I was not able to come in for my procedures ( filler and maybe botox), so I can't talk about the quality of their work. I called a month ago for an appointment. The day before my appointment, I was informed that there was a scheduling mistake. I was a new client and had to see the doctor first. He only sees people on Tuesdays. Fine. Did they have the following Tuesday available? Of course not. They wanted me to wait another 3 weeks. Unacceptable. After all the confirmation emails and text messages, they waited until the day before to let me know. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional. If you can not handle a simple schedule, there is no way you will be touching my face. Dodged a bullet here. You guys lost a potential client. Good job. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr. Ferrari for years and can t say enough positive things about him and his entire staff!! They do excellent work! I absolutely love Jodie! She is so sweet, extremely knowledgeable and always makes sure you are comfortable when getting Dysport or fillers. I had many questions when deciding to do injectables and she answered them all to receive the natural look I wanted. I recommend this place to all my friends! Premier is the best!!!
