I would like to give negative stars. However, no option.
here is my review on their Cera Upgrade department which works on upgrade of bathrooms and such work.

We took a service from Cera Upgrade to upgrade our bathroom and related area in Nov 2017. Now, about 8 months later, the issues are still open. (Ahmedabad)

Still we have a lot of complaints and they do not resolve from the base.
Every time they come up , see the problem, do it from outside without reaching to the base problem.

Every time they add some new problem to that rather than solving it.
it started with a very CARELESS, NON-RESPONSIBLE plumber who did his work which had a lot of leakage inside the wall, behind the plaster of new tyles wall.
Water started coming out cutting the plaster, tyles and all layers. we can see water flowing like a tap was open inside.

First, they did not agree. then they did and when opened it, entire wall was full of water. We had to keep it open for several days to dry it to rework.
when reworked, they made another mistake on outside pipe. again a leakage, the supervisor came, who is not a thorough technical person - Name Sharadbhai ( never a a recommended supervisor for this work). he just hammered that tap with some appliances from our kitchen, broke that tap. No solution.

Next, another leakage that passed thorugh the bathroom and bedroom...again they reworked no solution. Since then it has been going on at different places, with different problems after about 8 months.

Every time, Sharadbhai comes with a new person / labourer/ plumber - knowing nothing about the work, they just open and close stuff to show us that they provide service.
However, the question is -- is the problem resolved?
Answer is - Bin NO + one addition to that problem.

I would highly recommend every single customer , not to take their service ever. (Not to mention, they charged much higher for the entire work compare to the market standards)
Also, never entertain a team like Sharadbhai who is good for nothing on supervision and resolving problems.
