VERY pleased with our stay at the Palms.

VERY pleased with our stay at the Palms.
My husband and I took an anniversary/work trip to LV for 5 days. We had originally booked the Westgate, but due to poor customer service and no hot water we ended up leaving the West gate after 2 nights and booked the Palms for the rest of our stay.
The front desk staff was so accommodating when we arrived! They were able to place us in a room we wanted on a higher floor by noon on a Saturday (when they were mostly booked). The man at the desk searched for an empty room for us for about 5 mins, and we were so happy we could check in and shower right away. Just from that experience my husband was so happy he gave the entire front desk staff free meal coupons to eat at Wahoos next door. We checked into a standard king room. The room was super clean upon arrival, and was very inviting! From the lobby, to the room, the entire place is clean. There is a security person at every tower to make sure you have your room key, and to keep the trash out ;)
I ordered a bottle of champagne and strawberry shooters for us pre concert, and even that was spectacular!
They have an AMAZING restaurant, Greene St, which deserves a Michelin star. The hotel also has a 24/7 restaurant, and some other great dining options. There are 2 pools (the outside pool wasn't open during my stay) and the pool staff is very friendly as well. Drinks are also reasonably priced.
Theres even a roof top bar with the BEST views in Vegas.
Over all this has been one of the best hotel stays I have ever had, especially in Vegas. If you're able to book here, do so, and I don't think you will be disappointed. We truly did have such a great stay at the Palms.

I love to gamble at The Plams. The Palms is the #1 paying out casino in Las Vegas. Everyone is really friendly. I'm always offered free rooms, free ciggs and free food. The Palms is my favorite and I love it. They even have brand new movies every Monday for $5

Nice hotel.
Kaos was our destination for Cardi B performance and this however was a disappointment. She came out 30 mins before the club closed. Only plus was Offset came out to perform their track.

Although off the Strip, the Palms Place Hotel is a very luxurious experience. They offer a lot of amenities such as a kitchen and spacious room with a sleek minimalist style. They are connected to the sky tube which contains the casino, food court and theatre. The view in my room was great. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation and how there was no parking garage connected to the Palms Place. Overall would come back again if I was looking for a refreshing experience in Las Vegas of the strip.

I love the Palms it's my number 1 spot in Vegas, whether it be in the luxurious hotel suites or on the loose casino floor, or one of the several nice up scale restaurants. I love it here. Not to mention the APEX SOCIAL LOUNGE. Very nice place to meet with family or friends and feel what Vegas is supposed to be

The food was mediocre and the service was really slow. We ordered pancakes and waffles. It took an hour to receive our food. Yet, we saw other diners come in after us order burgers, eat there food and leave before we got ours. And the burnt leeks on the waffle plate didn't look appetizing

Their art installations - especially the Damien Hirst Unknown bar with the shark installation are fabulous. They also have Kaws, Basquiat, Dustin Yellin, Warhol, and Murakami. But my favorite is the car installation in the driveway. I am disappointed by the vibe and look of the rest of the hotel/casino however.

Although we did not stay at this hotel, we did visit more than several times for these reasons: They are located off the strip but honestly the ease of accessing their facilities made it worth it..i believe they're less than 20 minutes away from the strip....but (1) free parking!!!! It's a small area but I found a spot everytime. The Pearl Hall/theatre is comfortable for shows with stadium like seating which we enjoyed while participating in the UFC Hall of Fame ceremony. We absolutely fell in love with the oh so affordable Lucky Penny restaurant. Great food and prices!!! We also ate at Mables BBQ... FREE VIEWING PARTIES- no cover charges.... I can go on and on... But very very happy with staff, restaurants, and services. We were there so much it was almost as if we stayed there LOL

Due to other guests, my wife and I where exposed to marajuna all day and night. We were told by the management there is nothing they could do to insure our health and well-being was protected while staying in their hotel. Both of us were Intoxicated through the night on several nights due to these other guest, we experienced wheezing, dizziness, headaches and oversleeping, from the very very strong marajuna smoke. After 4 days of calling the manager they finally opened our balcony door to allow us fresh air, no other option was offered not even moving us to another room infact when asked they laughed at me and told us they have no more rooms. The valet while nice also damaged the bumper on our rental car and never owned up or took care of it glad we bought the damage waiver insurance. Will never stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and clean. I stayed at the older building. It's quiet and nice if you're out with your family. But it can bee too quiet for vegas. Playing area is not that busy, the vibe is low on fun. It's not a far drive to downtown and attractions but the traffic going in is horrible. So if you have shows to watch, better leave an hour and 15mins before.

Went to Mabels BBQ at the Palms. Casino was having a problem with heat. We had lunch at Mabels. Miguel the server was very knowledgeable and good. Food was excellent. We had brisket, ribs and chicken
All were delicious. Had sides of Mac and cheese and collard greens. Loaded potatoes enough for three. Is on top of list to go again.

I visited last week which is the first day to new koas night club open (I didn't go in the club) and were supper busy.
The renovation which they say spend $600 million changes the hotel into one of the best hotel in las Vegas.
The room is nice and the employees service is upgraded and fits the level of the hotel.
The only thing what I see is the in and out during the busy night is a nightmare.

What an amazing place! This place has done a huge renovation recently and it's so glamorous now. They are still in mid renovation but it's coming along. I love the high ceilings and the breakfast food at the buffet was outstanding. Everyone working here was doing a great job. Thank you Palms! We will be back for sure.

We went to The Palms for the AYCE buffet and it was well worth the 10-minute drive from the strip. We stayed to play some slots and joined their generous player's club (tip: join the player's club before the buffet for a discount!). The food was great, especially for the price. Our server hustled to keep our drinks full. We'll definitely come back to The Palms each and every trip to Vegas!

We arrived to the palms with great expectations, check in was kind of easy, it was a so far so good, but as soon as we opened our room door, we felt that something wasn't right DUST EVERYWHERE !!!
Is it so difficult to clean the room property for the next guests??? No it shouldnt... It it possible to have such a dirty windows and dirty balconies, yes it is possible at the palms, in fact we noticed that the sheets and blankets were therefore two weeks so we asked for new set because who knows what type of desise were there in those sheets. Internet was slow but ok, pool was nice but not enough to compensate negative impression from dusty room. Hope they improve that for future guests.

Nice hotel, not maintenanced that well though! Don't book through them, charged us $250 for a Friday night then looked online and found same room for $200! Also, gave us the worst room... Told us, "We booked on the 5th floor with a corner view!" Well our view was construction with the workers sawing and working at 11pm!! Had to call and relocate our room, then our a/c and heater went out so they had to come change the fuse! This is our first time visiting Las Vegas, and for the cash that we have been throwing out... We expect a lot! Definitely waiting until we get to Las Vegas to book a last minute hotel through Hotwire or other site instead of directly through the hotel! Also, we booked Monday through Saturday, so we do expect a bit more! Definitely not cheap!

I work here but it's under construction currently....

I work here but it's under construction currently. However it's still open to guests and all the finished areas look very classy and hip. They redid the Pearl Concert Theater, the Ghostbar is now Apex a luxury lounge, they have 5 new restaurants so far: The Lucky Penny; which serves a variety of everyday type foods, Send Noodles; which serves Asian cuisine, Cafe 6; which serves Asian fusion cuisine, and the newest restaurant will be Scotch 80 Prime steakhouse. There are 3 bars so far the Tonic bar inside of the casino, Rojo Lounge at Palms Place, and there is a bar inside of Cafe 6 at Palms Place as well, on the 6th floor. The Palms Place also has the Drift Spa with a Hammam, a fitness center and pool also located on the 6th floor. There's a Brendan Theaters movie theater in the Palms as well. Also the Palms/Palms Place is walking distance to convenience stores and a Smith's grocery store and fast food restaurants. I hope this helps but I don't recommend using AirBNB to book the residential rooms only because sometimes the owners units are not up to par and sometimes getting key cards if you lose them and other amenities can be difficult if your host isn't a good one. Enjoy your stay in Vegas!

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it so this weekend we decided to stay here again. We weren t informed of all the construction taking place everywhere that is preventing us from playing craps and wakes us up at 7am. We asked for a mini fridge and was told it would be sent up and never was. We did some gambling and was never offered a cocktail and couldn t get anyone s attention even after calling to one specific girl a few times. The rooms are still beautiful but it seems that s all they have to offer. I can say we will not be back to this hotel after this trip is over.

The check in was great! We get here and checkin Before 3pm. I have two large suite rooms. When we go to the room it was nice and decently clean. We went down the the front desk and the same person waited on me again, he remember my name and ask what he could do. I ask if there was a way to get a mini fridge for water. He said absolutely I ll have it sent up. We go get the rest of the luggage come back up to the room and it was there. We had a few bottle of water and coffee we put it it. We get ready for dinner. The scotch 80 prime was delicious and had get service, we finish up dinner go to Walgreens buy a couple of things for the next 4 days. Such as water for 4 people and bananas. We walk from the parking garage to the elevators where the security stop us and say we can t brink outside beverages to our room. Not a case of water but we can buy it from the mini fridge and the gift shop for 7.00 a bottle. He told me that it was in the rules ( which I checked it isn t) that we can bring bulk of any grocery to the rooms. We are staying 4 days and have 4 people but can t bring a case of water to our room? What is wrong with a management group who blames the other management group that it is their policy. For one I happens to think when I spend 2,000 on rooms I can bring water up not bought from you. I also find it ridiculous that we can buy liquor and have it open and bring that up but not water. I will never stay here again for the simple fact they kept telling me it is policy.... they should have told you at check in, but the simple fact it isn t and there is one material they let you read to know you can or can t.

I have stayed here a few times now, and I love this place. Big rooms, modern decor and great views of either the strip or the mountains. You really can't go wrong with either side of the hotel.

the hotel room was nice. the room had a balcony, but they don't allow access, i understand that. On the balcony the railing is glass and the glass is so dirty you cannot see the view unless you stand up to look out. that was disappointing. also i realized after i had already reserved a room that they give a AAA discount. but they will not honor it unless it is applied at the time i reserved??? i reserved it the day before? seems pretty greedy to me!

We booked a suite through air bnb and stayed in Palm suites, the rooms were super nice and very luxurious. The casino aspect was never too busy, the buffet was hugely cost efficient and varied. There is a shuttle that picks passengers up at the front entrance and take people to and from Caesars palace up until around 8pm.

Had concert plans at the Pearl so ate dinner and drinks at Scotch 80 Prime. It's a little pricey but the food was outstanding, the scotch selection is out of this world, and my wife loved there take on a melon lemon drop.
