horrible brokers...completely unethical and only interested in keeping all the commissions. likes to use high pressure but lacks the finesse to do it right so only turn buyers off. I ran away from them and will not work with them again.

Very unprofessional, I was referred to Esperanza by my boss and good friend, I was applying for a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom on 1811 Hunt Avenue, I paid a 65$ credit check fee which was no problem but soon after the application is submitted I first got a call asking for me to send a snapshot of my bank account so that that can see how much funds I had. I was also asked for the exact amount of voucher which I was informed by sec8 that no brokers should be asking for that information, I have a 4 bedroom voucher so my voucher more than covered the amount of rent for the 3 bedrooms. I then received a phone call from another agent asking me to find out the maximum that would be paid for the brokers fee so that they knew what to charge once I stated to the agent that my family and I were in the shelter due to a fire he then started that in that case, they pay more and after all this was said and I was told the landlord denied my application. These people are very unprofessional and I will be reporting them to the Better business bureau, and for all others that were wrongfully treated by them, I urge you to do the same.
I worked with Esperanza Estrella for nearly a year to find a mixed use property in Bronx. My needs were pretty specific and the inventory for this kind of property is generally low. Esperanza was always patient and flexible to show a property on short notice. She is a kind and energetic person, a person that I genuinely admire. After a deal fell through (cooky seller, not her fault) she persevered until I found the property that I needed. She efficiently helped me close the deal. Her professional conduct and outgoing personality were a plus.
Horrible service, Luz Lopez shes a realtor very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Dont waste your time here. My wife called her for a voucher apartment and she was rude, she even hanged up the phone on my wife. Dont come saying now that you DONT recall. Learn how to be respectful & professional.
Very disappointed with there service. Unreliable. Saw an apartment for rent and liked it and send them all the paperwork by the next day and was told everything looks fine we need to arrange meeting with the owner before finalizing. After two weeks and meeting with the owner and them calling my current landlord i was told oh the landlord decided to go different direction, they wasted my time, i skipped few other nice apartments for this one, told my landlord that i am leaving. During those two weeks, the Ad remained online and in the front of the apartment, the day they informed me that am not getting it the Ad is removed. Very bad service, untrustworthy, they screwed me and my family and every minute i spent with them even on the phone was waste of time. Stay away from them !!!! The 5-star reviews are obviously fake.
Evelyn Gracia, Super great person all process was very fast, she was very honest about the application process, patient and efficient with her time and advice. It was such a great pleasure to work with an exceptional expert, I am so bless to be able to find the right person to help me find my aparment and definitely when we look for our home to buy she would be the one to help us! Thanks you a lot for everything i am so happy!! I recommend her 100%
The only reason I am giving 1 stars because the agent Jeffrie Pena did wait to show me the apartment. Now here is the real deal. I expressed interest in apartment I was . I was told that I would have to fill out a application and credit check which was $60. I was also advised that I should send 1 month rent in advance to show good faith. I sent the $60 thru cash app to the agent but not the month's rent. (who does that?) . 3 to 4 days later the agent text me stating I was rejected due to my credit. Really....though my score was decent, no late payments. He stated he will find out exactly why I was rejected. I am still waiting for the reason. I haven't heard from him since. No credit inquiries from the building management on my credit report. But God had a plan for me. 2 days after being rejected I found me an apartment in a rent stabilized building, in a good neighborhood. And for the record the management company checked my credit report and sent me a copy of the findings in one day..
