I am very pleased with Gary at Palm Professionals. They really know their palms and guided me in the right direction on which palms to choose. The installation crew did a fantastic job even with all my sprinkler systems. Very honest and straight forward. Love the way my backyard looks :)

I Could not be more pleased with my entire experience with Palm Professionals!!! . Upon arriving to their nursery Wes took a considerable amount of time explaining the trees and listening to what I wanted. He could not have been more patient with my back-and-forth decision-making and questions. They arrived in a matter of days on the scheduled installation date and Gary, the Gentlemen leading the install crew was also very informative and listened to my requests, as I had three trees that needed to be planted and he was very helpful in assisting me in deciding what would look most pleasing. If you re in the market for palm trees you absolutely cannot go wrong going with Palm Professionals. I am so happy! I feel like I have a tropical paradise in Houston Texas! Go figure.

Palm Professionals are great. We had a pool built and between the rain and our pool builders they were very accommodating in delivering and installing our beautiful, cold hardy mule palms. We couldn t be more pleased.

The guys at Palm Professionals Tropical Nursery were very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I purchased 3 palm trees yesterday and the very next day they were installed quickly and professionally. Wes is awesome. The installers were also super nice and knowledgeable and were rewarded with a $100.00 tip. If you're shopping for Palm trees I would highly recommend going to see Wes Claburn.

Wesley was great to work with. We had an old Chinese plum tree that was so dirty that we wanted to replace with a Palm This was our choice. We had our landscaper pick it up today and plant it. We love it. Time for some margaritas.

This place is Amazing. I bought 3 large palm trees and had them delivered all the way in Canyon Lake, TX. Wes and his crew showed up on time, and went straight to work installing the trees. The trees were well taken care of and handled with care. They cleaned up after themselves and the surrounding yard looks as if nothing was ever touched. Great people and great experience working with Palm Pro's. We will definitely use them again in the future.

My wife, and I have been looking all over Houston for 2 Palm Trees to replace the large Queen palms we lost to a fungus a few weeks ago. After several unsuccessful visits to overpriced nurseries. We finally called one of the top landscaping companies in Houston who referred us to the place he shops, Palm Professionals Tropical Nursery. A salesman named Gary literally helped us pick out 2 palms, in 15 minutes, and they were delivered and installed within 5 days. We are extremely satisfied!

We are very pleased with the experience we've had with Palm Professionals. Wes answered all of our questions thoroughly, the installation process was seamless and our palms look absolutely stunning in our yard. We had a few questions after installation and Wes made sure he got back to us via email and phone in a prompt manner. We are new to the area and wanted to purchase a palm tree for our new home. We met with Wes and he was extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure us but showed us everything and explained everything in detail to make sure we got exactly what we need for our yard. Fantastic place!

We are thoroughly pleased with our experience with Palm Professionals Tropical Nursery. On our initial visit to their location Gary asked questions and looked at many pictures we took of our yard to make sure we got the type of palms that would look best in our yard and would be more cold tolerant. Gary was very thorough and knowledgeable in every respect and a pleasure to work with. The installation went very smoothly and as expected. Their prices were very competitive and we certainly liked the guarantee. We have used their palm tree fertilizer for a few years and it is the only palm tree fertilizer we have ever used where we could actually see the results.

The guys at Palm Professionals were very knowledgeable and willing to work around our schedule. They have hard-to-find palms and hard-to-find sizes as well, and were able to set us up with some very cold-resistant varieties so that we won't have to expend a lot after the next freeze. They can do just about anything and are great communicators!

A truly professional experience from the initial call, to spending time selecting your trees, through installation. First, these guys know their palms and are willing to spend the time with you to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for. They have a huge selection of palms and even a walk through the nursery is very educational. Their installers are excellent as well, very professional, and cleaned up everything from the tree to the truck, including sweeping and blowing the small amount of dirt left on the driveway. We even got a call a week or so after the fact to see if we had any questions.

Wonderful business, I called and worked with Wes. He sent pictures of the palms available, I picked them and 48 hours later the tree was installed with a professionally and knowledgeable crew. Will use them again!

Visited many nurseries and garden centers, these guys had the best Mule palms hands down. Wes was great, knowledgable, and a big help. They had a great selection of types and sizes. Not only Mule palms, but I found the varieties and sizes of other palms I was looking for. Got my backyard pool landscaped with all my palms from here.

We visited a number of places around the west side of Houston when deciding what types of palms to get. Wes and Palm Professionals though we re by far the best. They took time to explain about the different palms and helped us choose the right ones. They also have the easiest pricing - everywhere else showed one price but you had to add delivery, pay more for a warranty, etc. Everything was just easy at Palm Professionals. Plus they installed the same week.

I recently lost 4 beautiful Queen Anne palms to the freezes of our last winter. The recent Labor Day sale posted on Palm Professionals Facebook page prompted me to finally go ahead and replace my palms. I visited Palm Professionals on August 25th, 2018 and spent a wonderful afternoon with Tom Ruddell. We discussed what was freeze hardy, the look I wanted and spent well over an hour touring the palms on site. What an education I got. I left that afternoon the proud owner of 4 palms...1 silver Queen Anne; 2 beautiful Chinese fan palms and 1 pgymy Med. fan palm. Tom suggested I might want to mix up the varieties for an interesting look. Within the week; my palms were planted at my home on August 31st, 2018. Mr. Dino and the installation crew were upmost professionals arriving promptly. Each time a palm was placed; I was asked to take one last look to ensure that it met my expectations. And to top it off; the crew took a leaf blower and blew the small amount of debris off the driveway as they carried the palms to the back yard. I highly recommend Palm Professionals and most certainly will utilize them in the future. They are truly the best !!!

Tom took the time to not only explain to me which palm trees are cold hearty and would most likely survive in Splendora but he also showed me the selection of what was available and let me know of an upcoming delivery if I did not like the ones on property.

The installation crew placed the palms right where I wanted them and they were very professional and friendly.

Tom called and checked up on the installation a few days after the trees were installed and made sure I was happy with the trees.

This is a great place to get your palm trees. I went to another place first and they over promised and under delivered with the one palm tree I bought from them- but with Palms Professional Tropical Nursery they not only delivered what they promised - they went above and beyond what was expected. This was well worth the extra drive I took from Splendora to Sugarland to get the additional palm trees I wanted.
