Danny McAnally and his Palace Construction crew (including Harry and Jake) have done repair and water mitigation work for us a few times now, and they are great. When we needed immediate work to stop a ceiling/roof leak after the last hail storm, they arranged time in their busy schedule to fit us in. Very professional, skilled and considerate.

Palace helped us after we experienced water damage in our home. Will, Danny, and Jake were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. It's never a fun experience to have water damage in your home and especially with a newborn in the house during the process. The whole crew at Palace were great at minimizing the stress on our family during this time and getting our life back to normal! We are forever grateful!
Fall 2015 , Palace replaced a 25050 sq ft roof on a building I own on Eudora Way , Denver . Thru the process Dan McAnally of Palace and I worked together to keep the schedule and high quality of the work preformed moving . The sub contractors worked well with Dan and the work finished per schedule and quality .
This week ( 20 mos. since completion ) after the worst hail storm since 90's , there was a small problem on the north east edge of the roof . One call the Dan and done . Problem solved .

Great work, very professional. Best customer service. Scott and Ed were very helpful with water damage repairs I had in my basement. They both answered all questions in a timely manner. Also helped when the insurance adjuster did not following up. Scott made the necessary contact with the insurance company to get the job finished. Once we were able to proceed Ed made sure all my questions were answered and followed up. Thank you both very much!! I will highly recommend Palace Restoration/Construction.
BEWARE!! they do shoddy work with sketchy subcontractors and perform unauthorized tasks then bill for them. They also add fictitious charges to the invoice and when you refuse to pay for something they didn't do they threaten you. They even threatened my elderly Mom with court, late charges, interest and attorney fees. These guys are the lowest of the low. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS!!
Being a new home owner has it's highs and lows, we experienced 2 water damage incidents, one which required a full 2 week restoration from water damage the team at Palace did an outstanding job then, and just recently we used their service again for a smaller leak that came from an a previously repaired leak in our roof, Palace exceeded our expectations with their ability to provide fast service for mold testing, air quality inspection and to removal of any harmful material in our ceiling and wall they put down protective material on our wood floors, stairs and the entire process was then completed in a self contained plastic system which they set up and took down in a matter of hours. We worked with Will, Todd, Kevin, Jake and a few others on their team, highly recommend their services for water damage. They were very professional and provided great customer service.

I can't believe you people are still in business. You ruin people's property and ignore all complaints With a "we are not liable". You people are the lowest form of trash.
My experience with Palace Construction has always been positive. I have worked with Palace for the past 15 years for various projects and have had almost no complaints. The staff is very competent, the work is done timely and there are very few complaints during or after the job is completed. I would always recommend Palace Construction to anyone looking for a great construction company!
I have been a sub-contractor with Palace Construction for several years now which includes the best group of professionals within our industry. I work with Danny McAnally most of the time but I also have worked with Kevin York, Todd Henry and Kyle Fink. These individuals not only have "A1" Customer Service Skills they are the leaders with impeccable construction knowledge coupled with "Team work skills" that are second to none. I hope I can continue to work with such a high caliber group of professionals.
