Easy procedure, it just takes 15 to 20 min. Make sure u carry the form filled and passport with you.
Currently at the GGD in Eindhoven. It is a nice GGD with a nice and clean interior. The GGD in Venlo-Blerick is closer to me, but I especially go to Eindhoven because I like it better in terms of service. The building itself is also more modern than that in Venlo. You will be helped quickly here and you can also go here for travel vaccinations.
I terrible and unfriendly service. I am willing to pay for additional recommended vaccines but am denied without any reasoning or explanation, other than "we don't do this".
Nice place . Make sure you bring the passport , the filled application and debit card. Takes 10 mins on average .
