I stayed at my partner's guest whilst he was on business. The location is fantastic, close to do many things. The staff are incredible, polite and so genuinely friendly. The cleaners kept the place immaculate. Offering a free airport shuttle too. This is a great choice! The hotel has a hydrotherapy and steam room. The massage chairs are a nice touch too.
The hotel did a great job providing everything we needed, however there were 2 detractors. One was that we experienced a significant amount of tiny ants in the main room since the day we moved in. Even this was somewhat bearable compared to the second major problem - the noise.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the top floor. There is some metal piece of the building sitting directly outside the 2nd bedroom that the rain strikes and creates noise akin to fireworks going off at your bedroom window. I am not exaggerating. It rained many, if not most nights we were there for 4 weeks. Our 18 month old was completely unable to sleep in that room every night that it rained. The room became unusable. This is hopefully unique to certain rooms on the top floor but I don't know for sure.

The staff was very accommodating and the room was lovely. Great breakfast in the morning. I used the gym and that was nice as well. Good neighborhood and lots to do in the area. I could have used a coffee pot and some other beverages in the room. The carpet was outdated. Otherwise a good experience!

The above is a plus point, and as a minus, the sunlight in the room is not very good, and the windows do not open, so I felt that humidity tends to accumulate. I was worried about the moldiness of the bedding and the smell of the sofa, but it seems that it is being renovated one by one, so I think that area will be improved.

A total disgrace to the Hospitality business! Their extremely worn out washers installed in the room were filled with grime and filth from the drum inside out that even the Guest Services themselves would not touch but yet expect you to put your treasured clothes inside to be washed!?! They were so unaccomodative, uncompromising, unprofessional and downright condescending when my request for them to swap my tired and filthy washer with a newer ones from the other rooms and even though they were still unoccupied, the most Ludicrous and Preposterous rebuttal I received from the sales director- Catherine was: "the newer ones are very limited in stock and therefore I cannot swap for you!" What sense and logic? How do you get your head around that kind of reply!?! Am I not your paying guest in good standing!?! How do you do the Math?!? YOUR WASHERS BELONG TO THE MUSUEM ALREADY!!!
Catherine should go back to the drawing board of what Hospitality business is all about?!? They want to charge the rates of a 5 Star hospitality but failed so miserably in their unspeakably horrid hospitality!?!
For what it was worth: GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!!!

You should really do your footwork before rebutting me on the conditions of your washers! Compare yours with Somerset Liang Court and Ascott Raffles and Ascott Orchard, yours are worlds apart! Ancient and belongs to the Museum!!! Do a physical check yourself; instead of just relying on feedbacks from your maintenance!! The BRANDT are the newer and cleaner ones but you are so selfish to only furnish it for the 2 bedrooms; whereas all the other lower room categories gets the grime filled ancient models! You are so cheap. Yet; you maintain that the guests are so fond of. Clearly, those are just fly by night holiday makers who needed a place to crash after their stupendous shopping spree and not weary business travellers like us who really need a second home to go back to.

It's located very centrally next to the 313 Somerset mall and has a lot of amenities that are fantastic. The room sizes are pretty good and I would highly recommend it for people who are either moving into or out of Singapore. It is obviously a little bit pricey because it is the Pan Pacific but if you can afford it it's a great place.
Spent 9 months here. Great, cheerful and helpful staff, fantastic amenities - pool and recreational areas are top notch. Superb rooms. Prime location.
Location of Pan Pacific Serviced Suites is very convenient located right beside Somerset Mrt and 313. Enjoyed my time there at Bedrock Bar and Grill. Service and food was excellent.

Great hotel and excellent staff, we stayed on the 15th story and had Ms Helen service our room, she is absolutely the best of the best! Anything we needed or requested she made sure we got it. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing beyond 5 hotel-facility stay that offers almost the best for everything in this metropolitan city. stay here. residences are mostly international cooperate guests that practice certain customs and cultures yet appear to be comfortable community atmosphere. All services are almost 6 stars standard( consider gratuities). There are some key decisions: basic 5 stars facilities, exclusive club, Jacuzzi, stream, pool, gym, malls, adequate choices breakfast(non-pork), car park, etc. besides transportation hubs, orchard is in a short walk, cheap eats everywhere, decent working class society, almost everything you could wish.
why not a 5 : to achieve the 5 stars. it must be a new built. employees with sincere and honest smiles (optional). And with a comparable restaurant at least.

Stayed here for a very extended period of time and have zero complaints (well, besides the pool being ice cold!).
We have just returned from a 10 night stay.. Excellent... any business is made by its staff.. it s all about people and the staff at Pan Pacific are a team with a very high standard. Our cleaning lady was lovely so happy and her standards were high, reception staff excellent and just could not do enough for us, breakfast team were amazing. All in all perfect.. thanks

Located right in the heart of the city centre, the service apartments offer comfortable rooms with l amenities. The staff is very courteous and makes sure all your needs are met. They have a nice recreational area and do offer breakfast options in the morning. The chef is usually very accomodating and will cater to any specific food requests.

I miss this place. Beautiful rooftop pool and a well equipped gymnasium with the view of the Singapore eye. Walking distance from the hotel is the mall.
