Best burgers ever. I know its strange considering their lack of fancy toppings and no french fries and such but I've had a ton of burgers across the globe. Bud's Bar is by a long shot the favored burger for me and my wife. The staff is stellar. Just dont try to pay with card and dont ask for fries. Holy dog balls its a great burger.

Found this place online. Went out of my way to stop in. Burgers are excellent. Cool little bar. I'm from Wisconsin but would stop back anytime i was remotely near. Love the burgers

Buds is easily a local & visitor favorite. While you can't get fries, the burgers are, by far, one of the best around, and I mean for miles around. Perfectly simple, always flavorful & never disappoint. If you want a frilly burger, go elsewhere.... they're too busy to deal with that nonsense.

I have been going here since I was a kid and I swear the burgers are the BEST! This place is a must visit if you're in the mood for some great food and great service.

Best burgers around family-friendly environment and very reasonably priced

Great burgers & great service but you have to walk through a group of smokers right outside the front door. Not a good thing after eating such good food. Owners need to make an area on the side of the building for smoking.

What is special about this place? The people who you meet, the increadable relaxing experience, the positive vibration from every cell, the results. Is some of the feedback that people give me.

Sorry Buds. I know your idea is easy and gets the job done. Just need a little more than a burger sometimes...this place is crowded when there are 15 people inside. Cool for the locals.

Friendly people and atmosphere. We go for the Darn Good Cheese Burgers. I think it's best to go with the double cheese burger. Load it with the pickles, onions and the potato chips provided. Best washed down with a cold bud light.

Definitely a small bar. Decent food, prices are great. The customers all seemed to be regulars. Worth checking out, but they're cash only.

When I was a kid my grandparents used to bring me here after they went squirrel hunting up in Rampart Range. After remembering how awesome the burgers used to be, I decided to stop in for a nostalgic experience.

To my amazement, nothing has changed since 20 years ago when I was here last. Except for the fact the burgers were 10 times better than I remember them being! Seriously the best burgers in the state!

Terrible. I didn't even get to try the burger. Walked in 3 different times never even got looked at so the third time we sat down in an empty booth and we're immediately told to get up by the most rude woman I've ever met then completely ignored again. That was going to be my first time now I'll never go back.

Bud's Bar is an iconic tribute to the Old West. It has been there FOREVER and is a great landmark for friends and family when we have to meet and eat! The burgers are known for being greasy, all the way to the top of the bun, but hey! That's ok I guess! It's a great Biker bar, and place for people who don't need a whole lot of choices on the menu. I would never take my mom there, but I would meet friends there. Thank you Bud, for keeping this relic alive!

What more can you ask, a fantastically delicious cheeseburger, incredibly friendly staff and a building with a genuinely warm feeling to it. That is Buds Cafe.
Their menu is simple, they serve the very best of one item, burgers. The bar isn't fancy but they work hard to deliver the best drinks around. The uniform s are casual and that perfectly fits the feeling of this do not miss establishments.

Been going here for over 20 years since I was a kid with my parents. Now I'm taking my kids for the absolute best burgers around. Always friendly staff and cold beer!

SATISFIED! I just ate such a great double cheese burger. Only now when the rest of the group is wrapping up their meals do I have regret. If I had ordered 2 of the double cheese burgers, I would have been in hog heaven even with my wife giving me a dirty look. It would have been worth it. Don't make the same mistake! You only live once! Order that second burger!!

Burger was good! Simple place, you certainly don't have to think about what to order, cheap, good for a rest stop.

Indeed, No Fries!!!! Chips only with the BEST hamburgers in ALL the land. Do not bring an attitude to this local venue, be clean, but no dress code required. Be ready to wait, any day,
any time of the week, but, dare NOT try to horn in, you will be watched ( remember , no attitudes), so put a few coins in the jukebox, work those taste buds,take a good look at the decor, say thank and dont forget to tip.
