Love kings island, but it's getting WAY to crowded. It's ridiculous, even on week days now. Wait for lunch is a hour plus and the lines are crazy! When you manage a park you have to consider crowd control. Not just see how many people you can get to give you money. Fast passes should not cost you extra. Look at Disney. It would be nice if options where there for comfort on a crowded day with out handing out more cash. :/ still I go. Went my whole life. Taken there in the 70's with my family, great memories, just think some managing or new ideas about crowds would make it perfect for a generation of recreation! Lol

Excellent rollercoaster park. The Beast is still a beast after all of these years.

Great job, Kings Island. They are doing a great job with masks, sanitizing, and social distancing. The rides have stickers for lines that are 6 feet+ apart. The employees are pretty good about asking people and they are all very good with masks. There are rest stations, that used to be smoke stops, that you are able to take your mask off, so that helped a ton. The rides are great and kept up pretty well. Their food is good, but very overpriced.
Value for ticket is great. The only thing I would say is that the employees aren't always the most friendly. They are much better than in the past and we met a lot nicer ones. But, some of the workers just do not look happy to be there.

I really love kings island I've been going since I was a kid but it seems like when halloween comes the haunted houses get stupid. They send way to many in at one time so half the people don't get to get scared I was really upset with my visit today on the haunted houses

I go there every week or 2. The gold pass is so convenient! Such a great deal!

Staff is very nice and overall very clean and will definitely be going back!!

Great place absolutely a fun time I recommend buying the eating pass, as food is very pricey. But it is a great time, plenty of stuff to do with the kids.

We always have a good time here! The lockers in the water park are expensive. Be prepared to spend plenty of money, like all amusement parks.

The amusement park is super fun! Favorite ride is Flight of Fear or Vortex!

Great place to spend a day. It wasn't very crowded and it seemed like most people were following social distancing and mask requirements. The app wasn't very helpful because it seemed like the wait times for some rides were not accurate. Missed being able to see the fireworks/light show at the end of the day, but I know it wasn't possible since they closed at 7.

For passholder preview day it was really crowded, but it was a nice time otherwise.

Always a great time with the family. New rides keep it fresh. Ultimately for me though it's about the kids section of the park for my 3 year old and all of us love the waterpark.

Fun day, still love the Beast. Mystic Timers and Diamonback are also Great! Food is pretty bad, but what do you expect.

We have always loved coming to Kings Island, we usually come at least once a year. This past weekend when we visited the park it wasn't as clean, the restrooms were dirty as well. The lines for food seemed to take forever. Not sure if they were short staffed or what but seemed to be some confusion with the employees working. The rides were great as always!! The park itself just needs some attention.

It was very nice. Ice skating cost WAY TOOOOO MUCH! $15 per person no discounts period! Like an 1 1/2 hour to skate.

Very crowded on Saturday but was expected. Long lines everywhere. Lights beautiful and hot chocolate was fabulous.

We went for Winterfest had a wonderful time and so did the kids. I would absolutely recommend it in fact are thinking about getting gold passes now. If there was a negative I would say the cost of parking. We we're surprised at the cost of parking $20 for standard $30 for premium you can get it $15 according to my brother-in-law if you get a parking pass online, you can also save money on the tickets if you buy online.

I found everything good but I think what they need to do is kind of lower the hot chocolate for poor people like us we can't afford $5 a cup maybe a buck or two let people bring their own in I took seven grandkids last night

Had not been in 15+ years, but was very surprised at how much it was just as I remembered it. Would appreciate it if there were more rides for the smaller kids that were better.

If I could give zero I would. Family of four 210 dollars down the drain. Paid full admission price for 2 kids because they were 48 inches tall. Only to find out that you can only ride the racer and adventure express and nothing more. If you have to be over 54 inches to ride the rest you should advertise it and not make it a surprise when they try to ride. The website clearly says over 48 inches is considered an adult but I'm confused how an adult can't ride a rollercoaster. We went for the Halloween haunt and spent 10 extra dollars on a no boo necklace so the youngest wouldn't get scared but it doesn't matter since the roamers who are supposed to scare you all took the night off. Only saw 2 people dressed as evil clowns casually walking around. But we saw them at least 5 times so I'm sure they were very busy. We ordered online for conscience and they advertise a price as low as 31.99 but I'm confused who gets in that cheap.. babies maybe? Ask around before you plan a trip here heavy levels of deception at play. Haven't been since the ownership changed but now I know I won't be returning.

Great family friendly place. The staff was attentive and kind. The ticket prices were amazingly affordable... we will return with the crew!

I love Kings Island, I Love the City of Mason, and the people that reside here. I first went to Kings Island, back in 2004 and returned in 2015 and relived the memories. It was disappointing that "Son Of The Beast" was decommissioned years ago. But, they have exciting new rides; especially "Diamondback". Kings Island, is an Amusement Park that everyone should visit.As expected, I plan on returning again in the future.

Love the diamond back, the bat, drop zone and mystic timbers! On a hot day white water canyon is fun!!

Great for families of all ages and demographics. A little pricey on admission and food is outrageously expensive. Definitely invest in a gold pas (free parking) and add the drink and/or meal pass if you plan to make 3 or more visits.

Rude attendant in Snoopy Land not maximizing ride capacity causing longer waits and the River town Potato works would not (supervisor) sell me a beverage due to lack of staff. The tickets and prices not including trip expenses are too expensive for this behavior. Rude unaccommodating under staffed and very expensive for what u get and a disappointment. If Kings Island were what they advertise they are, it'd have been great!

Had to throw my ball that i won away just because i wanted to ride mistic timbers. Still didnt get to ride because i had my drinking cup i paid 14dollars for.

Always loved Kings Island. ..grandkids loved it. Hate the playcards..pain in the butt!

Overall a great amusement park experience! The park has a nice variety of attractions and plenty of places for refreshments. They have some of the best coasters I have ever been on and that rival those you will find at Cedar Point.

Very festival winterland display. Not many rides are open but many things to see and do. Go during week when less crowded.

There are exciting roller coasters for adults and children park, also water park. Although I didn't play all these games but I was so excited in here

Had so much fun but the cost of Food and drinks is pricey

My family had an awesome time doing everything. I can't wait to come back. I will say they need to have charging ports since it seems like every year the price increases.

The water park needs some more comfortable paths for bare feet when the cement is scorching from the sunlight.

Great place, but it's overpricey, and long wait times

Its a fun place to ride rides but typically on Wednesdays they will do bag checks and if you have anything more than a water bottle they won't let you bring it in. Usually any other day you can bring in a cooler and they won't care, though.

Great place for a day of fun and rollercoasters! My favorite ride is the banshee, and I think everyone should try it! They are also handling the covid policies pretty well, cleaning the rides, requiring masks, and spacing people appropriately. They are even offering hand sanitizer after the rides! They also have areas designated as "relax zones" where your mask can be removed temporarily. All in all a good day trip!

My family and i had lots of fun here, great rides for younger kids as well as older kids. Keep a look out for discounted tickets, Kroger normally has a deal.

Winterfest is GR8. the lights are really pretty and the park is very festive it really feels like christmas.

Amazing park. I've been going for years and it just gets better and better. As for the negative reviews on price, it's a theme park, you go there for the rides, expect everything to cost more in there. If you don't, you're only fooling yourself.

I love roller coasters and Kings Island has them so naturally I'm going to like it. The roller coasters themselves are amazing. Everything else sucks. I only give it two stars because 1.) The food is WAY overpriced. A bag of like six chicken nuggets from chic-fil-a was around $20. 2.) The lines are too long. I got to ride like five roller coasters in nine hours. Also my favorite roller coaster there, the Diamondback, shut down for some reason after I waited in line for an hour. It's too freakin crowded there. 3.) It's dirty. And stinky.

You could just say oh, this is what what you should expect from a theme park, so deal with it. However, I also have gone to Cedar Point and Six Flags, and I haven't had any problems at those places. That's why I'm complaining about Kings Island. Because I've seen better.

Rife lines were long, however, they were fast. While waitting in line a ride broke down, bummer. Great food, but expensive.

Grew up with this place, DECADES LATER, IM STILL LOVING IT!

Love this place, they could offer the fast lane passes at a lower price, security could do a better job at keeping unruly kids with no supervision under control. But other than that love going as much as we can every summer.
