Although I wasn't able to clear the interview, I still found Vinculum to be a good company

They take fake interview, I have been called for java developer interview, cleared all round, then they asked for expected ctc, notice period, then tata bye bye. since then no further contact.
Even every week I am getting mail that they are still recruiting for developer.
Don't waste time and even you clear all rounds don't keep hope for offer letter.

I had a very bad experience about this company. I got a mail from this company in which they only called me to attend the drive and I reconfirmed with the HR before going asking about all the criteria. The HR asked me to come and attend the drive but when I reached there they said that I am not eligible for this drive. I don't know what fickle minded people they are firstly, HR told me to come and then saying that I am not eligible.

very very bad experience with the company. not even a single order can be processed. no responsibility in clearing the issues, they are good for nothing!!!!!!!!

they dont even have a facility to print the shippibng labels in thermal printers..

Haven t got experience to work with Vinculum, heard a lot about the company within my circle. Would look fwd to work with Vinculum one day.

Fake company...fake people...fake HR...they call you for interview thrice for face-to-face discussion, then they give you assignments for assessment.. then they ask you to create presentations...when you are done with the tasks..and follows up with them for update, they stop responding...even the HR is dysfunctional...

Very far from Delhi in car. Otherwise office is good.

It's a wonderful company to work with, although I worked very short duration and had to leave due to family constraints, but I miss this a lot..I mostly interacted with Anil Pundir and believe me, he is very nice person some times it,s difficult to judge whether he acts like a boss or brother..All other people are awesome..

I recently had interview with vinculum, in the very beginning i asked for 30-35 % of hike, After got selected they offer me 17% of hike on my current CTC.

Great software product company they proved good solutions for sellers, warehouse management system

There hiring procedure is very bad.They don't tell there hiring decision.You have to send mail and ...keep sending..no reply

I have interviewed with vinculum but not a good experience with it. The interviewer is trying to shouting on me because I have not remember the answers. The iterviewer behave just like" lala ki Dukan abe tuje to ye v nahi pta"

I had a very bad experience with this company. I got a mail from this company that I'm selected as a graphic designer, even i cleared the interview too. They gave me a project to do from home and after the completion of project they never contacted me for the further process. They only wanted to use me as a free employee.

A good company with average work but not at all professional. I went on to interview , got selected but they are not ready to pay the amount which they agreed before. So, i refused there offer. Also there is no professionalism in this company, in a meetings people are shouting on junior resources. Like a lala ki dukan.

Very Slow Service and 80% commitments are fake. i am not satisfied

All false commitments and day on day keep changing quotes and never have a perfect poc to close the best deal

Care that is being taken for an individual growth, differs this company from its competitors. Culture is something very satisfying, other than that all the required facilities are available.

It's not a good company. I know from a recruitment consultant perspective. Not at all committed, vendor payment gets delayed by months.

Like the facility and overall ambience. You can also have coffee at ground floor. Nice positive ambience
