I have been a member of Gold Star Referral Clubs for over a year. I have come to know most of the members in clubs I attend. I like that I know honest people to refer to when a friend or acquaintance has a need.

If you own a small business, there is not a better game in town. I ve been a member for over two years now. My first visit to a club, I got a referral that paid for 2 years of My Gold Stars membership dues. I ve spent thousands on billboards, done other types of advertising, but nothing has seen a better return than joining Gold Star. It just keeps on giving. Getting to network with other small business owners and build a reputation has its own benefits, but the referrals are where it s at!

I've only been in Gold Star a short time. I have already developed amazing friendships with other business owners in the area. Plus I have gained business connections, leading to added revenue for my business. I have been impressed from the outset at how well run this organization is. Rules and guidelines keep everything in order. The premise is brilliant. My only regret is that I did not join sooner.

The owner Todd was very condescending to me, rolling his eyes directly to me when he asked me about my business. He also appeared upset with me because I had not joined YET as a mbr. He was very unprofessional on his "approach" and instead of privately discussing my membership options, he chose to discuss finances in front of others... (rolling his eyes and finger on his chin is NOT very professional, nor welcoming or inviting either). Todd is not trustworthy. I will NOT be returning and recommend others choosing another Club.

I joined a Gold Star group in 2007, almost 12 years ago. It took me a while to figure out the concept worked when I learned how to give (first). Gold Star Networking works for me in several ways. But, like any other system, networking only works if the participant is engaged. For those considering Gold Star membership, the level of success will likely be determined by the level of your engagement.
I originally joined Goldstar as a member of a roofing company, and have stayed with Goldstar throughout my transition into business ownership as a home inspector. These clubs have been vital to my success. Not only because of the referrals I receive, but also for the confidence I have in referring other trades and businesses to my clients. Love being a part of this great community!
Sadly, you can't leave less than 1 star! The whole point is supposed to be know, like and trust, I got to know people, liked only a few and grew to distrust leadership. Waste of money and time! The only redeeming thing in all of it is Henry with Legal Shield, great guy, great product.
