Great pancakes and lovely place to visit with kids!

Always shared the great time and delicious Dutch pancake with families and friends I brought here.

Been coming here for over 35 years .. in my youth, later with my kids and now with the grandchildren
Great place to have breakfast, lunch, plenty of choice for a break with or without children, again here and there has changed / improved but the pancakes remain heavenly.

Great food, coffee and pancake. It is self-service, but it is a well-oiled machine. Everything is right, friendly people, cozy atmosphere. Sometimes very busy, but of course you can avoid that by avoiding rush hours

Delicious pancakes and sausages! My husband ordered two extra sausages because he enjoyed the first one so much. I also had a cappuccino and it was very good.

It has a nice, kid-friendly atmosphere with lots of high chairs. English menus are available as well. There is great outdoor eating space with a small playground for kids too! Also a small zoo with deer. Highly recommend visiting if you're in Amsterdam Forest.

It's lovely to rent bikes and cycle to, especially with kids, family or a date. Its expensive but you're paying for the whole experience - the Dutch farm, the old buildingings, the deer farm, the very good and large playground, the outdoor seating area and of course the lovely pancakes. Expensive menu, lots of options and well worth a visit. We have visited every year for the past 5 and will be back again next year.

Very cozy with friendly employees. The pancakes were delicious and prepared quickly. After ordering you get a device that lights up when the order is ready. Lots of kids playground equipment for a wide range of ages. Some take money other can be freely played with. There are also chickens and deers there which can be fed with corn that you can buy from dispenser.

Pancakes aren't really special, but I really like the atmosphere. Nice spacious playground for kids, ice cream machine to tap your own ice cream and lots of place to take a seat. Concept of how to order a pancake wasn't clear for us, but once we found our way it was fine ;-)

Meerzicht bakes very tasty pancakes, with many different flavors.

You have to order your pancakes in advance with, for example, sugar. your quantity is already determined for you in the kitchen. You just have to have sugar and syrup on the table.
And you also have to pay for the toilet while already eating in the restaurant. In my opinion not a good service overall!

This tent continues to have a kind of nostalgia for me. Wide choice of pancakes, but there are better pancake restaurants in Amsterdam. You come here more for the experience. Children can play in the playground, dogs are welcome. I continue to enjoy seeing how the pancakes are made here, a device I have not seen anywhere else.

The overall place was really amazing. The restaurant is animal friendly. The staff were really kind and the food was of great quality. There were places to feed the deer that they had which was really nice.

Always good fun being here esp. if weather is good as well

Cozy place for children. I always get an outing feeling! Tip: a vegan pancake would be great!

Traditional, outing for parents going to the Amsterdamse Bos (Woods). Children playground, animals. They have been there at least 70 years. No more farming at all. The woods are really great. Planted, but after 100 years it looks quite natural.

It is wonderful to take the bus from Amsterdam CS to the Amsterdamsebos and then walk to Boerderij Meerzicht and then eat a delicious pancake there, excellent service and it runs like a train.

Great pancakes although the price is a bit high for something you make with flower, egg and butter its fun to take your grandmother, grandfather or grandchildren.

My face cracked from these pancakes, I ate too much. Cocoa is beautiful, the dessert is amazing. The animals in the yard are nice, the ability to control a mini-ejaculator is 10 out of 10!

Nowhere else can I find the pancakes as tasty as at Boerderij het Meerzicht. Many choices for normal prices. Self service, but I have no problems with that. They also have a nice playground and an animal pasture with deer, chickens and peacocks.

A family-run and family-friendly farm/cafeteria in the middle of the forest that has remained consistently good over the years. This is THE place for the Traditional Dutch Pancake so don't be fooled by any of the other food options they have on offer: it's the pancakes you as well as everyone else is here for. And those are at their finest! Light, puffy, sweet as well as savory and a full satisfying meal in their own. Not too cheap but definitely not overpriced like every other pannekoekhuisje you'll come across in the center (I implore tourists take note).

I have known this place my whole life and the remote location inside the forest always makes it a worthy destination.

We have been here so many times that they now know our name when we want to reserve a gluten-free pancake. The pancakes are super tasty and affordable. The atmosphere is very pleasant, there is enough space so that it does not feel that way even when it is busy. Corona measures well under control: there is plexiglass between the tables. It was anticipated quickly and neatly! Highly recommended.
