Paradise Inn Group Review

Excellent location .. Respected staff and taste .. Breakfast is delicious and the view from the restaurant is high..but the place needs to be concerned with hygiene in general..and the internet is almost as good as the hotel. The Wi-Fi is very weak and the internet package is not working.

Great place, view and staff. But lacks some room facilities.

Very good restaurant.. I did not stay in.. I only had dinner, but I liked it's vantage style very much.

The veiw is great , the food is great , one of the beat value for money places to have breakfast in !!

Vintage hotel... Their staff were friendly and really helpful.
There s a great restaurant in the 6th floor and a night club above it..

Good location close to the sea and quiet .. old style and lacking some possibilities

The building looks stunning as it was built in 1906. However, the facilities need a revamp.. The toilets don t need to feel as old as the building!
The bathrooms had broken tools, irregular hot water supply, and a bit smelly.

Lighting design is obsolete.
Curtains were broken.
Air conditioner was too noisy.
Breakfast taste is pretty below average.

Overall facilities and value for money was disappointing to an extent that we were considering checking out the next morning.

Try to reserve a room in the counter but the person in charge offered us the most expensive room so that we would not stay there. I would never go back there

It is not so clean and it's very old. The staff is good and friendly. But the management is not taking care of the furniture and maintenance. The location is nice but a bit noisy area. The view of the sea is amazing. However we stayed for 2 nights only and will continue in another place. For those who are picky like us, this hotel is a bad choice.

Historic, perfect sea view and staff are very hospital and helpful. I was there with my wife to celebrate our anniversary, and we had an excellent experience. Again the staff was very helpful and thoughtful.

Staff need training and rehabilitation on how to deal with guests. They are clueless and missing the right attitude. It may not be their problem, it is probably the management who should have trained and educated them properly before putting them on their stands.

The hotel is 100 years old, you can see it clearly in the construction, lobby, ceiling paintings, elevators, and the rooms, if you are looking for a luxurious stay then this is not the place, but if you are looking for a vintage stay, this is definitely the place! The ambiance is great, the location is magnificent, in the middle of old Alexandria, directly by the sea, overlooking the Citadel of Qaitbay and the eastern harbor. The reception staff are very friendly and great city guides. The staff are very friendly, very professional and very polite. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, various TV channels. Breakfast is very convenient, especially while enjoying the great view from the 6th floor sky restaurant. Also the restaurant food variety and ambiance during dinner is marvelous.

Great place to stay. The Hotel staff are extremely helpfull and well spoken. The front rooms have a great view of the harbour. The dining room is on the top floor with fantastic views. Will go back there if in Alexandria again.

Pretty cool old hotel. The staff were great. Breakfast had a good selection of foods. The hotel is pretty dated, but cool. The one complaint I would make is that the wifi was terrible.
