Paradise Water Sports Review

We did parasailing at Ocean City beach today through them. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth the experience. We took 800ft but honestly we felt there was no huge difference between 400ft, 600ft and 800ft. You can buy 400ft or 600ft and get the same experience while saving some money. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is because we felt ripped off while buying pictures from them. Obviously we wanted pictures to keep them as memories so we bought the package from them. It was $30 and they charged us upfront, so whether you like your pictures or not you're stuck with them. We were told that we'll get atleast 75 pictures and they only clicked 20 and gave it to us on a memory stick. We could see them only after we came home and trust me they were not good pictures. I was really disappointing. Another thing I found weird was that they told us to write good reviews online so that we can win free stickers. How cheeky!! If you're good at your service, people give you good reviews, you don't have to make them do it.

All in all a good experience but save yourself some money and don't get ripped off with these additional expenses. But your own go pro camera and click your own pictures.

I went parasailing for the first time and it was an amazing experience everyone was super nice! If you go try to ride with Adam and Lucas they rock!!

Very accommodating. Friendly staff. Will trained staff on the boat. Very accommodating to everyone on the boat. Was lots of fun. Recommend you do the 800-foot length

We went parasailing at Paradise Watersports and had a great time. The boat crew was excellent. The only bad part was that we had to show up 30 minutes before departure and wait on the dock in the hot sun. Bring water, it's $2 per bottle on the boat.

Parasailing experience was amazing, but had a little incident with Jet Ski and can tell you from my experience that these guys are not trained to handle the situation well. They themselves were panicked and started yelling. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I'm afraid of heights and my friends made me go parasailing for the first time. It was a lot more relaxing and fun than I thought it would be, kind of like a giant swing. Our captain and boat mate were really funny and personable and assured me that there was no reason to be scared. Jet skiing was amazing. I got revenge on my friend for making me go parasailing by whipping her off the back

I has so much fun going 400 feet we'll be back to do 800 soon. It was so peaceful and quiet and the breeze was wonderful.

Parasailed one day and came back to jet ski. It was amazing and the staff was top notch.

Mac and Jake were awesome. They were funny and really made it hard to be any bit of nervous. I will definitely be doing this again. They were thorough with directions which made you feel even safer. 10/10 would do this again. Thanks guys!

Did the 1 hour jet ski rental.

15 mins out to the area, 15 mins back from the area, 10 minutes of talking... You only really get about 15-20 minutes of free riding.

The guides were great though

It was my first time parasailing and jet skiing so I was a little nervous but the crew was very friendly and explained everything. They answered all my questions(even the dumb questions lol). It was fun fun fun. I would definately recommend them when your in Ocean City Maryland.

Great place to Jetski awesome people and nice. With taxes included for an hr it was about $130. For the people complaining about the time to get the riding area it only took us like 5 mins because it depends on how fast you get to the area. Luckily the group i was in most of us were fast. They do tell you the faster you go the more time you got to yourself but its also fun time to ride as a group out there unless your just cruising along and wasting your ride time.

Great place needless to say we went to four different locations for their jetskis every one was slow and easy to tip after an hr of riding i had a head ache so we tried paradise today and ill never go to another placr besides PARADISE WATERSPORTS there guides were so cool and very helpful they were very funny we were well informed on the process n felt safe we took a ride to the riding spog faster the better they said so we took off it was such fun on the way there n then getting on the skies for an hr there super stable and by far the fastest one out here not at all easy to flip its an awesome place to go to and they even have food and boat tours right there if i could give more stars i would highly recommend coming here as we well be bak every time we come to OC

We booked our activities online and whwn we got there, they told us that there are no more jetskis left. So we had to wait an hour for our next activity. We thought the point of reservations is to be able to plan you ractivities ahead. Other than that, the rest of our activities were great.

We had a great experience with parasailing and jet skiing. Adam, Tyler and Lucas were very friendly and professional. They even recommended some great places to visit around town.

Was very quick to get out on water good prices and very friendly. Would go again!

This was a great way to spend an afternoon. We lucked out and had the entire boat to ourselves! The two crew members were fantastic. They were entertaining, loved their jobs and really put both my children and myself at ease. I recommend skipping the water proof camera and getting the go pro. For $30 I got over 500 photos of our experience vs. the 27 you get with the $15 camera. Bonus: we got there early and grabbed a quick bite at Sneaky Pete's where we ate on a dead rise in the bay which share a pier with Paradise.

The staff was very friendly. It was our first time parasailing and Troy and Austin made it a fun and memorable experience!!

I love getting on the jet ski's at this place. The staff is helpful. Every year I use my $20 off coupon. This is my once a year treat for myself.

Great parasailing! Lame jetski. We got the dual package but the jet ski rental was actually a guided tour, not a regular rental where you bring it back in an hour. We had to stay together as a group to go to an small area with a three minute perimeter. It sounds like they may all be like that here. They also begged for tips and during the saftey talk they told stories about how "you" were the ones that caused accidents...wher they could have said "don't be like the people who did that before.".

We had the best time! All four of us went up (we were in pairs) and loved it. The view is amazing at 800 feet. Highly recommend it and we would do it again.

Stay away from their jet ski.. other services are okay..

This is the worst jet ski experience I ve ever had ... jet ski area is more than a mile away from dock.. half of the time will be gone in traveling to the actual place .. then in no time they will call to start back and it takes another long journey back to shore ..

parasailing is okay but the staffs are awfully impatient.. they expect the customers to be very professional drivers so they don t need to work at all.. OMG ..

The ocean was too choppy, so we had to go in the bay, but it was still a great experience!! Will be doing this with them again for sure!

Was charged for an hour ride but only got maybe 20 mins out of the ride they said it ok to long to get out there.. well then don't start the time until you get to where we can actually use the jet ski faster than 6mph. Other than that the time than was spent actually riding was fun about half mile rectangle to ride

Worst experience with jet ski, the guys standing in docking were poorly trained, the guy leading the jet ski was very rude. But the parasailing was good, liked the way the staff handled the parasailers. The tickets that were cancelled did not get refunded even though they promised it was refunded to my credit card.

Did the parasailing and jetskiing combo, it was awesome and had so much fun. The guides were great and funny and made everyone very comfortable. A couple things I wish I knew beforehand... the guides work for tips so make sure you have cash, they deserve it! Also take Dramamine before going on the boat, the water was very choppy the day I went and a few people got sea sick. But still a great time. Highly recommend!

Had the best time on my vacation ever thanks to this place. We did the parasailing and the captain and the photographer guy were absolutely wonderful so helpful so nice and just treated us to a really good time. We also did the jet ski which again highly recommend fantastic had the best time ever. If you are on vacation or an Ocean City Maryland I highly recommend this place everyone is really nice and they will give you the best experience for your money

Please do not waste your time and valuable money on the jet skis here. The parasailing staff, equipment, and price were amazing and I would go back for that service in a heartbeat, however if they asked if I wanted to pay $450 again for my family to spend 30 minutes moving no faster than 10 mph to get to the riding areas, then 5 minutes of riding and a half hour trip back to their dock, while the whole time being threatened about breaking any rules, I would laugh in the mans face. They are ripping people off knowingly and I hope no one else is taken advantage of.

We had a great time with parasailing and jet ski... my 8 year old son loved it!!
Prices are very good and you can choose the height for parasailing... everyone was very friendly and made the experience much better, when I visit OC again definitely going back to this place... thank you all so much for such a great day!!!!

Easy to schedule a reservation (the other two parasailing companies did not answer the phone when I called this morning to request rates/availability). Professional and funny crew! Made everyone feel at ease and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone visiting OC!

Went parasailing and jet skiing yesterday and I gad a blast. The crew was very knowledgeable on safety and how to have a great time. I will be coming back here with my family and would recommend them

I thoroughly had an amazing time with chase and Kevin today, when they ask if you wanted dunked, they really do dunk you, super funny and polite.

HIGHLIGHT OF OUR VACATION!
There were a few in our group that were a little bit nervous but Adam and Tyler put everyone at ease. They were friendly, humorous, and very professional! Adam did a great job driving the boat and Tyler secured everyone with harnesses and lifejackets. Tyler also took pictures for $30.00 if you wanted that option. (We did and it was well worth it!)
When it was our turn (my wife and I) we chose 800 feet and it was awesome! So quiet up there. Then when coming back down, Adam dipped us into the water a few times. We will be doing this again and we highly recommend it!

Super friendly staff, accommodating, and our family of 5 had a blast!!! Three out of the 5 of us were newbies and they made everyone laugh and at ease. You won t regret booking parasailing or jet skis here!

I had called paradise water sports before I bought a deal with them so I called talked to them and they said as long as made a reservation I would not have to worry so I bought it and called to confirm everything and when I got there and they would not honor the coupon and charged me $154.00. So I'm not happy and planning on sharing my story on the internet and I'm making sure our company will never use them again and will never let one of their ads be placed in any of our properties also!

1st, very clean and well maintained rides, staff right on point, imo cheap for each ride! Loved that some of the ride I recognized as the same style I rode as a kid! Brought back wonderful memories!

A group of us parasailed one day and rode jetskis the next. I booked online and it was hassle free. All the guys were nice made us laugh and had a great time. At no point did anyone feel unsafe or nervous.

Did the combo parasailing and jet skiing, great experience and staff. Definitely recommend this place for both.

We have been to this place twice in 2 years. For jet ski they only give you about 15 minutes to drive in the designated area. Rest of the time is spent on directions and driving to the designated area. Para sailing was amazing

Jet ski time is a scam I rent for a full hour they only give me 20min to ride because it took 20min to go and came back from the site they count the time going to the riding site we have to be in a single file line and they count that time other places count the full hour riding at the site not the time getting there and jet ski are slow

This was my third and last time parasailing with this company. Parasailing was ok but when the guy driving the boat walks by my kids vaping I was done. Not something you want impressionable kids seeing. I am not dumb and know it s out there and my kids will see it but when I am paying big money, this is the last thing I need my kids seeing.

We had a group of 9 parasailing. I was nervous to go. Once on the boat the staff was very reassuring and knowledgeable. The had a great sense of humor and made me feel much better. They are very well trained. My family and i did this on our last day before going home, and what a perfect ending to am awesome vacatio . Tyler and Lucas were the crew and they were the best. They were very friendly, funny and knew what they were doing. This experience was great and i will definately do this again and only with Paradise Watersports. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience, especially if its your 1st time and your nervous like I was. Thank you for a memorable experience and an awesome vacation ending.
