval section. Furnishings and art objects from various eras with entire reconstructions of environments.

The first part of the exhibition on fashion and fashion magazines is fun and very well explained; I learned a lot, including that Balanciaga was a big luxury brand at the time and that it did not produce sock shoes but beautiful suits, as well as beautiful collector's dresses. However, the architecture part is much less fun and quite monotonous, even if the drawings presented are very beautiful. Obviously, if you go to this museum in the morning, plan to have some money to eat around as the prices are high in this area.

Captivating scenography of the entire museum that takes us from room to room in the intimacy of the decorative arts of our interiors for centuries.
The Walk and Gait exhibition is captivating - and visibly mobilizes a lot of the museum's teams, who kindly manage to keep visitors going.
Thanks to them. The catalog is particularly valuable for continuing the discovery of footwear from the innovative angle of the exhibition. THANKS TO THE MAD TEAMS.

Visit the exhibition "Funny little beasts" By Antoon Krings in a superb scenography. Privilege to be able to see the workshop of the reconstituted artist around 2 works realized for the occasion.
Otherwise the permanent exhibitions allow to see the evolution of the arts deco since the eighteenth to the present day with the advent of new technologies (3D printing, motion capture, computer software), a very interesting visit.

Extremely disappointed. We had reserved our places for a paying exhibition and arrived on site at the time indicated on our tickets, we were told that not only we could not go in because there are too many people inside, but that in addition from that no one will enter the expo of the day. If you don't know how to handle the crowds, don't sell the tickets!
