Pan Pacific Singapore Review

Had a wedding dinner buffet at EDGE. Yummy food. Good ambience!

Pan Pacific Singapore never disappoints, from the great service staffs serving us during our seminar event, to the delectable delights served at Edge. A place that keeps you coming back for more, looking forward to my next visit to Pan Pacific.

Great hotel and great clean room
Good buffet breakfast and dinner
All drink prices very expensive cool drink, juice, coffee and alcohol.
Understand alcohol but over $10 for a can of cool drink.

We had buffet dinner at Edge. Food was good & the spread interesting. Service was very good & staff was warm

Ate at the Edge buffet and found the food surprisingly good (I'm generally cautious about buffets due to quantity Vs quality philosophy) but enjoyed most of the food that I/we ate there. The service dropped the ball on a pasta that we ordered but it was otherwise faultless. There's a good array of dessert options as well so you're not going to be stuck deciding what to eat and what to finish off with.

Place is clean, service is great...ball room facilities are great

Edit after check out - i moved it from 3 to 4 stars. The team completely apologized for the pick up, so much so it made me feel bad about the 3 stars. Again service in the hotel is really good.

Stayed here from Oct 1st to 4th 2018 in club floor.

Pros -
1) lobby is gorgeous - really feels like a five star
2) the club lounge breakfast, tea time and cocktails is absolutely fantastic
3) service at hotel is good
4) rooms have great views and are large
5) location is good
6) the outside elevator is pretty cool

Cons -
1) I booked pick up from airport and when I arrived my driver was there, he walked me to the taxi stand where there were lines of taxis waiting to take people and said he parked the car somewhere else and I would need to wait 15 mins! After a long flight not what I wanted to do... I just got in a taxi and was at hotel in 15 mins. Avoid pick up!
2) the hotel is old, make up has been put on but wear and tear is clear. My shower leaked into the toilet space, the master light switch was broken and would or wouldn't work, my colleague couldn't switch off his light at all and for the night maintenance needed him to use the master breaker in his rooms roof.
3) For the price I paid (350++usd a night) it was not worth it.

I really lucked into the Pan Pacific on my trip to Singapore this year. Despite booking three days here, two at the Marina Bay, and one at Crowne Royal Chiang Yi, Pan Pacific was hands down the best. The room is sufficiently spacious and well-designed. There's a glass desk with a fantastic ergonomic office chair. It made a big difference for me as I often have to work on vacation. Although the decor is a little eighties (I like that though) I can't gush enough about the bathrooms. Triple shower heads with a rain spray, hand spray, and regular. Great pressure from all three, and really makes one look forward to that afternoon shower in Singapore. There's a private door for the toilet as well, giving you that added touch of privacy. Service was great, and to be expected for a five star hotel. I'll always be looking for deals here before all others when I return.

Room was fantastic. Have yet to check out their inhouse services. Club lounge view was breath taking

Food was great, cleaniless is top notch, the decor is modern with a touch of regality

The services was ok ok only. No staffs will attend to you. Unlike you are at shangri-la hotel.

The carpet is very sticky! The staff did not prepare the correct name for the birthday card.

Great hotel, big comfy bed, great views and good service.

Decent hotel, good location, almost everything at hand. Taxis will only need 4 times. It takes you to Sentosa, orchid park, zoo and airport. I advise you to take a room with a balcony. Good breakfasts. Great pool.

Excellent wedding food, great service staff. My beer was never empty, my stomach was always occupied and my taste buds were not left wanting!

Pool area is a nice one, and the hotel has a wonderful lobby design.

Beautiful hotel. Cleanliness is exceptional. Layout of room is spacious, even in the standard rooms. It is conveniently connected to nearby malls which are accessible without having to step out into the heat. Reception can't use prepaid cash cards as deposit on check-in, but are happy to just hold your card details if you don't have a credit card.

Been invited for a wedding dinner. Whole shirt Got spilled by red wine. Banquet Manager quickly escort me to the washroom, providing me with a new shirt. Offer to wash my clothes. Amazing service.

Nice big room. Further than the 22nd floor, you can only drive up if you have a room so high up.
Quick at Marina Bay and in the center.
late at night without taxi and navi it could go longer than you think, because a lot is built and must make major detours ...
Therefore one should inform oneself better

I didn t see much until I visited a few years ago.
For 3 days, it is a 5-star interior quality, and renovation is urgently needed.
The breakfast buffet had Arab employees, but it may be profitable due to low pay as a hotel, but from a customer's point of view, the service mind and behavior are quite insufficient, so the hotel image is rather negative.
Was thought.
However, there are other things that are just as good as this.
There is a service space that can be used as a substitute for sauna facilities at check-out and is satisfied with the good water pressure in the room.
I also liked the consideration for customers.
It's a good location. It's the best for 5 stars on the Marina side.

Everything excellent, very friendly staff, 5 star breakfast.

It's a 5*hotel, excellent food outlets, a coffee house, a Chinese restaurant and a Japanese restaurant that serves excellent Japanese cuisine. A bar located at ground level. A cosy atmosphere hotel.

Good for the price. At the centre. Good indian breakfast options and amazing variety.

Great and grand looking decor. Ballroom is good. Food is fantastic. Service of ballroom is prompt and attentive. Highly recommended

One of the most exquisite hotels in town. The Pan Pacific club package is a must!

Great, Lux, elegant, good view and close to MRT. Incidentally, the harbor view can be very beautiful at night. From the hotel you can see Merlion Park (fullerton hotel), Marina Bay Sands and Bianglala. Very beautiful view.

Great plc to stay proximity to malls and train station. Excellent buffet @ Edge restaurant.

Attended a function at the new ballroom. Food was hot and tasty. Would be better if the food could be refilled once the trays are empty. Service was good. Love the new look and feel of the ballroom.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We found the room to be well appointed, spacious, quiet and relaxing.
The buffet dinner and breakfast was superb. Hotel staff courteous and friendly. Enjoyed the hotel connection to the mall.

Beautiful hotel 5 stars service. Location is good near marina bay & near the metro to explore the city their breakfast is really excellent with variety selection of cold & hot food

Was there for banquet dinner. Food was very salty for most of the dishes and staff mixed different brands of red wine when refilling the wine. Service was good though.

Dined at the Edge restaurant, food was delicious save for some tough meat and service was excellent. Sadly it was not that obvious as to which food items could the table number sticks be used for.

The edge restaurant had a variety of salad and desserts for vegetarians.

Well I enjoyed to have a lunch there, it's clean and well managed. It's nice placed for company dinner/lunch there. The dessert is the best.

This hotel is amazing! We had a room with the view to the Marina Bay. The room was very cool, clean and modern!

Very well located, large city hotel with a beautiful view of Marina Bay Sands and the business district. We particularly liked the spacious pool, the fitness and the huge breakfast buffet. Our room (deluxe balcony room) did not appeal to us in terms of style with the heavy looking wood, but it was also okay. We can recommend the hotel (also with children).

I'm celebrating my birthday, and the family placed an order last Saturday from the Pan Pacific for our celebratory dinner. It was the first time experiencing food here, and it was the best thing we did! We love meat, and the Diamantini Wagyu Hanging Tenders were delicious! The generous seasoning with herbs and unskinned garlic, coupled with the super juicy and tender, buttery steak was unbeatable! The meat was so tender and juicy, all we needed was a bread knife to slice through it, and the meat was packed with sweet, garlicky, and herbal aromas, down to the last morsel! Kudos to the chefs!
The Meatloaf was another winner! Tangy, with hints of chilli, it tasted like a mix of European luncheon meat and sausage, and went so well with the buns that came along with it!
It was a mouth-wateringly great meal, great value for money, and wonderful Saturday night stay-home treat! Thank You:)

A beautiful and well maintained hotel with almost all amenities you need

The hotel has been amazing view of the Marina Bay sands hotel the one which is very very famous in Singapore and a big giant wheel to look forward to. Amazing location, amazing hotel, beautiful ambience. The amenities here are to really try for atleast once. Adding one picture of the hotel room entrance. More to come.
