The park is so well layed out , easy to reach so many animals and to see the Wild animals up close is really quite something. My children still thank me for the wonderful full day experience .memories are locked in and will be shared by all in our party.

Had a fantastic time. It's such a great place to visit with the kids. Their experiences are truly amazing and very educational. The park has over 800 animals you can see upclose and get involved with one of their fantastic experiences. This has been a third visit and during every visit we have learnt something new. There is an experience suitable for everyone. Kids enjoyed many feeding and zoo keeping experiences. My husband absolutely loved the wildlife photography experience. Overall a great fun place to visit.

I wanted to visit this for a while. My colleague treated me for a visit to the park and I was very pleased with our day out. The park has lion, cheetah, tiger, otters, meercats, monkeys, snakes, owls, penguins, etc. The park was nice and More

Had a lovely walk with our kids and a dog. Woody and open at the same time, different walking trails marked off so you won't get lost. Free parking in different corners of the park, plenty of space to enjoy. And great for mushroom hunting if you know what to pick

The price may be a lot more than I was used to as a young lad. (Quite a few years ago) but still worth it. It is definitely a better park for the price. Plenty of activities for the young and old. And plenty of parking with an overflow the other side of the road. Great fun day out for the kids and even more so for us adults. I still enjoy going with my other half.

It was educational trip for our school children in London. History was captured so amazingly by creating life size daionasure world with movements, sounds and a lot of information on them.
Beautiful live animals to see and so many locations has play area for children.

Lovely place. Great new dinosaur theme area. Excellent playgrounds dotted around. Good picnic area. Splash area. Parking is free. And top it off, beautiful animals. Staff are knowledgeable. Particularly enjoyed the bird show and talk. Only issue is the bog cat enclosures in particular are far too small. At least half the size they should be. Only reason I haven't given it a 5 review

It was quiet early but getting bust towards 1pm. The dinosaur park was great and would highly recommend. The animals park is good but not a lot of shade. It takes about 2 and half hours to walk round it all minus breaks. Lots of toilets and the best thing about the loos - they have children's loo seats built in! So hand when I have two toddlers who hate big toilet seats. Overall good day.

Compact but interesting zoo. You can get very close to a lot of the animals. The staff are friendly and informative and there are plenty of talks through the day to keep you interested. Lots of things for very young children to do as well. A good day out.

Do not come here if you love animals.. on the website it looks like they have loads of space but in reality the animals have hardly any space at all. It s really sad to see such beautiful animals such as the tigers and cheetahs in such tiny cages.. they looked distressed and underweight and wouldn t stop pacing around in distress. Really sad to see this, and to think we ve given money to support this horrible and cruel place makes us upset.
The moneys cages are so tiny too. Just so so horrible. I would never tell anyone to come here it s disgusting how small the cages are.

If you don't take your kids here to see the animals and ride the train, as a parent you stink! The prices are reasonable for a say at the zoo, take the train, they have a shuttle to come get you, to take you to the zoo!

Took my nephews to this park when they came to visit. I would say this is the most up and close experience I ve had with animals in a while compared to some other zoos I ve been to recently. They have a good variety of animals and birds there and you can also feed some of the animals if you wish by purchasing food bags from the reception. My nephews absolutely loved it this place and so did I!

A small Zoo, with a good range of animals, including some big cats. there are also talks throughout the day and bird shows - which showcase the many birds of prey and Owls they have. Animals seemed to generally be in good condition and there didn't seem to be much repetitive stressed behaviour, which was good.

Brilliant day. Just spoilt at very start but accident at gate. Hope cyclist was ok. We had a child with csc needs with us but he started to relax and enjoy his day. The Lions were wonderful so much has been developed since my last visit in 2013

I recommend this park to everyone. Since this par is in nature, it gives people peace of mind. Especially families with children should definitely bring their children to this park because while the children experience the Joy of seeing many animals closely, they will also carry the peace and happiness of the plant that nature gives.

This place is amazing! So much to see and do and we all had an absolutely fabulous time. Animals are very well cared for and the way it's set out gives great opportunities for some fantastic photos.

For a relatively small zoo the variety of animals here is astounding. An excellent place for the whole family to attend if however you prefer to have a quieter time and not get trampled by an army of push chairs I would suggest going during the week or outside of school holidays. Despite missing a few toes courtesy of some careless buggy drivers will 100% be attending again and will be looking into doing the animal experiences here as well

Absolutely amazing day there today for our son's 3rd birthday. He is a dinosaur fanatic and the dinosaur area was his idea of a dream! Absolutely brilliant. The rest of the park was also superb, there was something for every child's interest. It was also VERY easy to navigate your way around and though plenty to see and do it didnt feel like a maze or too huge! Totally family friendly also the gift shop wasnt a rip off as they usually are at these places. 10/10 from our entire family (6 adults, 3 kids)

This is a really fabulous wildlife park. Some great animals (I loved feeding the emus!), an aerial walk so that you get a better look at all the lazy cats, great play areas for the kids, really well maintained, goat feeding, little monkeys that are friendly... the list of stuff here goes on.

Nice place we had a great time!

Nice place we had a great time!

Only concern was the children's pool area the water wasn't clean it looked like as if the water doesn't get changed regularly throughout the day

may be the centre can make better arrangements for the pool area where the water is continously drained and refilled with fresh water maybe try to add some sort of chemical to keep germs out while still maintaining a friendly environment..

If the pool area didn't put me off with its poor hygiene I would had give it a 5 star!

Well what can i say about this park, i have visited zoos and wildlife parks all over the world, and this one should be shut down, the animals look stressed, the cages are far too small, there is noware for the animals to go to get away from the humans, it is what i would expect a victorian zoo to look like, and as far as i am concerned the quicker it runs out of money and the animals are transfered to a more suitable zoo/wildlife park the better. Please go to a better zoon, like Whipsnade or Woburn or anywhere other than this zoo.

Kids had a brilliant day, albeit rather cold in January! We haven't been here for a while and were pleased with the updates going on, shame there weren't more shows and drink huts available at this time of year. The dinosaur area is amazing and well worth the visit, I just don't understand why after all these years you still have to pay extra to go on the train...why can't it be included in the admission cost??? Most other places you visit have the small train included in the price. Other than this, a good day out.
