Paradise Water Sports Review

The 2 men on our boat crew were awesome and very knowledgeable. When the winds changed and the number of people on the flying went from 3 to 2 they had the change the parachute but they explained everything to us.

SO much fun! The captain was so much fun and super informative, too. I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to do something fun out here in OCMD!

Went here after another facility said that they could not accommodate a group of my size (8). I went with my family and the gentlemen were just awejust. It was a great experience for all of us (ages 13-40). We ordered the picture package as well. We will definitely go back the next time we're in town. Also don't forget to bring cash to tip the captain and mate, they truly deserve it.

You don t get what you pay for! We had reservations for 6:30 for 4 jet skis which is a lot of money. We were not called to board until 6:42. By the time everyone was on a jet ski (there were 10 people), the safety instructional lecture given, it was 7:01 before they got on the water. They were back by 7:45. When questioned, we were told they estimate the time as best as they can. No refunds offered. We jet ski every year in OC. We won t be back, very disappointed.

We had such a great time! We even got to see dolphins! Highly recommend! Kevin and Kyle were very friendly.

I had an amazing time riding Jetskiis and also Pontoon boat. My party rented 4 Jetskiis, and 1 pontoon boat for 2 separate days and it honestly made the vacation.

HOWEVER, one of the nasty girls who work the desk called me a liar when I said that in NY 16YO don't have a license, only a permit. It pissed me off but I decided not to let it ruin my day.

There's a nice sand bar that we pulled the pontoon up on and BBQ'd and brought our speaker too. Something happened to the boat and the lovely blonde surfer looking dude came down and fixed the boat for us and added on an extra hour to make up for the difficulties.

The jetskiis were great and so were the 2 men who run the whole gig. They're funny, and make you feel safe if you never drove one before. They lead you into an area and let you go wild on the jetskiis with parameters. I did 1 HR and it was certainly enough time.

I got on the jet ski and in 5 less than minutes I got kicked off form going too fast. I was literally going normal speed. Don t waste your time and go somewhere else this place small minded.

Our appointment was set for 2:00 and nobody told us that we had been delayed by two hours until we asked ourselves what was taking so long. They don't do refunds either. This was an awful, degrading experience. Unfortunately, 1/5 stars is the lowest I could give. Book with Paradise Watersports if you don't mind being potentially ignored and lied to by the staff.

Adam and Jack did an amazing job when we parasailed with our family! Our little boy got sea sick and Jack gave up his hot spot. They were very professional and funny. Adam did a good job driving the boat making us feel safe. Thank you for this lifetime experience!

Tried the parasailing with my daughter for the first time and it was a great experience!! It was one of the many highlights of our vacation and the staff was very friendly .

Fun and exciting trip on the jet skis. Guides were clear with their directions and everyone was kept safe. A large area was laid out for you to free roam in the bay and do whatever you wanted, were even allowed to swim.

We had a great time! Jet skis rocked, and the parasailling was awesome! the guys on the boat were soo funny. Loved it!

Fantastic experience! The girls at check in were very pleasant and helpful and Tyler and Austin were great! Definitely recommend the 800ft ride. We'll be back to try the jet skis!

The people who take reservations are compleatly incompetent i called twice to let them know how many people,then we get there and reservation is all messed up on top of that they try to rip you off.

We rented jet skis and went out on the water for an hour, overall it was a great experience I d recommend to anyone over 16 (so they can drive) and even to those under 16 as it s still fun to ride as long as you aren t afraid of speed! The staff were great and very friendly and helpful, all I all I highly recommend this place!

Parasailing experience was great. We did not pay for the pictures at first as we thought we will take it with our phones. However, when we saw other people taking photos with DSLR camera, we told them we want to take the pictures and will pay for it when we reach the reception. All done and paid for the picture and came home to check the pictures. All pictures are blurry and nothing clear. Not happy. Not worth $30.

Went there at 4:45 p.m. and kids working(male and female) said boats were in for the night. Then came up with lame excuse boats were in need of repair. It said returns by 8 pm but kids would not let me rent the boat.

This was an adventure of lifetime. Amazing experience and the staff was great- especially Lucas and Tyler!

This place was great. Awesome experience, I highly recommend it.

Great views, fun experience. Staff was polite and professional. You can rent a GoPro on a stick or have photos taken of you while in the air. We saw a sting ray and other folks saw dolphins. The ride lasts about 10-15 minutes. Our boat did break down before the last people went for their ride, but it was handled well and we were transferred to another boat. Got some great shots, too!

This review isn't actually a knock on the business, just wanted to let people know they're actually closed for the season even tho Google says they're open. I went yesterday afternoon & found this out.

We parasailed with them over the Memorial Day weekend! The experience was amazing! The crew was super friendly and funny!! Wind was blowing so we did what they called extreme parasailing lol!!! Had a blast!

Kevin was an amazing guide for our parasailing experience, & chase is an amazing driver & really took us for a ride, when they ask if we want dunked, they mean it! An amazing experience in my books & I'll be returning soon.

PARASAIL BOATS ARE NOT SAFE!! The boat broke down multiple times while parasailing, it dropped us down to the water before they were able to get the boat running again. After the scheduled 1.5 hour trip took 2.5 hours because of the multiple breakdowns, they choose to continue to take another trip after ours. They obviously value MONEY OVER SAFETY! Go elsewhere, there are lots of choices in Ocean City, MD.

We used Paradise to rent 2 jet skis. The only good thing about Paradise was the quality of the skis. The skis were like new and in great condition, but unfortunately, that s where the positives stopped.

We signed up for the 5:20pm time slot, but didn t get on the water until about 6:30pm because they were running behind. It would have been nice if they contacted us and told us to come later instead of wasting our valuable vacation time.

The attendants/guides didn t take their jobs or safety very seriously. My friend fell off of his ski and no one was around to help. Another rider had to stop and help him.

If there are openings with other companies, I recommend passing on Paradise.

The crew was very friendly. Parasailing and jetsking at reasonable rates.

Great experience, guys were super fun. Didn't want to go late in the afternoon but the sunset seen from 800 ft was a phenomenal.

First time experience the staff was very friendly. The guys that go out in the water with you are wonderful . My kids flipped over their jet ski and fell in the water and they made it over to help them in no time they were back riding as if nothing ever happened.

I give this place 2 out 5 stars. Checked in for my 3pm reservation. When you check in, you have paperwork to fill out alongside a short test. The test is required so that riders fully understand the rules of operating a personal water craft. Once we got onto our personal watercraft(PWC) that's when it became a disorganized cluster. Saw one of the guides horsing around when parking one the PWC, and ran into the dock. If you company stresses safety, then lead by example! Hearing one of the guides say, " I did enough yelling today, I don't want to yell at you guys!" What in the world?!!? I understand that they probably dealt with a lot of customers that were problematic, but you're in the business of ensuring customers are safe and providing customer service at all times.
Our PWC brake was faulty. Although the brake doesn't stop the PWC like a brake does for a car, but it made a beeping noise. One of guides were yelling at at us to stop, but we really couldn't. My husband was the operator and explained the situation. He said, " I'll get back with you guys." He never did and he ended riding around and gaffed us off. I had my kid with me, and as a parent if my PWC wasn't operating the way it should, it definitely took away from the experience. Boaters around our group were pissed off because we weren't in a single file line. We heard them yelling at the operators ahead of us. If the guides were doing their job, perhaps this would've been a better experience.
Although I had a $15 off coupon and this place advertised for ample parking, the next time I'll take my chances with a place that doesn't offer discounts and hard to find parking. I usually give businesses a second chance, but not this one.

I honestly loved going to paradise water sports. If u looking for a good time in the summer go there you can parasail and eat it couldn t get better. Also they were very pleasant it was such a amazing experience parasailing i would totally suggest to go here.

Went on the banana boat and had a great time! Jake and Justin made sure we had fun and we re safe throughout the whole trip, definitely would recommend!

I do NOT recommend going here! I went jet skiing and came at 12:50 for my 1:00 appointment. I had to wait TWO HOURS!! I paided for 1 hour and only went jet skiing for 28 MINUTES. They wasted my time and money.

Friendly people, they care about our safety which is most important.

Fast jet skis. The staff was to the point and gets you riding quickly. They have a good area to ride in that's not too far away.
