Hi,
First of all thank you for opening Honda car showroom in Agartala. We bought a Honda Amaze car in Feb, 2019 from the Agartala showroom. But the service quality needs much improvement in Agartala. Our car was not taking start suddenly on 18th of May!
It's unbelievable how a brand new car from Honda's most trusted model can have this sort of problem!!
And then when we tried to contact the service center in Agartala, nothing convincing was there in the response and we finally had to leave the car in the town for the whole night.
Next day we only had to tow the car at our own expenses to the service station though the car is in its service warranty period!
It has been 3-4 days now since we sought Honda's help but the car could not be fixed yet. The Agartala servicing guys are still clueless about what's going wrong with our car!!
Tripura is an emerging market for Honda and such an unprofessional service quality is never expected from the renowned car maker!
Please ensure a complete upgradation in the level of the service quality here, ASAP.
