Directly on the corniche, from its magnificent exterior architectural form to the rischen and lobby to the one that is crazy. And we look at the archaeological assanser and the light and its sails and its view of the sea until it reaches the cafeteria and the restaurant Skyroof and the great view of the eastern port ... Really a disappointment

Really special experience in one of Egypt old palaces. It is located in the downtown which give you access to Alex most visited places.

Sky roof is a great place nice music and u can have fun there

Nice and clean at reasonable price. Helpful quick staff. Good sea view. However, it may need few renovation, yet the old furniture gives it old beautiful taste. The only main problem is the noisy area where it is located. Also, very nice roof for sea view breakfast and taking pictures. Highly recommended winter time, enjoy :)

Dating back to the early twentieth century, this luxurious historic hotel is located on the seafront of Alexandria. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Corniche.

Stunning hotel, great AC, nice view, reasonable price for a hotel on the shore. Staff was amazing, and I couldn t have asked for a better place to stay during my time in Alexandria. And you can walk to the tourist areas as well

There are always traffic problems and there are no privacy because there are no locks for the rooms and the toilet in some rooms and the food is so so limited i always after i eat then i get down i stell be hungry

One of the most famous old hotels in Alexandria, sea View , good hospitality comfortable clean rooms, suitable for group of friends and family, excellent open buffet breakfast.

Non working AC. Unclean water. Old rooms badly refurbished. Elevators are not working properly. Bad service. And the absolute deal breaker is the vulgar response to complaints, showing zero respect to their guests.

Don't be fooled by the 5-star rating some people give here because they were most probably only visitors to the rooftop restaurant, and they didn't even stay at the hotel.

Stay away at all costs.

the hotel Is old style palace every thing is perfect especially the view is amazing the restaurant is very nice and thier is a disco on the roof top with an amazing party every night but the food was just good but the overall experience was very good even the context around the hotel is good

Worst place ever
1- very expensive for its level
2- air conditioner doesnt work in the room
3-broken bathtub that lets all the water out when you take a bath
4-strange noises coming from the sink when you open the water
5- no pool or beach

I had dinner on roof. The view is great. Certainly the wire worth it. The food was all in serving but I guess it was OK to enjoy view more. I ordered pasta in white sauce,salad and soup. They were good.

I do not recommend. An old building, pieces literally fall out of the walls. Lift beginning of the last century. The neighboring building seems to have survived the bombing. The building goes on a noisy freeway, which is unrealistic to pass. From the pros - a beautiful cafe on the roof overlooking the sea, which, however, can not swim - the beach is not there.

This hotel has a very nice view on old Alexandria as well as the beautiful historic touch of the hotel. I have really enjoyed it. My advice is not to use your own car in the surrounding always jammed streets.

old style hotel.. clean and cauzi in the center of the shops and acitivities . has great view of the sea from the coffe shop

Spectacular location in the heart of the city with wonderful view overseeing the Mediterranean. Service is really good. Furniture and style is very classical and brings you back to the classy 40's. The place was originally one of the guesthouses for top VIPs.

It's all about the view.
The receptionist was polite & helpful...
The room was clean & average not something fancy or ancient...
The breakfast was good with nice varaities with a beautiful charmig view up there in the 6th floor...
The price was so high for the room actually but I think it's because of the sea view...
It was a nice experience but next time in Alex I ll try a cheaper one actually...

The rooms are small and the bathroom is small and the cleanliness is poor

The breakfast is very great, the price is very reasonable, the pictures are amazing

The splendor of the place is indescribable, the building is almost 100 years old, and the owners kept their original style, allowing us to enjoy a two-day stay. The hotel staff are great and do not hesitate to offer their services and assistance, especially Christina management and the rest of the reception staff.
