Reasonable for parasailing and jetski. Good experience for a first timer!.

Best experience in OC. It would be a mistake not to try this while vivisiting this incredible place. Captain and crew were fantastic!

I absolutely loved parasailing with paradise watersports!! The staff are very nice and will explain everything completely!! My first time parasailing was the best!!

we called the day before to reserve 5 Jetski they didn't told us that each of the people on the Jetski had to have ID took us longer to get on the Jetski and because of that we got ont he jetski late the instructor didn't gave us the instructions when going out in the water we was out there only for 15 or 20 min.
The didnt have the 5 Jetski they had only 4 we had to pay for the 5 Jetski they didn't gave us the money back for the one we paid extra 5th jetski the excuse was that since everybody didn't have ID they were not giving us the money back it was a real bad experience and started are day horrible definitely never going back they treat us like trash they have a mess in that place need more coordination never going back

Over all amazing experience! I've gone parasailing before, but nothing like this - the guys make sure you are enjoying your trip, they make sure you are feeling okay, and they are constantly making sure you are having fun and laughing. Everything is explained wonderfully so there's no fear in taking off or 'landing' & there are many different photo options/packages. I will definetly recommend paradise water sports to anyone !

Hands down the best place for recreation in Ocean City!!! GO to HOOPERS and ask for Tyler. The staff is great and the boat captains know the business inside and out. You can eat crabs on the dock after you parasail..What could be better?

We have parasailed (and some years jetskied) here for as long as I can remember. We have always had an excellent experience and this trip was no different. There were 16 of us ranging from 7 to 72 years old and everyone loved it. The crews are always skilled, courteous and fun to chat with. This is the best parasailing / jet ski company in Ocean City!

This is great place for doing watersports! We did parasailing with these guys. This was our first time. The guys were super professional. They made us very comfortable. I would recommend them STRONGLY.

I love jet ski and have done it at several places like Miami, Atlantic City, Philadelphia. Sorry to say but the experience with this one was worst of all.
Don't book through website because if you do you can't change your mind and cancel it not even within the period they allow you to cancel reservation made over phone. Call them to reserve and pay in person would be smart choice.

The front desk staffs tell you different things, I needed 5 jetski for the group, after paying for 2 from website could not book additional so called them then rescheduled (with higher payment) for 3 more including 1 premium, then later that day staff calls and says premium jetski is unavailable so asks me if I want to keep other 4 or cancel, I would have rather cancelled but then says I will not get refund for what I have already paid for. That was ridiculous service.

Staff was awesome. Jet skis are brand new, ride out to big riding area was great.

The ride out to designated riding area takes too long. The overall riding experience is good. Grab a watch with you because you don't ride a full hour.

Went Jetsking, was so fun that I went again. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. They are fast, riding area had plenty of room, would recommend to anyone.

We went on a parasailing trip on a 90 degree day with Tyler and adam they were absolutely wonderful, my boyfriend gets overheated and he passed out and vomited all over the captains shirt and himself and me but they were so professional and helpful, I do wish there was some shaded areas around the building while you wait for your ride when it's this hot. But 5 stars for the wonderful people, we were even allowed to come back the next day to re-do our parasailing since we didn't get to go on the first try.

Don't recommend parasailing at this facility. Boat broke down three times while family was on the boat. One of our groups didn't have even have full parasailing experience . Company didn't offer any refund/partial refund; manager never returned my phone call to discuss. Young girl at check in center told us we "got what we paid for!" Paradise Watersports then turned around and sent the next group of parasailers out on the boat as soon as it returned after it had broken down 3 times without any attention paid to the service of the boat.
Also, during this time we were back on land waiting for the boat to return, we asked where our party was at as they were 45 minutes later than the other boats. We were told they had returned to shore and we had missed them. This instilled panic as we couldn't locate our kids. Couldn't locate them because they were stuck out on the ocean with a broken boat! Again, customer service at dock was unapologetic. Some may ask why weren't you on the boat with your kids. We tried to pay as a passenger but were told it was full even though our boat only had 10 passengers while others had 12. Basically the dock employees had zero idea what is going on at any given time with the boats and they have limited training and skills to handle anything out of the norm. Very clear that their job is to push people through quickly and not worry about the outcome of the experience.
Poor experience, poor customer service, poor response to a bad situation. Just there to make their money and don't care about the outcome of their guests. Extremely disappointing. Take your money to another company.

Did the 800 ft parasailing. The view was amazing and the crew was awesome! So worth it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The guys running the boat were very thorough and explained everything very clearly. Awesome experience. My 8 year old daughter and 6 year son had a great time.

It was good experience overall, however we paid extra money for photos on Aug 3rd and was told to go onto the website to view them, went onto the site and there we no photos of us, called them and they had all my info and a picture of me as well, said they would look into it and give me a call back, and to check back at a later date. They never called me back and they never posted pictures up from Aug 3rd at all and nonrefund from them neither!!!

This place had all the water sports we wanted to do on our vacation. It was alot of fun jet skiing and parasailing. Prices were pretty standard for the area. The combo for the jet ski and parasailing was a good deal, just make sure you make a reservation.

This is the second time I've gone to paradise water sports to go jet skiing. Both times I've had a fantastic time. The people at the desk are really nice and helpful even when it's chaos and super busy. And our guides that take us out and run down the safety and tips for riding the jet ski are great. They def deserve a tip. We like the sunset jet ski ride. It's beautiful and just am all around great experience you won't forget.

My sister and I had so much fun that she had to throw up on the side of the boat!! Thanks Adam and Lucas!!!

We did the parasailing at 800 ft. It was amazing! I'd do it again for sure. The boat captain and his assistant were great! There was 2 photo options available. One with a go pro and one with the assistant taking photos.

They offer comparable prices to their competitors. They have a few water sports. I experienced the parasailing sport.
It was fun, boat and equipment were nice. Instructors were nice, polite and very amicable.
I do recommend it.

This was our first parasailing experience. It was ok but I was disappointed that they wouldn't take us to the ocean due to strong rip currents. Also I feel like when they ask you how high that you would like to go is misleading. We paid to go for the full 800 feet but there was no way we were up that high. It's 800 feet of line not 800 feet in the air. The price seemed reasonable. We had $20 off coupons and ended up paying like $65 each so that def seemed fair.

Great deal for parasailing and jet ski. $169 for 2 to do both. Boat captain and assistant for parasailing were excellent. Jet ski instructor also excellent.

Paid for a 1 hour ride on jetskis. What we really got was 20 minutes of actually riding a jetski, 10 minutes sitting on the jetskis on the dock while they have issues filling up 1 jetski. And 30 minutes spent getting to the spot and back to ride them. So a good 40+ minutes of going 0-5mph on a jetski in a single file line. They should plan 30 minutes just to get situated and to the spot and back. This should not be something that the customer loses time because of, especially due to the over $100 price point to start.
Extremely unsatisfied. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Fun... If you ignore the constant worry of keeping 100+ feet away from any of the 15 other skis at any given moment in time... AND the constant worry that if the safety decides you're being """UNSAFE""" you get a "strike". If you get three strikes you are brought back, kicked out, and banished. Want to know how many strikes i got? I got 2. Apparently i was driving too close to someone, maybe by 20 feet AT MOST, what can i say? It's hard to stay over 100 feet away from 15 other individual fast moving objects at once. I was yelled at like a child and i was so scared that i would ruin my parties good time that i spent the last hour of my ride going slow and staying so far away from people i couldn't even distinguish my family from random strangers.

We had an absolute blast parasailing with Paradise Watersports! We went up 800ft, we could see the entire boardwalk and beyond...we saw turtles, stingrays and even a baby shark! Kevin was great, start to finish, very funny...made for a memorable trip. Highly recommend!!!

Today we went parasailing with Sam and kyle and we had a blast! We were nervous at first but they made us super comfortable and welcomed! For our first time parasailing, it was definitely a great time and we recommend everyone come to paradise watersports!

Wow!!! You guys opened my eyes. I have been visiting Ocean City, MD all my life. I thought I new it all. I have done most activities in OC multiple times, including jet skiing and parasailing. I have always enjoyed it with a few other companies but thought all of you guys were the same. It was different from the moment I arrived with Paradise. You guys have a cool location with easy parking, good start. It was quick and easy to check in, then a moment later we were sitting on the jet skis. You guys have the most fun and friendly staff in OC! The big surprise was that we rode to a riding area without a million other jet skis and boats flying around. We actually had space to ride, and at 60mph that really made it feel a lot safer. We all went parasailing right afterwards and again, what a great time. My friends couldn't stop talking about it the whole ride home on Sunday. The water was a little chilly, so thanks for dipping just our toes in the water. You will see me again, and again in the future. Thanks!!!

My friends and I did the combo package, it was so great!! We had so much fun on the boat and took great pictures. The picture package was amazing!! Great workers and great times!!

Kyle and Sam were GREAT! Took my 8 year old son out with my parents and the whole group had a blast! The pictures were affordable and the service was great! They accommodated our large party without a reservation and made the experience comfortable and exciting. This will definitely be a MUST-DO every year I come to MD.

Excellent deals on jets ski and water safari. Did both with them and got really great service. My jets ski was malfunctional in my first ride and they were courteous enough to give me a free ride. Would definitely recommend them.

Terrible service....asked the girls about a jet ski opening.....saiid nothing available.....saw at least 5 available.....when we went to ask if there were any openngsi again....they said it was too late due to paperwork takes 15 minutes?????what to sign a waiver??? Too lazy or didn't really care...just lost 180....

They are worst in jet ski, I reserved for one hour but they set for 25 minutes under that ten minutes class I asked them about they said other group people booked for half an hour so that's the reason for you back
And slow jet ski we have to follow that guy up to end and until then he get back
And photos are not good I spend 30 dollar nof clear
