Absolutely awesome company! Going on seven years with one of their pools and the customer service is in a category unto its own. Three years ago I had a bit of a crisis within days of leaving for a long term trip. The Paradigm crew was there immediately to fix the issue. Any time I have questions, even this long after installation, their follow up is impeccable. Meghan is a rock star!

Unlike other pool stores I've been to, they never up-sell you when getting your water tested; just what you need, nothing more. Workers are always pleasant and helpful.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. From a customer perspective, this company is worth its weight in gold. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else for a new pool or for maintenance. Highly recommended!
