Cosy and friendly place with awesome platters. We ordered vegetarian platter and mixed platters with Panini. All of the food was amazing and super cheap. The best part was the meat on the platter was delicious and panini tasted authentic. Worth every penny..if given a chance will try to visit this place again
Neither pasti nor antipasti, something different !! Varied snack, tastes ion of native products and no less important ... Service of 10 and letter in Spanish! Who gives more?? Ahhh and name that is very cozy
I've gone there two times to eat on the go and I'm surprised of the low prices taking into account that the place is 3 min walking from the Fontana di Trevi. Sandwitches are very big (a little bit smaller than the ones in the antico vinaio from Florence), and are delicious, ranging from 4.50 eur to 6 (these being the same size, the only thing that varies is the inside). A bottle of water costs 1 eur and other beverages are too expensive. I personally reccomend the sandwitch D for 4.50 (pesto, brie, turkey and zucchini) or the sandwitch P for 6 eur. With one of these sandwiches, a normal person can eat and be satiated. For allergics, the bread does not contain oats and is made from "grano saraceno" and corn, though, they do not assure you it might not contain other cereals.

Worth the hype. Got the turkey sandwich with pesto, zucchini, Brie, and turkey and it was phenomenal. Big sandwich, great price. No seating available inside, but we found some steps just around the corner and ate as we people watched. Highly recommended!

One of my favourite restaurants in Rome. Came here twice, the only place that I visited twice during the trip. Had the cutting board which was lovely and the pancetta sandwich for a takeaway the next day. Service was polite and lovely though I'd recommend you make sure you know what you want to order in advance according to the alphabet in the menu, because it can get busy and the waiter has no time to try and understand you. Drinks are only available for dining in customers but food including cutting boards can be takeaway. Excellent value for money

Amazing sandwiches! The line was long for seating but no worries - they are ready to make the sandwiches for takeaway orders in just minutes. Got the "U" sandwich which had prosciutto, brie, lettuce and truffle cream. It was absolutely delicious!

We went because he had a good reference and the truth is that he dined well, as it is said here in Spain of pecking. Type of sandwiches and tables the truth that the tables are very good of a few prices, when more complete more expensive! We ask for an intermediate and the truth is that we dined very well. With typical beers from the area to taste it. If you have any but the place is very small and there are not many tables with which people have to wait. Many people take it to take at home. It is very close to the Trevi fountain.

We loved this place! It was really small and I can imagine it being difficult to get a table sometimes, but we didn t have a problem when we were there. We ordered the #K (peppers, courgette, cheese, olive tapenade) and one of the specials which was a big board with salad, tomato, cheese, and roast beef. Both of these were so big and so good. Rich flavours and fresh ingredients. Free WiFi here as well! Overall good experience!

We went to dinner at the recommendation of a friend and it was a success. Good quality price. For two we ordered a small mixed table and a sandwich with two beers, all for 20. Very good everything. Waiter attentive. Going with time is small and there is always a line.

around the center of Rome for a walk we wanted to try this "paninaro". truly truly fantastic. tasty the combination of ingredients and delicious bread with 6 hot and crunchy cereals. highly recommended for a quick takeout meal. but also to be able to eat seated but the place is small and crowded, at least it was at lunchtime when I was there. GO THERE!

Tiny place, with pleasure, beautiful, well prepared ... I went to time (16.30h) and it was great: few people, table available, no transfer ... in rush hour that has to be Cambodia!
And as for the sandwiches ... well, the one I tried was very tasty, so that we can fool ourselves: funghi porcini (mushrooms) Parmesan and truffle cream. Amazing.

* I would take the crumb from the sandwiches
* It seems to me a tease that you charge 1E for taking it in the premises under the excuse of "table service".
* We were so comfortable and calm ... until they played the music !! The garito was doing well, it was good music ... but it deserved to be two or three points below in volume
Excellent place for eating panini and cheeseboards. You can choose an small cheeseboard for 5 euros, a medium for 10 and a large for 15 (3-4 persons). Is not expensive at all. It has an english menu and the personal speaks the language as well. The service was quick and friendly. The charcuterie was fresh and delicious! The place is small and dark, but also clean and cosy, with good music (although maybe they should purchase Spotify premium to avoid the ads). It has bathrooms and free WiFi. I would come back to this place.

Really good food. Both amazing sandwiches and platters came back again. Very cheap eat in my opinion with sandwiches from 4.50 till 6. Big sandwich menu with really helpful staff. Great to end your day with a glass of moscato di sicilia wine. On the small side space wise, and can take some time because everyone likes to relax but definitely 100% worth a wait.

The menu is written in alphabetical order. After choosing what we wanted to eat, we asked for the best recommendation, so we recommended C and W while saying'The one you chose isn't the best'. C fits my taste buds, but W seems to have a little like or dislike. We took Away, brought it, and ate it, but when it comes to serving it, it seems like it's served pretty on a pretty wooden plate. I don't think it's bad to come and eat. However, the bread is hard, so if you don't eat it carefully, it might break your palate. (This is because my palate hurts a little now...) The cost performance is awesome! it is. If it's this quality at this price, I think it's really really great. The servers are also very friendly. I was really satisfied because you made me feel good.

The cutting boards at Pane e Salame were delicious. The small size for two was a great appetizer with the tastiest deli meats (sorry half eaten before I took the picture below). The medium size is substantially bigger but definitely could have eaten it all (because it was that good). If you are a fan of trying different types of salami and prosciutto, this place is a must in Rome. The sandwiches were good but I would recommend the charcuterie/cutting boards more. The atmosphere was very relaxed and a great vibe. Line was about a twenty-five minute wait outside the door but well worth it. They also offer take-out. Prices were very affordable.
The place is right in the center and you will notice it for the line outside of people ... an advice? take the take away sandwich so you won't have to queue and you can enjoy it walking through the streets of Rome. The sandwiches are really tasty and original ... absolutely to go!
There is a reason why this place is #1 on Trip Advisor in Roma. It is so darn good! What a fantastic dining experience. We had the large Meat Board and basically had to remove all items from the top of our table in order to fit the board at our station. Unbelievable! After 30 minutes, there was very little left on that board. Absolutely delicious. This place is small, very intimate, uniquely decorated and served by an awesome group of guys. If you have the time, make a point of visiting Pane e Salame.
