Booked a flat with them in 2010 in their project paramount floraville. It is 2019 and still no registry. Unprofessional company.

I found awesome villa at Paramount Golfforeste surrounded by greenery and clean society and well connected with the other parts of the city. A big thank to Paramount.

Beware of feeling cheated - Delay in project, no response over mails or calls for years, unnecessary interest though they don't show any proof of demand letter after several visits / mails / calls, poor quality, no delay penalty, no registry - only sublease as they don't have OC on possession, not sure how there are some satisfied customers in rating!!
What else do u need when u invest your hard earned money . Single is too much for agony from them.

Fraud Company. They will go to any extent to earn money. They cancelled my unit and sold off to someone else without my consent and notice and didn't even refund. Going to file a cheating and NCLT case against them. Beware or you will have the worst time of your life dealing with them.

Though they made good society. They made me run 100 times to get possession. Utterly unprofessional.

Their staff feels themselves like king and treat customers like beggers Avoid dealing with Paramount Group They are pathetic. unprofessional behaviour of the employees and other senior staff, poor quality construction, fake promises made by the management.. I have purchased a villa in 2012 since than i have not get the position till the date.. on daily basis i am just calling them but they are not answering me anything infect that are not taking my calls. Ms. Geeta, Ms. Sarita, Ms. Sushma, Ms. Saloni and many more .. I already had discussion with their so many staff regarding my unit still no one is able to my solve my query.. finally i have taken the legal action against this FRAUD COMPANY... Please avoid dealing with Paramount Group... If you really want peace in your life..

Paramount is actually a customer-oriented company. It is one of the few companies which focus on execution and delivery of projects. Other just keep on launching new projects and forget the already launched ones.

Dis is one of the worst company, unprofessional behaviour of the director, employees, poor quality construction, fake promises made by the management..
Purchasing any property with paramount is not suggestable to any1..

Worst builder to invest with. Imagine, people having invested their life savings a decade back and are still waiting for possession of their flats. Extremely insensitive, unprofessional and thugs.

Its a good experience buying apartment from Paramount. Construction quality is good. Projects are well maintained. Staffs are very polite and cooperative and resolve all queries on priority.

Not even deserve 1star however could not have option so opted 1 star.
With due respect,bought flat in 2019 after long struggle and I'm struggling to get parking under my Tower because they have allocated under E tower where I have flat in G tower,now they are just saying can't help it including customer service (good for nothing)
Don't know how more I need to struggle where I did not shift yet.

GOLFFORESTE is one of the best project in delhi/ncr, have great amenities and facilities.

Paramount Group has a very futuristic view. They are adopting innovative methods to show care towards promoting a greener and cleaner environment not just in residential but also into its commercial properties. Paramount has presented through its property that bigger space is also a luxury, indoors as well as outdoors.

Worst quality delivered on all Projects, poor workmanship.
