The Palms is absolutely excpetional, I went there to see a movie the other night. It was the Incredibles 2, I love the theatre there because the seats are very comfortable. They are the recliner seats so you get to see your movie in full fledged comfort. They have a decent selection on snacks, there is also alcohol available for sale.
$5 movie Mondays has become a fairly regular even among my friends. It's a great inexpensive way to hang out and catch a movie.
Room, hotel staff, room service and casino was good. Five stars for the value of experience. Didn't stay in a five star room, but was one of their standard rooms and everything was clean and working and up to date other than usb plugs for chargers. Had my own fast chargers so not an issue. Very little smoke while in casino. Price for room was good.
Beautiful building, modern rooms, not enough food options.
Beautiful under new ownership. Only thing club and swimming pool not Open
Beautiful facilities and excellent rooms. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were great, but the front desk and bell hops did not seem genuine.
This casino is great, good food and friendly slots!!
Went to the Billy Idol concert on the 13th. Staff was nice. Free parking a BIG plus! It was an easy in easy out experience.
Buffet incredible value. Tons of fish, prime rib, walnut shrimp, ahi tuna poke, sushi, chicken, turkey wings, cod, clams, large comfortable booths.
I go to the Palm's for the theaters, they have great seats, they serve alcohol, and the tickets are cheap.
The hotel felt dated. The employees we interacted with were nice and professional. The restrooms were not the best. It was about a 20 minute walk from the Strip, so not bad.
I have stayed at the Palms a few times. But the new remodel is amazing. Really liking it!
I did not walk out with a jackpot but the buffet [excellent at $13.00 for lunch] was nice to my gastric tract although all items consumed were rather nouveau. Turkey Roast all time best, wish I could do it like they did it today.
Cute....rolled corn on the Cox in pulverized taco chips and put a cute foreign name on it....was goo ood.
nice hotel and staff rooms was a little out dated and could use a madern touch.
Very clean and the movie theater was amazing with the lounge chairs.
Palms is making a comeback! Under construction atm and I can't wait to see how it turns out. I definitely plan to come back and take this rating to a 5 star!
Vetri restaurant at the Palms is one of the best in Vegas
It's alright, been in better, quess the price was good do to renovation
The palms resort never disappoints. Staryed in the Sky Villa over new years and made memories I'll never forget ;)
First night here for business trip. Got back to room after dinner and the room stunk like dirty sewer pipes. Just changed rooms, the smell is better and they gave me 4 complimentary drink tickets - I don't drink. I hope my experience gets better the next couple days.
Coolest view of Las Vegas I've seen yet. And I've been here more than most!
It's a nice casino and resort, but when you can't use the main pool area because there have pool parties with DJ, its packed very loud. That on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They a little pool area for the rest of the guests.food was good, the security thought they were the secret service. Was waken one morning at 7am of pounding of pipes above our room, like workers working on some pipes. So there is our first time there.
Awesome facilities with good food in the indoors restaurant.
Worst service ever. Went 3 times thinking it would get better when you finally see a cocktail waitress which were few and far between, they were so rude. All the work on the place they have done you would think they could get their act together.
Great place to hang out good food fun loving people and what a staff love it
Great variety of machines and denominations. Very nice and great restaurants .
it s taco bell. what did you expect? tip: order two burritos/tacos, eat them at separate times so you don t get sick. other than that, i LOVE taco bell
Went in to eat at the food court, the staff at McDonald's was fighting and crazy slow. We went to the 24hr dinner instead. Its hidden behind construction but it's actually very good for late night eats.
The love the AYCE buffet. The individual plates take the icky out of the buffet line. Plus, the food is delectable. The casino is fun and there is a movie theater, so it can be a family outing.
Great pay outs if you watch what your doing. Food is good however they closed the Cafe'.
I stayed at the Palms from April 11 to April 18, 2017. I arrived on my birthday and upon mentioning this, the gentleman at the desk (his name was River), upgraded me to the 52nd floor in the Ivory Tower. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and the view was to die for! I also really loved the updated washroom with walk in shower. That evening a few friends and I went to the NOVE restaurant for a nice meal. Everything was divine and the staff were very attentive and lovely. They even brought out a small tiramisu with a candle and sang happy birthday. Again - the view from this restaurant was just incredible!
I cannot say enough how much I loved staying at the Palms. Every staff member I encountered, from the security staff, to the pool staff to even the staff employed in the food court vendors were all so great and helpful. I was in Las Vegas for the Viva Rockabilly Weekender, which I've been going to for 7 years. In the past I have stayed in the Flamingo and have never had any complaints. After this stay at the Palms, however, I will never stay anywhere else in Vegas from now on!
Thank you so much for making my birthday and my entire stay with you so wonderful!
I think this is actually one of the nicer of the casinos and the recent remodel is really neat, especially the artistic shark display over the bar.
Although the room was huge and beautiful and the beds were good, it lacks a lot of the features of a normal hotel. It doesn't have a kettle to boil water and when I asked for service for some hot water, they said I had to pay for service in a very rude manner. The rooms were a bit loud too from he ventilation outside the windows.
It was actually nice to visit the Palms, being off strip it was quieter than onstrip, food court had good food, and the hotel was super clean. Would likely stay here next time we come back to Vegas and Uber to the strip
Absolutely excellent! We booked the 1 bedroom suite and it was even better than the photos! Staff was very polite and courteous! We got the 33rd floor and had a fantastic view of the strip! The room was super clean and really nice and big and had everything you needed! Shower pressure was great, room service great, had free shuttle to strip everyday, had a great pool, I loved everything about the place and will definitely be coming back!
Ordered online. To be picked up at 12pm. Wasn't ready until 1230
We went to the Breeden theater. Tickets were less then other theaters, and very luxurious, also got to reserve seats. Excellent. Black Panther, fantastic movie
I would not recommend bringing a family here.
This is a young drunk obnoxious crowd.
Love the renovations! The new hotel looks amazing. It s really hard to find a place to park.
Nice place to unwind. Dining is good has a few different places for whatever you'd like. There's a high limits room (not for me) plenty of table games and slots.
Could be due to construction, but the atmosphere was just "blah". Drinks were overpriced (of course) too small, and not very tasty. We went back to the Rio.
Nice looking. Lousy slits. Cold dim sum and expensive.
This is one, if not the best hotel I've stayed in. The representatives were really nice to us and gave us bonus and upgrades. They upgraded us to a suit with a fireplace, kitchen and a luxury bathtub. The room was clean, luxurious and with a great view of the strip and city from the 50th floor. The internet is fast, valet parking is included in the resort fee and the pools are amazing. I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this hotel.
The Unknown Bar is gorgeous; all of the Hirst art was phenomenonal.
Love love love the Palms! Was there for a quick meetup with a friend and even my last Industry Christmad party on the roof was a dream come true!!!
Amazing! Super clean. Attended a show, was very pleased with the performance and venue.
Nice workout facility and pool. Extremely friendly staff so far for our stay.
The selection of restraunts are out of this world. And they seem to be just adding upgrades as the time passes that I live here. Which is the best I don't know what more a foodie could ask for??? And the buffet is the best one so far that I have been to ever, however I still have quite a few of them to try in Las Vegas before I can make that a best buffet in town out of all of them in Vegas. The employees are very personable and I'm always comfortable in the casino and any other areas of the establishment I have been in so far. I gave yet to rent a room here maybe next time I take a staycation it can be my destination.
I love the way they remodel this place I was lost for a minute trying to find the theater
The hotel rooms were clean enough. The hotel is located not too far from the strip. Not really walking distance, unless several long blocks is ok walking distance for you. There was an incident involving around 20-30 of what seemed like under drinking age kids trying to go up to the guest rooms. Maybe for a party? Not really a family friendly environment, which goes for most of Vegas around the strip.
Ate at the restaurant at the top of the tower. Beautiful view - make sure you ask for the pre-theater menu.
Excellent customer service and the spa at Palms Place is amazing!!!!
Very nice and clean casino with many food and entertainment options. Best of all it does not reek of cigarettes.
It was awesome and I Loved it just didn't get in all the way we will be there next Saturday!
Saw Blink 182 at their concert venue, fantastic. Seats weren't uncomfortably tight, sound was great, didn't have to wait too long to get in or out. Can't provide any details on the casino or the hotel thought, didn't stay here.
We were attending a party in the Hefner suite, service was good, the suite was amazing and we had no issues at all.
I was just at the movie theater. But the experience was great. The hotel and casino appeared clean and there were employees around to help customers.
The turn around since station took over has been phenomenal... u can tell just by the employees expressions alone that it breathed new life in them. Excellent customer service!!!
Has been one of my favorite places. Upscale restaurants.
Good theater specials on Monday and Tuesday. We go often
Be aware the property is under remodel. The room was clean, the lucky penny restaurant is worth every penny and the staff was ready to help anyone needing some. I wasn't feeling the casino but others seem to be enjoying the vibe.
Really impressed with the renovations here, the casino has a great feel and I love the amount of art around the property. Particularly liked the Damien Hurst in The Unknown, and the craft cocktails in Camden. Scotch 80 restaurant also VERY impressive!
Nice and good for having a fun,the food at the buffet getting bad not like use to be before and there's not too many options and same dishes is very small and they use the bacon and the ham in all kind of food ,the palms is very close to the strip but the food is really getting bad now , not like the red rock buffet or like the green valley ranch .
Hopefully someone will take care about it
Not the same palms that it once was. To many crazy out of control drunk people. But if that's your seen then u got the right place.
I love staying at the Palms Place & now that I've stayed at the Casino Resort, I cant choose which is my favorite! All in all the Palms experience is always AMAZING.
This was my go to hang out when I lived in the great city of Las Vegas. Was back recently and was pleased to see that it got a nice makeover, the place looks great.
Go for the fun but be sure to take a break and try at least one of their eateries. I recommend A.Y.C.E. (All You Can Eat) buffet
Not a bad place to snag a brew or two. Chill vibes, a bit of the main strip
53rd floor fantasy tower Palms new pool and club area starting to come together down there.
Very good, nice people and I know coming back many times, you doing good job guy's. The of the best for the beautiful persons. Good luck ever.
I love Palms Casino. It s always hip and fresh with a huge variety of clubs and restaurants to suit any personality.
Paid $4500 for the sky Villa for one night for a squadron function. They tried to force us to have a "security guard" in there for adult supervision. We were able to talk them out it fortunately. But the room was not ready until after 1700. They would not allow outside alcohol. (Which is crazy to me, because if I got normal room, I'm sure I'd be allowed to bring whatever I wanted in). Then around 1145 a few people went downstairs to put a $100 bet on black on roulette. And they weren't allowed back up because management thought we were having a bigger party than promised, we weren't. Nobody was overly drunk or loud either. Then they literally kicked all 37 or so of us out to inspect the room and still wouldn't let people up unless each individual had a room key... Just a huge waste of money so around when there are entire houses with huge pools for rent just outside the strip for less money than this hotel room that wasn't ready on time and would have to be vacated at 11 in the morning
Love love love....I stay every year for my bday and they never disappoint me
We stayed on the 53rd Floor of Palms Place Condos; great spa, concierge services.
56 floor penthouse was stunning outside hot tub on the balcony, new years was perfect!
You can see movies. I took my daughter and her boyfriend to see black panther movie. They have these seats that you lay back into with a huge like movie screen that almost surround you
