Great buffet. Were there for Christmas lunch. . Great choice, great service

I enjoy an occasional indulgence or coffee in the Pacific marketplace. Their recent addition - gula melaka chiffon cake is very nice.

Perfect location, both connectivity, malls and central

Excellent service from beginning to the end. Everything was impeccable, room was extras clean, amenities plenty and the staff super friendly.

Excellent hotel. Its location is great. Close to everything. But busy in the last week of Julai. A vacation in the Republic of China coincides with traffic congestion. The rooms are small. Breakfast buffet is good. I recommend registering with the hotel's basic membership upon entry to benefit from free benefits such as room upgrade, late check-out at no extra charge, free water and free in room. Registration is free.

The location is convenient, the room is quite clean and nice.

We were there to held our wedding on the 24th of Dec 16.
Very pleased with the experience we have with Pan Pacific.

Everything was good less the lifts to the hotel room.
A total of 6 lift but the lift awaiting time took at least a good 5 mins at times during our 2 days stay in the rooms.

Appreciate if Pan Pacific can do something about it. Other than that it is almost to a perfect 100 points.

The event was supposed to begin at 6 but the previous one only ended at 530. And it took a while for the pan Pacific staffs to fix the room. Terrible experience in that sense. The food was delicious tho

Good hotel, everything in it is quite correct location also liked.

The ambience is great and the waiters are very attentive to our needs and very friendly. Good place for social gatherings as well as business meetings.

Attended wedding dinner on Sat evening. Great experience. The service was wonderful and the food (quality and serving) was great. Ambience and setting was perfect!

Visited for a wedding banquet. Banquet dishes were exquisitely prepared with good presentation without any tradeoffs in taste. 10/10

Best stay ever... The rooms are neat ,spacious and perfect. The pool view was simply amazing. Extraordinary breakfast!!

The service is excellent, as is the quality of the rooms the facilities, the food and the location. Will definitely be back.

Food was Good. Easy location to find. Despite the large number of diners, the staff were still attentive, clearing our plates often, etc.

Club facilities are superb, Laurent Perrier champagne on tap. Rooms are nice enough, Nespresso machines, Evien water.

Good service. Decent food. Nice place, rooms abit old but clean and nice.

Shame on you Pan Pacific ! Booked and paid full amount 1 year in advance, Had to cancel booking due to poor health and 10 months notice. Would not refund any or part of the money paid. However they would rebook the room out and make more money. "COMPANY GREED AT IT'S BEST"

Great Ambience, Awesome Indian and Continental Food, Hotel is located right through beautiful Marina Bay.

I stayed here in April 2014 during my honeymoon. It was a superior experience. The service was very friendly and upscale. A very pleasent experience and i will be recommending thia hotel to everyone.

Food and service was great, conveniently located near the convention center with sheltered access for rainy weather.

Not a very good experience. The light in the room near the entry was spoiled and the television sensor was not working. We called for service but no one came and we have to make the call again. After which, the technician came up and fixed both the light and television sensor. After 10 mins the tv was not working again so we have to ask for service again. The technician came up to change the parts of the tv sensor.

An excellent 4/5star modern hotel with a full array of services as you would expect. Beautiful decor a decorations make for a peaceful atmosphere with an air of luxury.
Very well positioned in the centre of Singapore's Marina Bay there is access to all this vibrant city has to offer. The views especially from the upper floor levels are magnificent especially from the Pacific Club bar. Get good cocktails here and and the selection of nibbles could easily make a light early dinner.
All rooms are spacious and comfortable with every amenity you will probably need. We did however find the air conditioning too noisy overnight

Location is well located. We drove there and there was sufficient parking space. Linked to marina Square which offer a wide variety of food. There is suntec city nearby too!

The price is good because there are many rooms. There are big malls nearby

Buffet spread was good with a wide selection, quality food, vje for money.

Clean, doesn't feel like a mall. AC works very well.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, excellent breakfast and moderate prices according to the standard. Was a very nice stay.

Had company DnD there. Banquet Food was great! The valet at pick up point was helpful and held the door for me. Overall a pleasant experience.
