Impressive professional operation. Had a big box of stuff sent to me this month. Well packed, with plenty of care taken. Quick response and delivery. Goods had expiry dates well into the future (important). No problems. High marks. Will buy here again. This is the place to go to when you need some "spaghettoni of lions".
As a client for the last 2 years, I have to say Enoteca provides quality italian wine and great choice of pasta that is high quality which always sells well. Davide has been a wonderful sales support to me and my manager and always available and responsive. Thanks Davide and Enoteca!
Your wholesale representative here in Sydney is just rude and unprofessional. If ever he returns to visit again (unlikely, he already didn't show up for the initial appointment), he will be promptly 'escorted' out the door. Your company already does not have a great name in Sydney with the high turnover of employees, but your latest 'acquisition' should really go back to making coffees at his local cafe, not trying to sell Italian wine and food!!

Davide is the rudest and most unprofessional salesperson in Sydney. He truly has no wine knowledge, and obviously the company does not screen their employees or offer any training. There are better suited wine companies to deal with, so do yourself a favour and find a better supplier!
Terrible quality products, insects in the pasta, and all overpriced. Do yourself a favour and shop around for better quality.
Terrible customer service, there are much better wholesalers available in Sydney that are "actually based here". Out of stock of important lines, no office or showroom to visit, and only 1 staff (who is useless at best). Perhaps their retail operation in Melbourne is better, but their wholesale operation is very poor, especially here in Sydney! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this wholesaler!
