Non working AC. Unclean water. Old rooms badly refurbished. Elevators are not working properly. Bad service. And the absolute deal breaker is the vulgar response to complaints, showing zero respect to their guests.

Don't be fooled by the 5-star rating some people give here because they were most probably only visitors to the rooftop restaurant, and they didn't even stay at the hotel.

Stay away at all costs.
