Great social distancing and cleaning measures in place. Lines went pretty fast. Overall a grest experience. Masks did not bother me. Orion is out of this world!
Favorite amusement park of all times going on 44 years!
Really nice very clean souvenir bottle was a little difficult to get taken care of but very nice park for the price
Drove 5 hours from Pennsylvannia to visit! First of all about 4 rides were down and couple of the main attractions including the wind seeker! My kids talked about it all the way up here! The Beast was closed for awhile but then did open. Park wasn't to congested with people and could walk through well. Not too many rides for the adults but was an okay park. Probably won't come back though! We paid $770.00 to get in with fast plus passes! That is 3 adults and 2 children! On the Banshee coaster you can't leave your bag and drink carrier at the ride they make you pay a locker fee to place ur items in for just 10 mins. But other coasters you can leave your items! It's like they are trying to make money of this roller coaster cuz it's the newest/popular. The rides should have been open! If you are a roller coaster thrill seeker and like various rides I would not recommend! I would recommend if you go buy ur passes at Krogers they are cheaper! Also buy your parking pass from Krogers its like 3 bucks cheaper to park. We will be back at Cedar Point Next Year..
This place is amazing. They have the best wooden rollercoaster on the planet, the Beast,I love it so much. There rides are great and different,Firehawk, flight of fear,Invertigo, are all different but I love them all.Yes,even the Vortex.BTW Another coaster would be nice.Soak City is fun too,and Halloween Haunt.Great vacation spot too!
I love Kings Island, even though the prices are exotic, I still love it. It's a great place to have fun with friends and family, also the staff are great. Kings Island is such a amazing place with rides like no other, the experience is like it's own ride, and the water park is absolutely beautiful. The best thing that I like about it is the mini games with people in booths, though I'm not really good at them, they are still run to do. I hope that today, I can go with my friends and have fun.
Decided to go here with my fiance before the season ended. Unfortunately we picked the day when August heat decided to finally show up (in September, go figure) we rode the diamondback, and that went well. Then we tried to ride that thing where you lay down then it flips you over once you get over the first hill. Unlike the Diamondback, there wasn't much shade in the lines, the misting fans weren't on, and the line really wasn't moving. It could have had something to do with the "fast ride" ticket holders literally getting half of the rides. Seriously, I saw a group of kids ride this thing 3 times while i had moved maybe 30 or 40 feet in line. At any rate, the stagnant heat trapped on this little corner they have the cattle cars in caused my fiance to get light headed. We got out of there as quickly as possible and she found some shade while I hit the refreshment stand. $7+ for two bottles of water with no other options around like a drinking fountain. At this point I was hot, sweaty, and extremely angry, and I think I made the kid at the refreshment stand cry. After returning to my half passed-out fiance, the icing on the cake was the other vendor I saw outside the entrance of this ride, Fast Ride tickets... One way or another, they decided to get more money from people. Whether it be inducing heat stroke while waiting in line so they will pay anything for a bottle of water, or paying god knows what to skip ahead ridiculously fast in line. After getting to the point where she could walk again, we went to get some ice cream to try to cool off some more. By that time, a headache from the heat had already overcome her, and having any fun there after that was out of the question... good job kings island... 2 admission tickets, 2 insanely expensive bottles of water, and one ice cream cone, and all we did was ride one ride. You made your money off me today.
Glad to have it in accessible distance! It makes summer our colorful and extraordinary with multitude of rides and aqua fun :)
I have a season pass and meal plan. This place is awesome!
Great FAMILY park, tons of fun. Just so you know GOOGLE.... THEY'RE NOT CLOSED! I would take legal action against Google if they didn't listen and change the label from 'permantly closed'--they may be causing a loss of revenue for the park.
Many great memories.I live in Louisville or I'd visit more often.
This place is so much fun. Me and my family love going here.
My favorite amusement park! Has something for every age. Great roller coasters
I love kings island a lot it is family friendly and there is a lot to do. Rides and shows shop and restaurants. I price are high for the food though make sure you have plenty of money
Always a great time with family. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the $20 parking, $20 locker fee also food is way over priced. I have to give a thumbs up for the service, every employee was smiling and nice.
Great place theres so much to do and the platinum passes save you tons
Thank You to Armada Waste for a day of family fun!! This is our girls first time and they are loving it.
Always a great time! Wait times are almost always 10 minutes or less
The rides are awesome. The lines and food prices are ridiculous.
Great atmosphere, awesome kids area. The water park is also fun to visit
Fun for the whole family and the staff is very friendly
The staffing isn't always at the level that it needs to be, but the park is as fun as ever, and the new rides have added quite a bit to the park.
As always, the price is high, but so is the fun level. Winterfest was wonderful!
Needs more kiddie rides but still a fun plaDr for the family.
Fun, really enjoyed Winter fest, Halloween haunt and the normal park.
Great deal with gold pass get money's worth especially if you live close like I do
They do a good job making it clean and all the rides are great but try to avoid vertex because it gives your whiplash
We spent our honeymoon in Cincinnati and this is one of our stops. Not only did we get to ride rides but was also the start of Halloween out here. They did great on decorating it.
A little over priced, food costs are really high. Lines are long.
If you do not pay for express passes you'll spend the whole time waiting in line, we arrived there at 12a.m. and left at 8p.m. 6 hrs were spent waiting in line.
There is no way to enjoy the full experience of the place because most the time is spent in lines.
We visited Kings Island with three generations in our party. There are a variety of rides that appeal to people of all ages. It takes a lot of walking to access the desired rides. This can be quite tiring for very young children and for seniors. The lines for the rides are frequently very long, especially on weekends. There are plenty of restaurant choices spread throughout the park. At the end of the day, everyone had a good time no matter how many rides were ridden. We all enjoyed the day.
The operations employees were inconsistent, but overall a good day.
Great park with interesting & unique coasters. Shows, other rides & Soak City waterpark, if you're not into coasters. Great kids area for kids. Soak City is included with Kings Island entrance. My top 3 coasters were Banshee, Diamondback & Mystic Timbers. Invertigo is awesome too, but prepare to have your mind scrambled, seriously lol
It's a little pricey these days, but it's still a blast! On the day I went, lines weren't bad at all, the rides we're in good shape, and the park was very clean.
Horrible experience on a kiddie ride. I will never go back. The employees were rude, the guest service lady condescending. Security called on me for objected to a stupid thing. Their recommendations were to buy us ice cream. No thanks.
Mostly enjoy all the aspects of the amusement park, however, the nickle and diming is just getting really old. The cost for lockers, food, extras throughout the park. Not to mention $15 in addition to your cost of a ticket for ice skating. That's incredibly expensive.
It's lost some of its appeal and beauty back when it felt more wooded with antique cars where they used to be and the white water canyon didn't have a roller coaster over top of it. I wish they had a slow ride that cruises the park in the air but not a thrill ride kind of like TomorrowLand Transit Authority at Magic Kingdom.
Very good operations! Short queues and staff members are working hard for loading the trains in less time! Wow! Many theme parks can learn and should learn!!!
Must visit place for families. Tons to do for kids of all ages!
Great park! Lots of stuff to do there and they have pokemon go!
This is the first year we've bought season tickets for the family. We have had a blast all summer and can't believe how many times we've gone. I can't say a bad thing about King's Island!
Great place, clean and neat. Awesome rides. Family atmosphere.
Would be 5 stars but lines r rediculous long but it's still worth the visit
Love it here. Waiting to check out the new coaster this summer.
A great amusement, fun and a great place to visit. Great rides but the food is very pricy.
Great place for some fun with family! Bring your youth group and plan to stay from open to close... it's definitely worth it!
I been here but I can't ride my favorite ride
diamondback
Used to love this place as a child but no longer a big fan.
I've been going here for over 35 years. Late July during the week crowds are low.
Was a good time! Was charged way to much for tickets. But would go agine. No fire hawk or son of beast coaster is a huge bummer.
Kings Island is always an amazing place to visit! Their handling of COVID-19 has been phenomenal. The only Issues with my most recent visit were the long wait times due to social distancing. However, this is in no way the park's fault and I will continue to attend Kings Island and other Cedar Fair parks.
Great park for all ages. Great coasters, kid rides and shows.
Cincinnati's best and really only amusement park! Family tradition with some really fun roller coasters.
AMAZING! Fun place to enjoy the day with the children!
Love spending time with family here! And the adrenaline rush is great!
The Beast at night gives this place 5 stars by itself!
King's Island is always a great time. Just be sure to bring more cash than you think you need; the food there is pretty expensive.
This place is filled with memories awaiting for you!
Always a fun place to be. Food needs to be priced better and so does Admission, as to make it more affordable. Other than that, no complaints
Had a blast! Love the atmosphere and of course you have to hit the coasters! Diamondback, Banshee and all time favorite The Beast! Make sure you are front car!
Well worth the money I spend every year on season passes
Always a fun experience. We love the coasters and the kids love the rides in Coney Mall.
