Paradigm pools and spas Review

Very professional from day 1! Ron made sure we got everything we wanted. The crew is outstanding. Very quick and quiet. We are so in love with our new backyard. We would highly recommend Paradigm pools & spas.

I was one of the very first inground pools installed by paradigm 25 years ago. They've replaced my liner since then when it got old and now have replaced my lock in winter cover. Everything has stood the test of time without any problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I drove to 6 separate pool stores yesterday looking for a unique part to my 20+ year old heater. Most companies barely gave me a second look, let alone offered much help in finding the part. When I decided I was going to make ONE MORE stop at Sunrise/Paradigm, I wasn't too hopeful I would have any luck. The young woman who greeted me was kind, inquisitive and genuinely wanted to help me find a solution to my problem. She remembered she saw a scrap old heater out back and came back with the EXACT parts I was looking for, I was blown away. When I asked how much she shrugged and said they're all yours, they are scrap. I will drive the extra distance to give these guys my business. I'm located in Lakeshore about 25 minute drive but service like this is worth making the trip. Thank you for helping me get my heater back together.

Bought a Hotsprings hot tub from them. Kelly was amazing to deal with and went over everything with me to make sure I knew what I was doing. The install was quick and did a wonderful job. I'll be back to buy my pool next spring.

After looking and comparing hot tubs from many places around the Windsor and county, we purchased the HotSprings Flair from Paradigm.
Kelly was awesome.. very knowledgeable . The installers were very professional. Managed to get it in the back yard even through that tight walkway. The Customer Service has been excellent. Always patient with our rookie questions.

A we love everything about flair. We had it for 3 months now. and are extremely happy with it. Perfect size for us. So glad we got the 2018 model.

Absolutely awesome company! Going on seven years with one of their pools and the customer service is in a category unto its own. Three years ago I had a bit of a crisis within days of leaving for a long term trip. The Paradigm crew was there immediately to fix the issue. Any time I have questions, even this long after installation, their follow up is impeccable. Meghan is a rock star!

Unlike other pool stores I've been to, they never up-sell you when getting your water tested; just what you need, nothing more. Workers are always pleasant and helpful.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. From a customer perspective, this company is worth its weight in gold. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else for a new pool or for maintenance. Highly recommended!

Pool installed and everything that could be done wrong was, customer service was terrible too. Hubby had to straighten diving board. Stairs are crooked, cement has huge gaps and is chipping away (right from the beginning) a lot because they didn t use a new blade and did patchwork over brand new cement, pool was overdug now our liner is stretched, didn t wipe cement before putting in the liner (now there are all kinds of hard jagged spots underneath, feels like it could puncture the liner), extra holes in our frame from being careless, opening solar blanket and left staples all over near our pool, didn t clean extra cement off coping, so it s all falling in the pool, told we were too picky, received rude emails from employees that were meant for owners (because I called a couple times to find out when our pool was going in because I was excited), siliconed all our plumbing instead of plumbing tape( we would never have been able to replace anything properly), wrong filter for our deck jets they sold us (sold us 6000.00 laminar deck jets that don t work the way they promised,) sneaky (tried giving us a floor model robot cleaner and passing it off as brand new, when confronted them, they said that s what the warranty is for ), etc, etc...if u don t watch and just take a final product, I guess it s good, but if u pay attention and know a thing or two , you can spot a million mistakes and can be very unhappy..we are not rich and saved all our money for 3 years and we re very disappointed ..they fixed some of the smaller issues, but still have a lot of larger issues unresolved..they said they couldn t, do anything..I recommend Angelo, they re a little more but more professional and have a bunch of friends that used them after us and are very satisfied

I've called Paradigm Pools no less than three times asking questions about our new pool. They've always been so kind and professional with my questions, no matter what I ask. They also closed our pool for me and went above and beyond by teaching me things about our pool so we could take care of it better. They're the best!

I just switched to these guys for all of my pool needs and I am beyond impressed. They took time to do things that other pool people overlooked (or ignored) and the customer service has been fantastic. Very happy to recommend them for anything pool related!

Very shotty work, the good reviews must be family and friends. They are cheap because they do less than work. And the customer service is awful..they're awesome until cash in hand
