Upon arrival at the airport rental is closed, the car I had ordered, opening hours from 7 to 00 does not apply, taxi to the hotel. The next day the phone numbers are called without a chance but the words ring. the number does not rise, about, the help of the airport staff after the call again minutes come comes, I have to wait, I waited another 3 hours before I got the car, in short horror.

Well, I gotta say Carol performed a hard up-sell and I ended up paying much more than I had planned. However, her advice to rent a BMW 220 Diesel was ultimately spot-on. I really enjoyed the handling of the vehicle on the winding country roads and the horsepower for passing slow vehicles on two-lane roads. While I had the top down only on one day, it was fun to have a convertible for me road trip to northernmost Scotland and back again.

After being assured this was a 24/7 drop off by the Middlesbrough branch I arrived to a shut airport. Luckily the security were able to advise but this was a shocking experience. Really disappointed as the pick up was seamless and friendly.
