I will never use this company. I'm clocking in and out correctly, and they are saying its wrong and I haven't got paid for two days that I worked. I am now locked out of the site I can't even clock in, I tried calling and after 2 and a half hours on hold finally hung up.

This place is a joke. We were told in early October 2020 our son was approved for services. Here we are going on 8 months now and his Healthcare worker still hasn't been allowed to start work. 4 months waiting on a background check being told by palco during that time that as soon as they come back she can start work because everything was good on Palcos end. Well the background checks finally came back a month ago and still waiting because apparently now we have to request a start date. This is insane and unfortunately I'm guessing we have no other choices for a home health service but to deal with this BS.

Have not received pay in almost a month, never was trained for the new system!! So many different case workers now been trying to get ahold of someone for a week and no answer it s like they have disconnected phone lines!!! Not happy!

This is absurd... They've implemented a new online system (clearly with flaws) and don't have enough staff to answer the support calls nor have enough phone lines to support the call compacity. Then have the audacity to deny all of your claims even when they are under the time limit. Sends you an email to correct the 1 claim they state is wrong, yet their system doesn't allow you to correct until after a few days. I've worked in IT over 20 years and I've never seen so many mistakes in an implementation plan, which affects a wide area of people. Lack of training among staff is mind blowing to me. WOW...

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have there phone system to where clients can t even call them. They have denied people s timesheets and won t even answer the telephone. I haven t been paid the last two pay periods. I ve had enough. I will be contacting seven on your side and the Governor s office. Something needs to be done about this.

Palco fails their Medicaid waiver recipients miserably in every possible way as the state funded fiscal agent in Arkansas. The launch of EVV under the federally mandated 21st Century Cures Act has been a nightmare of negligence and incompetency for clients and workers in the self-directed programs. Call reps and coordinators are useless, rude, and unwilling to assist the elderly and/or disabled clients and then blame them for all EVV and Authenticare claim errors or denials instead of working to help get self-directed workers/employees paid correctly and on-time from clients approved Medicaid waiver budgets. For Arkansas clients and their workers, Palco refuses to compensate wages for approved time worked since EVV began on March 30, 2021. My client is approved for 182 hours of paid care per month and I have only been paid for 9 hours since March 30th even though we have complied with all EVV, Palco, and Authenticare rules and instructions. And you can forget trying to reach Palco by phone. Their numbers are constantly busy or cannot be completed. If you are persistent enough to call for days on end, you might finally get a call to go through but expect a 2 hour hold time before you're connected to an agent that is a waste of your time and offers no customer care or resolution whatsoever. PALCO IS A FRAUD! THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL IN EVERY STATE THAT PALCO REPRESENTS!!

Can't even get ahold of my case manager or the customer service line ever especially when they denied my paycheck.... And they just started a new way for us to get paid. And they gave us 0 training on how to work at.... I am beyond mad.... Thinking about finding a new home care program to get my set up in

This company should be ashamed of themselves. They have been entrusted by the Medicaid program to process the Medicaid payroll for family members who are having to provide care for their ill and disabled family members. Yes it would be easy for all of us to just cram our loved ones into the nursing homes and let everyone else deal with it, but some of us have made a promise to see that our loved one gets the best care possible and sometimes that means that we have to make the sacrifices to provide it, including not working full time jobs and sot that we will not be leaving our loved ones unattended for 9 hours while we work. Palco makes the enrollment process an absolute nightmare. The families they deal with have already been approved by their state and by Medicaid. Palco has no say, even though apparently their actions state they think otherwise. The lose paperwork, confuse paperwork, forget to process the paperwork and if you are lucky enough to get through the enrollment process (which is BASIC employee payroll forms - W2, I9, contact info, ID, etc and absolutely nothing special) then they jack you around on the paychecks, making it an equal nightmare for the responsible party and attendants. Here's a newsflash Palco - we are just trying to take care of our families and you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for making everything so difficult just because you can. If you have another choice for a payroll company, tell your care manager you would like the other company because this company does not care about you or your family. Palco, if you hate medicaid participants so much maybe you should choose to exit the program and let someone else process the simple paperwork that every other employer and payroll company in the Untied States does on a daily basis without any issue.

This company is so unorganized its unreal. Trying to get ahold of someone is like pulling teeth and in the middle of this horrific service they have the nerves to change payment method that nobody has a clue (all 4 numbers I have been transferred to over 3wks) about using. I haven't gotten paid and havent been able to reach anyone both numbers busy or have to wait for hrs with still no rep.

I am so angry with PALCO AR for their lack of communicstion with we eho are caregivers. I along with most have not been paid for April 13 thru now. You cannot get anyone on tge phone and if u are lucky enough they can't help. Talked to 3 different customer care people at Authenticare and all 3 say my timesheets are correct.
