Cool place, but didn't like the super old windows that doesn't close. I had to ask for help to be able to sleep. But it has a nice view and I enjoyed staying there for couple days.

Very nice rooftop view for breakfast..... But everything is decent. Has very high ceilings.

Perfect area..but not very good hotel..air conditioning is not adjustable..cleaning is not good..bathrooms smell bad

The place is a Windsor palace hotel in Mansheya on the sea, sixth floor above skyroof

The breakfast is open for a buffet with 120 pounds, and the service and tax are still added

Breakfast time is from 7:30 in the morning to 11:30 in the morning

The place is beautiful and the view is more than amazing, although the food is not the best thing, but the view will cover it

The best thing is that the hotel is directly on the sea, but I really did not deal with the hotel internally

Rooms should be renovated,waiters have no idea about service ,no body trained them,at breakfast in any hotel there's always a big stove for eggs ,they only have one which is a very bad brand ,no mugs for tea or coffee,they still use cups ,it's highly recommended to change to another management than Paradise Inn if you wish to keep Windsor palace hotel in the market,it should be rated 2 stars ONLY

Staying in the hotel was a delightful experience, the room was very clean, the Wi-Fi was excellent, the staff was so helpful, friendly and gentle especially Mr. Labib and Ms. Hadeer in the reception, and Mr. Mohamed in the roof restaurant, wish to spend my next vacation there.

Just for the sake of the view from the window, to the sea, and so the hotel is very old

We went there for breakfast. Open buffet breakfast at the time of writing this review costs EGP 75 per person. It's not the breakfast in itself that's amazing, but rather the panoramic view of, in my opinion, the most beautiful part of Alexandria cornish.

If you enjoy bird watching, seeing the fishermen throwing and collecting their fishing nets, having a seat under the warm winter sun, or merely enjoying the sea and the boats, this is THE place to go!

Ah .. breakfast itself is OK, not amazing but fine.. but again ... you don't come here for the breakfast .. you come for the unforgettable view. Enjoy!

Very bad experience very poor hotel with so roude staff & unprofessional

Service: very good especially hanan from the room Service and abd el rahman at the reception front office.
Food: hotel restaurant is very good and not expensive
Room quality: average not luxurious at all.
N.B: don't expect to take a shower at night as there is no hot water after 12

Beware of Scam
Non-Egyptian visitors should be aware of a scam this hotel operates in peak season times.
If you make a booking via a third party web site, when you arrive they will say there is a mix up and the booking agency cancelled and it is nothing to do with them. Then they will offer you a direct room booking with them for over twice the price you booked for. I was lucky to find a room somewhere else but at peak season this is sometimes difficult.

Nice restaurant with good view, i didn't feel comfortable , some issues like elevator door, single room beds are different levels, staff not so friendly, also no kettle on room for hot drinks

Except location and view ( from front rooms) rest every thing is bad ...like check in takes min 2 hours, lift is dangerous , rooms are not up to the mark , safety is question mark, poor wifi ...roof top restaurant is having some great view
