Sunday, July 14th, the place is supposed to open at 1100. It is now 1110 and the place is still not open. Watching employees come to work late and woman lock door after letting them in. Ridiculous. Three people have come and gone because they can t open on time. Natalie was completely miserable. If you don t like your job find a new one. Also, half the entrees were not even out. Staff really need to get their act together.

If you go there, do NOT get the eggrolls. They taste like frozen eggrolls from the grocery store. The only thing that was good was the fried rice and my son said the orange chicken he sampled was good. But then they mixed up his order and didnt give him the orange chicken he wanted. @_@ I would stick to the Panda Express in the mall

Tried to order through the drive thru but was told I could only pay cash inside. Parked and got my kids inside to be told I could not pay cash. We worked it out, I could pay cash. Ordered meals for the kids and was told the soda machine was not working and that I had to pay the up charge for the bottled drink (the kids meal includes a drink). Was handed the wrong food twice. The woman was lovely just not a pleasant experience.

I have been to Panda Express twice and was very disappointed. Today I order chicken, mushrooms and fried rice. There was one small strip of chicken in the bowl. Also the beef and broccoli had three small pieces of beef. Lunch cost $18.00. I will not go back. :(

My boyfriend and I love the food here but lately some of the employees have such an attitude which makes us not want to come back. It's not that they're not talking to us, its the way they talk to us. Everytime I'm handed an extra plate she hands it to me with her hand grabbing the inside of the plate. Flings the bag out of the drive thru, and talks in a condescending voice. They need better customer service but everything else is awesome.

Worst experience ever at Panda Express in California, MD. Went for take out to have with my Mom. None of the people cooking were wearing masks. When I asked why they didn t have masks, One of the employees told me to Mind my own f...... business . I informed them my food is my business and asked for a refund. DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE

Quick service, you see the food they are dishing into your container, and a range of tastes and nutritional values. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The place seemed clean, even though they were restocking napkins and plastic ware often, so it must have been a busy time just before we got there.

I love panda the employees are always so nice to me and are patient. I talk kinda quiet so I always struggle at food places like panda or really anywhere I need to raise my voice but at panda they are kind enough to wait for me to find my voice or they just let me point. Also they don't mind my land slide of questions. Oh yeah and the food there is amazing and the cooks are always back there working hard to make the best food to grab and go.

To sum it up, it's Panda Express, it's okay. Came in the evening. Service was slow even though there were a lot of staff (besides the cooks), but that might just be an outlier. Food was either too salty, too sweet, or dry. Might come back for a second try and see if service and food are better during lunchtime, but that'll be a while.

Usually ok but I broke my own rule to never use the drive through. So I thought this would be better than Pax River but the order is still wrong and they cheat you on your portion. Always go inside. They cant screw up and cheat you on your portion with you watching them.

Food was good and fresh not like some other Panda Express but the layout of restaurant sucks and makes no sense and then have a person that works there being louder then the music in the dinning area and not being considerate with paying customers

Natalie is rude and has a disgusting attitude. She desperately needs a coaching and a reality check. You should not be working retail. Other than that Peter was fantastic as a manager, but you shouldn t have employees like that on register.

Every single time I come here I have to wait for my order for a long time. It made sense when they first opened but they need to make some changes at this point. Also, few wrong orders here and there. Great food but sloppy service.

Food was awesome, customer service is even better! We were waiting for them to finishing cooking Kung Pao and were given free drinks for waiting. It was very considerate and I would revisit, and highly recommend! Thanks for a great date night!

This was my first time here. It was busy and every worker did an amazing job keeping their cool. The man cooking all the food that ran out was fast and just great! I had to wait only 2 min for my food but it was worth the wait!!! Great place, good value and wonderful staff!!!

I've picked up a couple online orders and eaten in once already. The staff has been very friendly and the food has been great. I have a sensitivity to MSG that causes killer migraines. After reading their food was "safe" I decided to give it a shot. Thus far, I havent had any negative reactions and am THRILLED to be able to have Chinese food again! Keep up the good work.

Made an order on line. Got to the store and there was people lined up out the door. Our order wasn't ready. So while waiting we watched about 20 people make orders in front of us and receive their orders. When we asked why ours wasn't ready we were told the online orders were backed up. Strange to watch orders placed then immediately made in front of us. This was only the second time we have ordered from there. The fist time was about 2 weeks ago. The food wasn't as good as last time.

Since panda Express was built here, it's ended up being our new favorite go-to. I always order online. It's usually ready to be picked up in 10-15 minutes. I just go in past the line right to the front and let them know I ordered online, grab my order and leave. Quick and easy! The Walnut shrimp is to die for!
