Small but nice place. Very friendly staff. I must say that the selection of hams disappointed me a little. The sandwiches are very tasty but in my taste the flavors were a bit loose. The panini pasta, on the other hand, is very good.

When I went to the Trevi Fountain, I thought about a light meal, so I searched on Google and the evaluation was high, so I decided. The atmosphere was fashionable and it was very delicious. I have never had such an amazing quality of cold cuts. I highly recommend the variety board. It comes with different type of cold cuts, bruschetta, and cheeses. Ask for their recommendation of wine and you will not be disappointed. The prices are very affordable and the service is very friendly. Try the biscotti and chocolate boards for a dessert.

110% worth the wait. We ordered 4 medium boards, and this monstrosity was placed on the table. We finished every last bite. The waiter explained what each part was, and what order was best to eat them. He also helped with wine pairings as well.

Good idea let's say that the environment is similar (or at least I know) to that of a bistro, a small and welcoming place with staff always present to meet your needs.
The target of the menu and the "new" simplicity, sandwiches from the most classic to "gourmet" sandwiches, in this sense, marry well the glass and the cutting board for a different happy hour.
The focus is on small things like the special bread offered by the house (6 cereal bread if I'm not mistaken).
Personally I have tasted only a glass of wine (compared to the menu that offers at least 8 different types so it is a little to judge but ..) I found it acceptable in itself for itself there were no major flaws but not even great qualities.
In short, a small but welcoming place with good food, suitable for any time of day.

P. . to compensate for the reduced size it is possible to book takeaway food

The meat platter is my go to. It is aaaaamazing. Their tuna cream sandwich is also pretty. It's a great place and cheap prices

Very tasty panini, good quality pastry and a wide variety of products. It is worth trying panini with sun-dried tomatoes, tuna cream and portfolio. Unfortunately the staff is not friendly, they rarely have space to sit and if you choose to take the takeaway sandwich, you will have to wait outside the store.

At first we didn't know what to order, because the menu didn't have a picture n we weren't familiar with Italian names. So we asked the owner / waiter there (didn't know the owner or not). He suggested that we just make a plate with a platter, so we can try all the meat. He suggested the small platter actually, but dsr greedy, we ordered the medium one + 1 sandwich. It turns out that there are so many medium platter! Until full full for both. Until I can't eat the sandwich, but those who sell are happy to wrap it up to bring plg (lots of it with pleasure, because while laughing).

He also recommends white wine and red wine. Omaigaaaad I feel like it, I remember until now. The meat and cheese on the platter are already delicious, plus the wine is just right. Anyway, I'm going back to Rome again just to eat here again hahaha .. And all this for only 26 Euros (around Rp. 400 thousand). At first I thought it would be expensive because the platter menu was 10 Euros per person. EH! It turns out that cm is calculated as 10 Euros per 2 people, haha ..

Suggestion: What is important before busy hours, for example at half past six in the afternoon (before dinner).

It is a welcoming place. The simple and friendly service already predisposes well to taste the different types of bread with cold cuts and side dishes all very tasty and of good quality. The only flaw is the poor assortment of beer, which could make this place even more pleasant. In any case it is worth a visit.

Only 5 stars. Eating fantastic. Prices for a sensational area. A must see when visiting Rome. Fresh food, very nice service. You have to get yours in the queue, but definitely worth it. Only the music inside could be more Italian. Plastic plates, but with such a number of customers and such a small premises, you can understand this solution.

Good quality food, very cramped as small and incredibly busy. Very small tables, no frills.

Yes yes yes! Will you be able to walk in and get a seat right away? No. But is it worth the wait? YES. Perfect little spot to grab lunch. High quality ingredients which = amazing paninis. The bread is great!! Staff so kind and service lightening fast. Make sure to try it!!

It's the bread. Three are many sandwich options, a few of which we tried. It's the bread that makes the sandwich. You have to try this before leaving Rome.

Update: had to have it one more time before leaving. Even better the second time around.

Just wow! I had my best sandwiches here of all the places we've been in Rome. Even though, its very busy but service is great! You might need to queue for a bit

The concept is really simple, but it works. Give people meat, cheese, bread, and some vegetables and let them enjoy it how they want to. The spread is absolutely fantastic. There are so many different kinds of flavor combinations you can make with your platter. They also have sandwiches.

As far as the atmosphere, it just feels like a cool place to be. The guys working there are friendly and relaxed and make you want to be there. They seem to enjoy their jobs.

The food quality is some of the very best I have seen. They just get their ingredients fresh daily because everything looked so vibrant. I don't think I have ever seen tomatoes as red as the ones they were using.

The only issue I had with Pane e Salame was the wait to get in, but that should only reinforce why you should go there. In a city with seemingly hundreds of restaurants within a 5 minute walk of any point, for one to have a wait just means that it's the place to be.

Amazing platter and sandwich!! Probably the best in Rome!

The little shop is a must for Roman tourists. Whether a plate full of great food or a sandwich, everything is of outstanding quality and freshness. There is really something for everyone here. Nevertheless, it is no longer an insider tip, which can lead to some waiting times. But the food compensates for the few minutes of waiting.

This place is outstanding. The meat and cheese board is a must. There is a nice atmosphere here and the decor is great. The sandwiches are amazing and the bread is so fresh. Always a wait but well worth it, or you can take it to go and enjoy it by the Trevi fountain!

You have to try it. Sandwiches and tables of spectacular cold meats. A 5 sandwich and 10,20 or 30 tables, depending on whether they are small, medium or large. Very good and cheap for what is Rome. With 35 luxury dinner bottle of wine included.

A great place to eat. Very peculiar the place and with some very good sausages. The food in general was very good and with very good drinks to drink. The waiters very attentive in the service and very fast. If it closed a little later it would be perfect. The price is very good for the area where you are located. After that, it's perfect to have an espresso or a drink sitting in the Fontana di Trevi

A really nice staff, very cool employees, but quite expensive for what it is. The products of the sandwiches are good, but drowned in a ton of pizza dough that makes everything dry and stuffy. We are more hungry, of course, but we are thirsty ...
