Good casino, smoke free. I just wish the Blackjack 21+3 would have a higher betting limit.

My room was awesome! The jetted tub its amazing. The only reason i give this place 2 stars is because of how bad the buffe was. From being 30$ per person to having raw prime rib served to multiple custumers. Most of the food was warm and by the time you made it to the table it was cold already. The best plate i had was from the wok station.

Hotel was a great value, the room was large and clean! Very quiet I would recommend staying here if your in the area! I'm not an expert on Casinos so the only thing I can say about it is that it was larger than I expected.
The hotel is located close great food and shopping, and the beach. The area seemed to be safe, my wife and I walked several different places and experienced no problems.

Nice atmosphere and I even won a dollar or two. This time.

Pay out not very good and played for 3 hours and only offered a beverage once and it took her 45 minutes to bring me a water

Great hotel right on the harbor of Biloxi. The rooms are very spacious and clean. in the
Hotel has many bars, restaurants and the casino is a non-smoking area.

The room is nice sized the king bed is comfortable. The pillows are really soft so if you like harder pillows bring your own . :) The staff is friendly. Check out is 11 but you can get late check out which is noon without an extra charge. I've stayed here many times it's one of my husbands favorite places to stay when we're in Biloxi.

The food was great as usual. I always love the food there.

Love that this is a smoke free casino! My husband and I sat at Ephraim's bonus blackjack table, he was awesome!

I only play Blackjack. I did not like this place at all. It wasn't very busy, but I tried playing at two different tables with only one player. I was asked not to join both tables. I left and went back to the Beau Rivage and played the rest of the night, until noon the next day.

The palace is a nice casino if you don't smoke. I went with a friend and had a great time.

Despite visiting this resort for the past 20 years, with 16 of my closest friends, for 5 to 6 nights...I could not get a returned call or assistance from this resort for scheduling purposes. I called a few times, was "greeted" with rudeness and then brushed off despite the messages Ive left. No worries, we've found another location near by for MUCH MUCH less than I've been paying at the Palace. Shop around.

I love the Palace Casino. We always have a great time. It's clean and they have cocktail waitresses that actually wait on you and bring a drink. We can't smoke in the casino but you can't have everything. LOL We don't mind not smoking when we are winning money. So Thanks Palace Casino for the good times and the money we won.

Machines didn't have any pay outs,service was not that good at all

I was really impressed at the way my family was treated in the death of my brother, who was an employee at the time of his death. I have never experienced so much love and warmth from the employees and staff. I am so thankful and grateful that my brother Franky L. Williams was a part of such a beautiful family and team at the Palace Casino Resort. God Bless each and everyone of you all, for the love and support that we received.

Although the people gambling can be a bit bland, it has some of the cheapest games of the coat and plenty of friendly dealers.

This casino has some amazing restaurants and is laid out elegantly. The staff are friendly and it is a good place to play.

They had no crab they only have crab on Friday and Saturday of course poor people they give them rooms during the week not on the weekend

I love this place! It is smoke free which is the main reason I only go there. Craps table lets you play all the bets and don't close off bets like other places do. The only knock against it I would have to say is the lack of wheel of fortune slot machines. That is a bias statement though because it is my favorite machine. They have a lot of different options.

I went with my family to the casino. Everyone had a good time, had some drinks and gambled.

My boyfriend brought me over tonight . We had the delicious buffet .Everything was great however we wish you would cook the boiled shrimp a minute longer . Everytime we eat here the shrimp are almost completely raw YUCK ! Service was great !!!

Absolutely gorgeous setup. The food at Stacked Grill was good, though the server was a little soft spoken. I would have been thrilled if they'd had a gluten free menu since I have Celiac Disease, but they were helpful in trying to make sure it was gluten free. It just makes a lot of extra work for me as the guest, and for the servers, management, and chefs to try to research, so a gluten free menu seems like a helpful tool for restaurants. LOVE the smoke free facility! I felt like I could actually breath in there.

Always treated like family, not as a guest. The hotel and casino staff are pleasant and professional. I enjoy the Palace Casino as it's the only smoke free casino on the gulf coast.

I like the smoke free concept. The location is very good.

Average. We enjoyed our stay and the rooms and views are nice. But the buffet was plain and bland, and the games...just ok. I would say here again, but would rather stay somewhere else.

Wonderful.... valet and bell people are the nicest anywhere...

Absolutely love it, and it's hard to make me happy.
