They manage the property very poorly, they do not return phone calls or emails when you contact them with a problem, they do nothing to upgrade the property or fix things properly, they do things as cheap as possible and do not care about keeping the property clean or well maintained.

I was placed in a brand new building with NO office supplies at all, wasn't notified of my fax number, told me I could make extra money by signing Leases on certain dates but then told me at the last minute the tenant had to fill out 2 applications. Then when it got time to pay for all Leases signed they ALWAYS forgot to add my extra pay. Always was extra paperwork there was to add and compliance had to send it to me because Regional "forgot to provide it". Notified Regional of extra people not on Lease but he did nothing about, more or less let tenants do what they wanted to as long as building was filled to capacity.
Corporate meetings were great but when it came time to do what they preached about their values they never follow through with it. Maybe if the whole "Corporation" didn't consists of all family members, e.i. dad, sons, cousins, if probably could of been successful!!

Have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Renting out apartments festering with mold. In effort to remediate the issue, hire a 3rd rate company who covers up their deficiencies and falsified test results to remain contractor to these goons.

A renters worst nightmare. Property Management/up keep is very poor. I'm currently face a case/lawsuit of harassment with them. Uneducated/trained management.

Horrible company. No one took the time to listen to my issues and help me solve problems. Brooke McCormick was not a good property manager, she was immature, unprofessional. Avoid this company.

I would highly recommend Michael Busch at Paramark. With his guidance our office building sold in 6 months. In addition, Sheryl Good handled our building management during this time and did an excellent job.

Horrible people they pride themselves on taking advantage of the people they don't think will stick up for themselves they refused to repair anything in my mother's town home they made a 200 dollar repair on a 20 year-old refrigerator rather then spend 400 to replace with a energy efficiency model there is a 10 by 20 foot 3 inche deep whole in the driveway they claim is repaired frequently but no one has done in 4 years her Windows are falling out as well as cubards the ceiling are collapsing the garage leeks, electral out lets spark but paramark says that they have no responsibility to fix these things, and renters shouldn't complain they should move out because they will find someone who doesn't they are slum Lord's bad people

They do not take care of their buildings. They say a property is smoke free yet there is a tenant smoking inside that they are doing nothing about. Dog poop is all over the dog areas and they rarely (if ever) clean it up. Management lets tenants get away with anything...dogs off leash have run up to children in the building, pitbull puppies, smoking inside and on patios (the patios are wood and ash has burned pits in the siding so it's also a fire hazard, and fire alarms have gone off from the cigarette smoke inside before), and the garage rarely has the fans on to circulate the air.

I ve been an employee for paramark at a property in Winona and Rushford for four years and I ve had a great working experience and work environment. They hire professional managers to manage the properties everybody s easy to get along with and work with.

Everyone in the company that I have spoken with or communicated with by other means has been not only friendly, but helpful. I think you'll agree that is pretty hard to find across the board these days!

Beautiful places with garbage management team. They will do anything they can to take advantage of you especially if you don't speak up. I was finally let out of my lease by a lovely lady who worked there for a short amount of time (that I'm almost positive was fired for letting us out of our lease) I was 6 months pregnant living with our 18 month old son and my husband living an absolute nightmare. We had people breaking the security system to let homeless people sleep inside, numerous tenants were drug users and left needles in the lobby within reach of my baby who was crawling at the time, smoking in the building was ignored, our place was flooded twice and we weren't offered anything so we slept on our couch with an infant, they promised us a home inspection for mold as they never treated the ceilings and my husband was ill for months yet they never followed through and claimed they never said they would do it even though I provided the email they sent me with the date it would be completed, our storage unit was broken into, my husband was hit by a lady who also attempted to burn him with a cigarette when he said "hi" to her while passing in the parking lot, they told us when we moved in that they kept the nails in the walls from the previous tenants so we wouldn't make extra holes and then charged us on our move out deposit for the nail removal that we DIDN'T DO etc. These are just a few examples. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away.

I was saying you took advantage of me for the 10 months I lived there and wouldn't allow me out of my lease. I called Pam continuously during the week and called the police time after time and was told you wouldn't allow us to break our lease. Pam had called you numerous times and I know the lady living near me was trying her best to be released from hers as well. It wasn't until I talked to your former employee that I finally was allowed to leave. Within 5 minutes of our conversation she told me she felt awful as I was in tears from the stress I was dealing with day after day living in that disaster. YOU did not let me out. Your FORMER employee Amy let me out which I called a few days later to ironically find out she was no longer employed by you. Below I attached the email that states that paramark would do the inspection and I also received a written notice under my door signed by the management team stating a day and time the inspection would be completed. You always seem to ignore that attachment when I email it to you and will never refer back to it. You can tell me all you want that you can't control what people do on your property but I find it ironic that all your properties have the same reviews that you let anyone live there and do what they want. You were allowing people to smoke and do drugs in the same building as an infant and pregnant woman. I won't even get started on you guys not relocating us while we were living in a flooded apartment because of another one of your careless tenants ran water into our home TWICE. Those were some great nights sleeping on my couch with my infant while giant fans were running because we had a soaking wet bed and crib. You know you are in the wrong and can deny it all you want but what you put my family through is sick and you should be ashamed.

The absolute worst management company. Incredibly greedy, all they want is your money. Can never get ahold of my regional Andrew. Terrible attitudes and very unprofessional. 10/10 would not recommend hiring them or renting from them.

This place is awesome! It Is beautiful and the management is right on any issue you may have! They are wonderful and understanding and so easy to work with. Every time I needed help they were on it. I'm on section 8 and in order to get it right away they needed a lot of paperwork the manager had it done within minutes not days I am very grateful to her without her help I wouldn't have been able to make my rent right away but they wouldve helped me with that also. I picked the best place to stay ever!
